Never thought there would be a day where I m writing a five-star review for a mechanic but I must share! I came in late (6pm) worried about my car, and was met with the calmest, most polite, we are here to help you energy. I had lots of questions- they very politely answered them all and I was met with understanding and helpfulness. The yes ma am s were a bonus. Even when I called back and asked for photos right before they closed, he very politely agreed without hesitation. The manager called me for my email first thing the next morning and sent me the requested photos. They also patiently waited for me to get a couple more quotes before I decided to move forward, but their price was fair! In 2024, sometimes it feels as though customer service is a forgotten art, but not here. A+ Customer Service!

Very Good Experience. They were very Kind and Helpful. My car ran Better after the oil change. I will be coming back next time I need an oil change. Thank you and May God bless yall in Jesus Name.

They were friendly and personable. No upsell. Pointed out an issue with my tire. It was an overall great experience. 40 minutes was a bit long being I was the first in line, but they were packed by the time I left, I understand the lengthier time.

This was my first visit to Grease Monkey. I stopped in to get my Truck Inspected and within about 10 minutes, I was on my way. Very nice welcome upon entering the shop and professional and courteous service from start to finish. I'll definitely be going back to this location and highly recommend you give them a try to! You won't be disappointed...

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Work is high quality and done quickly. There is no appointment necessary, and you are in and out in very little time.

Today was my first time stopping at Grease Monday. I was really impressed with the quality of customer service, it was great. The manager Scott, took time to explain what they do there and his staff were equally helpful. I have finally found somewhere I can take my car for service.

Grease Monkey off Nelson St in Kernersville is exceptional. I go there every year for my NC State Inspection. Last week on my way to work my check engine light came on in my vehicle. I stopped by Grease Monkey 4 minutes before close and they hooked up the handheld to identify the code. I scheduled an appointment to have the identified issue repaired and they went ahead and ordered the part and provided me with an accurate estimate for the parts and labor. The mechanic was methodical with the repair and the customer service was excellent. Thank you for your professionalism and the terrific work.

Pulled up because it was close by and my previous place for inspections (Andy's in Kernersville) is under new ownership and no longer does inspections. Man, I wish I had tried them sooner. Friendly staff, quick service...I was out the door quicker than I thought possible. And I didn't leave smelling of cigarettes. Glad I gave them a try.

I always have a good time with the people who are at my local Grease Monkey Shop. They do a great job. And I have been using them for several years now. I don t see no reason in the future to not use them again for any other automotive jobs.

Don't know where to start this place is amazing me and my wife got completely stranded didn't know where to turn what to do car broke down we got lucky and found grease monkey we came in it felt comfortable instantly they took us to a hotel so we didn't get stranded in a storm they picked us back up we didn't have the funds to get the car repaired immediately but they where very patient people and helped us the whole way called and checked up on us everyday making sure things where okay I want to thank the whole staff at grease monkey but especially Chris amazing person if you ever find yourself in a sticky situation go to them they'll make sure you get where u have to go

Unfortunately I don t know her name, but whoever helped me was the sweetest person. With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, everyone is stressed and overworked, you wouldn t know that by how everyone was when I visited. Upon checkout I asked her how to know when to change wiper blades, she told me she can take a look at them for me and even show me what to look for! I was carrying my baby and she helped carry things out to my car for me and opened every door necessary. She was a true angel and she is the reason I d come back again. Very fast service as well with decent prices.

The 2 girls who took care of me were amazing. One at the front desk and the other one who checked me in. Even though they were backed up, they got me in right away for an engine flush and oil change in such a timely manner.

Was told the Mobile 1 oil change (nascar level oil?)was $129. My bill was $48 more, when I asked about it I was told there was a 5 qt. Limit on the $129 price. I was standing beside my car (Lexus GX) when I was quoted. The young lady running the cash register gave a $30 credit but that was only after I called them out and expressed my concern about a $48 difference.

I went for an oil change and found my back breaks were going bad and my front passenger axil was bad. The manager came out to speak with me and explained everything. I'm so glad I went there for my oil change. I know that my car now is safe to drive. Thank you, Grease Monkey, for your excellent care and customer service. I will be using you from now on.

The service is good and the people working there are knowledgeable. The reason for the drop in rating is because this companies promotional practices are ridiculous. Since getting my oil changed a week ago, I ve received 22 spam messages some from grease monkey and some from companies they ve provided my information to. Unsubscribing only works to help a little.If you shop here, do not provide them with any real contact information or they will harass you incessantly

I pulled into the Grease Monkey in Kernersville yesterday to ask about getting a headlight installed. When I pulled up I was greeted by a lady who asked how she could help me and I told her what I needed. A gentleman heard what I said came out of the bay and immediately started working on my suv. I told him that I had been to two places who said that the headlight was hard to get to and they couldn't change it for me. He told me to pop the hood and got to work. He was able to change the bulb with no problem. Upon checking out I asked the cashier his name and she told me it was Adam Phillips who is a District Manager. That spoke volumes to me. The level of customer service he presented was exceptional. Thank you Mr. Phillips!

I went in to get my tail light replaced. They first quoted me $19.99. They later came in and said it will be $24.99 because the way they have to get in there to replace the bulb. I misunderstood, I thought the total price was going to be $24.99. It cost me a total of $46 to get my tail light replaced. Way over priced and a rip off. I won't be back.

One of my tires was low, so I went to Grease Monkey to have it looked at. Found out I needed a new tire. So I ended up buying 2 tires for the front. They were very helpful letting me know what I need to do. They are a very friendly group to work with. I would recommend them to you to get your car fixed there!

A guy took out the air filter for the heat and air conditioner (in the glove box). It was dirty and covered in pine needles and dirt. I said thank you but no to spending $42 dollars for a 12" cheap filter especially when a parts store sells them for $17.Secondly, when I got home I took out the filter and it had the same needles and dirt. You think he could flip it over and get off the heavy trash? No he didn't.Lastly, who goes into a glove box without asking? Having personal papers and all? He didn't even but registration and spare keys back in, left them on the seat.Goodness!There's more but....

got the oil I needed and service I needed but customer service kinda rude used sale tactics by calling people stupid if you don't replace certain filters and way over priced for spending 40 mins there when I was the only customer at the time. oh an they broke the clip to the filter box as displayed. Thx

Wife took our van in for the Nc inspection, clean and fast place for service. Much quicker to get in and out here versus the other lube places in town.
