I heard about Forsyth Auto on 93.1 THE WOLF and heard Dale and Annie (morning show) talking about it so I thought why not take my Jeep there and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Forsyth Auto Tammy is the sweetest woman and this place don t try to screw people over like other places!! All the employees here are VERY nice and treat u like a customer but they treat u like family they re honest and they care about helping others if u go to Forsyth Auto I promise u will NOT regret it

I usually only write reviews to complain - this is an exception. This is to give praise and encourage you to bring your car to these guys. I usually do all the work on my cars but this one got out of hand and needed a pro. These guys stepped up when many shops i called cowered from my Tundra. They are very fair, honest, and great with communication.

I don't think there is anything the owner couldn't fix. Great service I trust to be done right. Reasonable prices. Employees have a great attitude. Highly recommend.

Honest & fair priced. Got a complete tune up didn't know my plug wires had a lifetime guarantee they replaced them and could have charged me and I would have never known.

Thorough, high-quality work. Would not receive payment until the job was done to their satisfaction. I have not received this level of service from other dealers. I recommend them highly.

These folks know cars and tires well. They ve never failed to fix my car well at a fair price. An appointment is recommended, since they keep busy, but it s worth the wait.

Brought my work van in to be diagnosed, I thought it was the catalytic converters, got a quote to replace if needed. After testing, turns out it was a much smaller issue and saved a ton of money.Honesty, that's one word I can describe Forsyth Auto Service. The owners son worked hard to diagnose my issue, tested several solutions and in the end, fixed my problem. Could have sold me a couple thousand dollars worth of work I didn't need, but worked through it for the most effective result.I will be a forever customer after my first experience here, thank you all so much for helping me out and saving me some money!

Wonderful people to do business with! Tammy at the front is great!! And they did my alignment, state inspection and full synthetic oil change perfectly. On of the best auto mechanic shops I have ever used. It's hard to find a trustworthy shop to work on your vehicles but I have found one here. I have had several jobs done here and I am 100% satisfied with their work. Communication is great and the quality of their work is excellent.

Posting this on behalf of my wife Jamie. She took it to these guys because the serpentine belt came off, They charged her $461 for a simple job of replacing the belt. What a joke. They said the valve cover was leaking on the belt and it was covered in oil and the tensioner was bent. If they had looked on their cameras they would have seen myself and a friend under the bonnet looking to see what was up. Funnily enough, no oil on the belt, tensioner seemed find but I ll give a pass on the tensioner because it was dark when I looked. Shout to Nika Branson. This is not the first time. In march it had an overheating issue. They replaced the coolant outlet connector, totally missing the holes in the radiator, tried to give them the benefit of doubt. We called the 3 times about a part, each time they said they would call us right back, a week later we are still waiting. I miss Engleburt

Needed multiple things looked at/updated on my car before going on a road trip and of course I waited until the last minute. Called late one afternoon and Tammy was able to get me in the very next morning! While searching the internet to get an idea of time and cost, I was expecting to leave my car for a few days with a hefty bill to match but Tammy called later that day and told my car was ready at half the price I expected!! They also advised me against getting synthetic oil in my car after being told by another shop I would need it before my trip, in the past I ve only encountered auto shops that are out for as much money as they can get but at Forsyth you can trust that they have your best interest in mind. They have gained a life long customer and I will always recommend anyone to them! Thank you to the whole Forsyth auto team!!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

This is my first review for Forsyth Auto, although I've been a customer since 2009. When I moved to the area, a coworker recommended them. Over the past 13 years, I've sent three of my vehicles (Ford F150/Honda Accord/Jeep Wrangler) to them and I've always felt their service was excellent. Never had an issue. There were even a few times that it was something so minor, they didn't even charge me. Tammie & Boyd have demonstrated to me that they treat people fair and provide good work. I was a longtime Englebert Tire patron and started using Forsyth Auto Service when they moved into the former Engelbert location. My mom said the people at Forsyth Auto were just as good people as Englebert and from my experience she is absolutely right! Honest service at a fair price from people who treat you right.

These people wanted 473.00 to put on a 30 dollar belt that takes less than 10 minutes to install if you are a professional...I guess they are not. And the customer service lady couldn't put her grits and potatoes down long enough to be much help. Go figure...

Could not have ask for nicer people to do business with. They quickly got to my car at a reasonable price..so I took my other vehicle to them for inspection and a couple of other tweaks. These folks are my new go to mechanics.

The Mechanics and staff were on point, very friendly and extremely honest. They didn't even try the "ol' scams or needless scare tactics" like other shops. I believe that I could send my wife or daughters up there and they would receive the same valuable service as I did. They earned my respect and business for a long time to come. Our small business has relied on Forsyth Auto Service for years. They service our company work trucks and our personal vehicles.. Excellent work and staff is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Their slogan is, "We treat you like family", which is true, but I'm thinking their slogan should be, "Real solutions for real problems". I had some real problems with my '92 Silverado that other places wouldn't touch and the one that did, they failed to properly fix and wouldn't stand behind. Forsyth Auto Service took the time to properly diagnose my problems and fix them. They give good estimates with fair prices. So far they've been great about my follow up questions, not abandoning me after the work performed. I'm very thankful for this place and will be back!

My car was overheating so I was recommended to this place. These are the most honest nice and respectful people I dropped my car off a little bit before noon and was told they were about to leave for lunch but they would order my part while they were at lunch my ride took 45 minutes to get there but one of the gentlemen waited at the shop and postpone his lunch so that I didn't have to stand out in the rain and wait for my ride I will definitely come back anytime I have problems with my car
