Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, excellent experience. My most appreciated moment is that I wasn't talked to like I knew very little about cars. ( I love cars, btw) I felt fully respected. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. They were very through, explaining exactly how long it would take, what was being done, and why. And they even helped me with places for me to get my inspection done. As I am new to the area. Thanks, guys! You all were awesome!

I was greeted by Jeremy right when I pulled up he was professional, nice friendly and explained everything that was going on, and was super nice. Then, when I got in the store, Jared, the store manager introduced himself and made conversation great guy!, that place is a class act I would recommend them to anybody I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were careful with my rims because I have delicate rims and balancing the tires. if you re OCD about your car and wants somebody that will really be careful. These guys are highly recommended. Thanks guys!!!

Most places don't like it when you bring your own tires, but Jarrod didn't mind at all. All he wanted to do was take care of me and my wife. Very very great service. Jarrod and his team helped made the service very quick and very easy. He wasn't pushy at all either. Everyone is very nice and very respectful. The next time I need tires, i'm definitely going to just buy it here. I would recommend this place 300%!!

Amazing customer service. They spent the better portion of an hour and a half going through different size tires and different rim options as well as educating me on different size tire and rim selections for my vehicle. We went through every possible combination, and they were extremely helpful the entire way! Super excited to get these new tires and rims on my challenger!

I was in the mood to try out a different place to get my car a pair of new tires, so I seen that Discount Tires recently opened up here in Kernersville and I thought to give them a try.When I arrived, I was instantly greeted at the car. Very positive vibes right out the gate.They informed me of the condition of my tires, we went in to the lobby (which was very clean and welcoming) to look at some options, and I picked what felt comfortable. They did not pressure me in my decision making and made me feel comfortable during the decision process.Job was done in a fast timeframe.Overall, this experience was very positive and I will bring my vehicle back for future tire needs.

Excellent & quick service. Made a same day appointment online due to an unexpected tire problem earlier in the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining different tire models available and what would work for my car. Highly recommend this location.

Highly recommend them! I took my vehicle by after noticing a screw in my tire. They removed the screw and did a thorough inspection to find it didn t get through the rubber. They didn t charge me a cent. I will continue to give them my business going forward!

I ve been a customer of Discount Tire for years. The new shop in Kernersville is a continued extension of the professionalism, quick service, and excellent products. I got four new tires installed in less than 30 minutes! The technician took the time to explain to me what the additional insurance will cover after pulling the up to the front door. I will not ever buy tires from anyone other than Discount Tire; they are the standard for excellence!

This was a great tire buying experience. They understood my budget concerns and reviewed different tires and their pros and cons. I won't ever go anywhere else. If you need tires that is the place to go.

They just opened up a new store and I was one of their first customers! I purchased Goodyear Eagle GT II this time around. I've been running Hankook Ventus ST for about 10-14 years and wanted to try the Eagles as they have a longer warranty. So far so good. Will need to do a 'Road Trip' to get a better feel for them. The service was quick and the guys did a great job. Discount Tires is the place to go. Plus, they'll price match any tires you find on the web! 5 stars and 2 Thumbs Up!

Best place to shop tires at, they helped me with finding the tires that matched my needs and driving habits. They even have wipers for a great deal compared to other places! Would rated 6 stars if I could.

I am so glad they are in kernersville now. Epic service. Dropped a flat tire off first thing in the morning, patched it up quickly-came back at lunch, they recognized my truck pulling in rolled the tire out to me in the parking lot, and loaded in the back of the truck without me even having to go the store. Epic service. Really appreciate the guys at this discount tire.
