Seriously the best experience I have had at a dealership in a while! Walked in to try one car and then ended up falling in love with a totally different one. Michael Smith was my sales guy and I cannot honestly brag enough about him. He was super honest, very helpful and funny and most importantly treated me like family. I felt in the bestest of hands with him. 10/10 recommend him for anyone that is looking for a trustworthy sales guy! Thank you to him and the whole dealership for making things happen!

I went yesterday to buy a truck and had a great experience with Tyson. He was very kind, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend asking for him when going to purchase a vehicle. Two thumbs up!!!

I have bought two cars from these people and they do great business and will take care of you. My salesman was Daniel Valdez, highly recommended buying a car through him and this place. Excellent service and very polite people.

Went in looking for a Durango R/T or a Jeep grand Cherokee R/T. Ended up leaving with a 2015 Tesla model S 85D. Absolutely love the car and price was super fair. They were super responsive and communicative. Answered all my questions I had and Nico really helped the process feel super easy and smooth. Awesome dealer and highly recommend!

Lee Smith was the most personable car sales person I ve ever dealt with. He was no-pressure, no hassle, very professional, and made me feel at ease through the entire process. We worked with Jacob this week and had a great experience! Since we have two small children, our time & flexibility can be somewhat limited, but Jacob worked around us so we could get a deal done.We had about 5 minutes to do a walk around of the 2021 Tahoe we were interested in on a Saturday evening. Jacob pulled the car around and sent us home with an offer price better than the one listed online - all in less than 5 minutes. After we realized they had the best price within 100 miles, we called back Monday to purchase. Jacob made sure the vehicle was was ready for me to test drive that day, and all paperwork was in order (since my time was yet again limited.) We weren t able to get through all the paperwork necessary to complete the sale that morning, so he met me in Winston-Salem with the vehicle and the remaining paperwork later that day so we could finish up.I appreciated Jacob s flexibility, patience, and promptness in facilitating this sale, and will request to work with him again in the future! I can honestly say this was the first painless vehicle purchase I ve made Thanks, Jacob! We love our new family vehicle!

I purchased my 2023 Hellcat from Lee last week. He took a care of me from the time I arrived. I knew what I wanted and he didn t try to sale me something else. Great experience with Lee!! He focused on me only and no other customers while I was there. I knew I didn t have any credit issues so my financing went smoothly as well. I drove over an hour to pick up my brand new car from this dealership and will drive back here again for service. I was only there a few hours from start to finish and not all day. Thank you Lee!!

My experience working with Daniel Valdez to purchase my 2024 Wrangler 4xe was absolutely wonderful! He was never pushy, very informative and always 2 steps ahead to make sure things ran smoothly. After being in Land Rovers the past 8 years it feel good to work with a dealership and sales people that still care about customer service!

A man s word is the biggest thing he has. I was lied to about some things, I was told the truck would be nice and reliable it has been the total opposite of that. I ve had issues and they have been giving the the run around. I understand it s a used vehicle and you buy it as is. But I think it s wrong to sell it to someone and it not be in proper working order. Especially after you told them it is. The truck has had more issues than a teenage girl and I ve owned the truck less than 2 weeks the dang thing won t even start now.. I will not be buying from here ever again.

Friendly staff and exceptional service. Charlie Johnston greeted my wife and I as soon as we arrived and helped us with our purchase today. ****BUYER BEWARE*** I would never recommend purchasing from Kernersville Dodge. We test drove our vehicle and realized part of the light on the speedometer did not work. The dealership wanted us to purchase a warranty to cover replacing the cluster. At that point we stated we could go to another dealership and purchase a vehicle with no issues. At that point the sales manager Reed offered an IOU to repair. We proceeded to purchase the vehicle OUR mistake. We no sooner got home, the battery died and we had to buy a new one which the dealership did reimburse. We then ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and found two transmission codes that had been cleared and not repaired. We went to return the vehicle and cancel our contract on Monday where the sales Manager Reed ensured us they would make it right. After the shop had my vehicle for almost 30 days they supposedly replaced the 2 sensors and a wire harness. (We asked for proof but never received and probably never will.), but not the cluster. The shop manager Alex had previously told us our cluster was being replaced as well which it wasn't. On Thursday we were finally told our vehicle was ready but the cluster still wasn't fixed because the company who replaces their clusters supposedly stated there would be more issues if the cluster got replaced. So after a complete run around today the sales manager Reed has agreed to purchase a used part from Ebay which I refuse and again they want us to pay to fix a problem they were well aware of....Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

I would like to give a huge shout out to my salesman Lee Smith. He made the car buying process extremely easy. Moreover, as a woman, he is the first car salesman in my life, that when he heard it was a vehicle for me, he spoke directly to me. He asked me the questions, and listened to my concerns. He did fully engage my husband when it was appropriate, but I was his focus. I would 100% work with Lee again. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

Austin Gregory in the service department is AMAZING. He always answered my calls and was able to give timely updates regarding my car. He was very willing to work with me and my specifically difficult situation. I am new to the area and everyone in the service department made me feel very welcomed. Could not recommend this dealership's service depart enough!!

I ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and Kernersville Chrysler Dodge LLC is by far the best! Brianna and Frankie went above and beyond helping me make up my mind on the truck I wanted. Brianna is very professional and easy to talk to, also she always answered when I called and called me back when I needed more info. Frankie was also very professional and awesome to deal with! Buying a new vehicle is stressful, but these two made it a pleasurable experience.Next time I m in the market this is definitely where I m purchasing from even though it s 1 1/2 hour drive for me.We have a Ram dealer in my area but they are not easy to deal with and everyone in my town always goes elsewhere.Give these guys a try, I promise you won t be disappointed in their service!
