Excellent service. We needed tires right away due to a flat that couldn't be repaired and the spare tire wasn't accessible. Staff located four tires and went to get them in their personal vehicle. They stayed past closing time to mount the tires. So very nice of the entire staff. We felt they really cared about us. Thanks.

This past Saturday, Wesley went above and beyond to help us out. It was close to closing time and he could've easily told us they didn't have time to look at our car. However, he made time, and he did it with a pleasant attitude. My wife and I were very grateful and felt Wesley, and this NTB tire location deserve a 5 review! Excellent Service!

I just left that shop, for the last time. Unfortunately, I have been a customer with what used to be NTB for many years. However, today when I pulled in there was a white truck taking up not only three parking spaces but what at that time was the last handicap parking space although the truckdid not have a handicap sticker or plate. I was going in to get my oil changed and when I walked in I did ask the guy at the register who's white truck it was. And it turned out to be the guy that was trying to check out and it was taking a longer time than normal. Something about paying cash and using a credit card I don't know. But anyway I asked him if he realized that not only was he taking up three parking spaces, but that one of them was for handicap parking. And he said yeah I do it's okay. I said well not really, I used to work with kids with severe disabilities and you know taking up those spots if you're not handicap isn't really a good thing. And he said that he has a nephew with a handicap and it's okay. He said besides that there were probably 20 some other places to park at that time. So in a minute I ask that if there were 20 some other places to park why did you choose to block a handicap space? He replied that it's okay, it really is it doesn't matter! And Nathan, the guy that was working there said, ma'am could you please stop bothering my customer? Well I'm sorry apparently it doesn't matter to Nathan or to the man in the white pickup truck in Kernersville that there are handicap spots that should remain vacant for people that really do need them. I will no longer take my vehicles to what used to be NTB, and I will tell everybody I know as well as post a photo on Facebook of that store and that truck in the handicap spot. And by the WAY, for Nathan, I was also one of your customers and I have been probably for a lot longer than this man has even been DRIVING! And I was not ugly nor did I raise my voice at all. And I hate the fact that some people think they deserve to be above the law, and that others so willingly support/stand up for them.

My tire(s) appeared to be loosing air so I came to NTB to get air. Service man was extremely helpful and pleasant. He checked all my tires, put air in the one that was low and told me to keep an I on my dash tire light for a few days & if my tire light came on again to return and he would investigate the problem. That was a number of days ago and today I realized the tire light was on again, so I returned again for air. The young service man checked out the reason for losing air and found a nail which he removed and patched the tire while I waited in their reception area, which btw was very neat, clean & comfortable until the job was completed. I asked what I owed for the service and was advised to just have a good day that everything was done and I was good to go. I thanked him and asked how I could thank the staff and he gave me the information as how to give a review which is what I am doing now. I highly recommend NTB to anyone who needs your service.

NTB, Kernersville, NC has supplied and serviced my tires for many years. They are accommodating, pleasant, fair, and timely with their service. I really appreciate their customer service. If I need to have a tire checked for a leak, they do it at no charge! I highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for tires.

I needed an inspection and had a specific circumstance and the staff was so helpful in getting it all fixed and squared away for me. The wait was a little long but only because they had people that needed quality care and they took care of everyone with great customer service. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Just purchased new no flat tires for the lawn mower. Unable to put on at home. Went to NTB. The tires were completed quickly- excellent service!!!

These guys were extremely helpful on a Saturday morning. Bad valve stem and they worked us right in and took care of us quickly and got us back on the road. Really appreciate the generosity and willingness to help. Terrell was fantastic and was able to get us taken care of even with the trailer still hooked up to the truck. Highly recommend this place.

Called the day before, the guy was nice, quoted me on two tires plus an alignment. When I go to pay, of course there has to be a hidden installation fee. Fine, I ll pay it. My tires are fine so far, but the biggest issue was the customer service (or lack there of). When I came in to drop the car off, it took probably five or 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. When I was talking to one of the men up front, I could hear the other employee (the older gentleman out of the two) being rude with another customer. All while the customer was being friendly towards him. I then pick up my vehicle, no hello, no have a good day. Throws the paperwork and receipt on the counter in front of me to sign, rather than just handing it to me. I work in customer service, and this was pretty bad.

Great experience anytime I have had anything tire or maintenance on my vehicle. Great staff, fair prices & excellent service. I won t take my vehicles to anyone else but this location.

Absolute garbage. Came in to swap my rims they swapped them and didn't even program the tpms properly or check. Was told to drive the car a couple miles. I figured the sensors were not programmed right. They told me it would be an hr when I came in again. I came back after an hr they told me to wait 3 hrs and that they want to charge me more to fix this. Would never take my car here again. Pure incompetence. I was told "We can't program all the tpms sensors". It takes a few minutes literally.

Went in to get a tire patch. The gentleman said no problem, we ll get to I. Just a few minutes. 30 minutes later I walk in and the are 2 guy. Sitting in the laughing. Just walked out. I ll take my money somewhere else.

I had a concern with a wrecked truck that I had just purchased I didn't know if it was my wheel bent/unbalanced or axle bent. They made sure my axle was straight/safe and balanced my wheel for me right before closing.

I was towed to NTB by AAA with little to no odds on getting my tire changed due to my specific car tires. Mitchel saved the day by thinking critically & saving the day!!! Highly recommend!

I'll start off by mentioning that I haven't had issues with NTB until this past Monday 1/28/19.I took my car to have the back tires replaced because one was leaking. I'd patched/plugged where a nail had been, but assumed the tire was leaking through the patch. Turns out it was leaking from a staple in the middle of the tread. I point out this tire to the mechanic, ask if can be patched, then patch it to save from buying new tires, but I understand if it needs to be replaced.What happened is they took off the tire that was leaking, the one I specifically pointed out, and rotated it to the front of my car, and put new tires on the back of my car. I know this because when I was pumping air into the tire I saw the patch I'd made. So a faulty tire that was pointed out was left on my car. Luckily I didn't dismiss the low pressure warning you might sometimes get with new tires, and end up damaging the rims of my car, mess up the alignment, or even wreck.I bring this up to customer service, Jenna, requesting a reimbursement for services that clearly were not provided. She informed me that the district manager would be giving me a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. I declined the $25 gift card.I returned to the shop where they were able to get back the better of my front tires and put in place of the faulty one they'd rotated.The fact that a tire was specifically pointed out, and kept on my car due to the negligence of NTB, and finding out that the true reason behind my leak was overlooked, being charged $364 for service that was done incorrectly (basically not done considering I had the tire still on my car), signing up for their credit card payments and having my credit hit, having to take time to return to the shop for a mistake they made, and all their willing to do is offer me a $25 gift card is beyond frustrating.It's poor taste that my vehicle's condition was compromised, potentially along with my safety, and they (NTB) value that at $25.**pictures**Here is my patch on the tire, and you can see it's deflated because it was never fixed. And the other tire is from the set of the new one's they put on the back, and moved the leaking one to the front.**Update as of 2/5/2019**After speaking with the district manager, they were reluctant to take $100 off the total charges. I would say I'm thankful, if the district manager didn't mention during our phone call that he believed I wasn't entitled to any sort of reimbursement since the job was eventually done.

I highly recommend NTB tire.Before walking in without an appointment I was greeted by the mechanic on duty even in the parking lot (on his way inside) he immediately knew what I needed saying "I've got you covered. Go to the front desk."Service desk staff was highly knowledgeable and greatly understanding of someone who's having a bad day. The sales person walked back to the garage to see about the repairs.I kid you not, for this was the fastest job I've had done in the past 30 years. On top of that when I went to pay the bill I thought they were having a sales event because the bill was lower than other tire places I had called earlier that day covering a 10 mile circle yet it was their customary normal fee.I'll be a repeat customer after this.

Had an emergency as my rear tire was bad and flat. From out of town and needed a tire fast. They welcomed me right in and took very good care of me. A lil pricey on tires, but gladly paid to have such great service. Thank you all, Awesome place.....

My car was broken into at this shop with someone who had the keys (no broken windows or alarms) . Anyway, not much else nice to say here. Photos show how they left it, at least clean up after yourself! Missing items included two pairs of sunglasses and their cases, they knew what to take.
