Great experience here, Rob in service is a true professional; we appreciated his attention to detail and sense of urgency on our behalf - a breakdown while traveling is very stressful.The service manager Mike also was very supportive. I recommend this area Ford dealer as the other not far away was far less helpful or interested in our experience.

My car is fixed and I m happy with that. However, there is a huge lack of communication between the service advisor and customer. The service advisor never called to give me updates, never done what he said he was going to do with the warranty company. Told me he was waiting on my warranty company to send them the payment, yet when I called them, the service advisor hadn t even submitted the EOB. Huge lack of communication, so must so that I will not be going back.

I leave a 3 star review, only because of my experience with Service, I wish I could rate Service and Sales separately. Sales (namely one, not all) would receive 5 stars. Service would get 1-2. I ve waited a few years before leaving this review so I wouldn t leave a hasty review.I purchased a brand new Explorer here in July of 2021 when it was difficult to purchase new vehicles due to supply chain/inventory issues, without paying insane markups. I had inquired at multiple other dealers only to be left empty handed or them saying we want one too when I told them I wanted to check out and potentially purchase a new explorer. Upon inquiring here, Dustin had explained he didn t have anything, and didn t know when he would, but he would call me as soon as he found out. 3 days later, one came in via truck, and long story short it was a great purchasing experience, and they gave me a more than fair trade in value on the Explorer we traded.Service definitely not the same level of excellent customer service. I brought a different Ford (6 years old) vehicle in with a 3rd party warranty that ended up needing an engine replacement. Without going into extremely descriptive details, unless you get the service manager (Mike Cusack) involved, it s a very lengthy process and service advisors do not feel the need to give you updates, just overall displeased with the level of customer service I received from the advisor. First he was fine, but I shouldn t have to inquire after a month or two each time to get information. I was provided with a loaner by Mike (3x) so I do give credit there. After they got over 12k between out of pocket from myself and the warranty payout, and the vehicle having to be towed in twice, and driven back in once, I definitely do not have faith in service. You shouldn t have to get the service manager involved to get answers and explanations, let alone the General Manager, whom which left a bad taste in my mouth.I personally will not be doing business here again, not everyone gets the same level of service, I just hope they can do better for others.As far as my initial purchase of my 2021 Explorer, it is still a great product, and do not regret purchasing it. It just get service elsewhere.

Excellent team! Test drove a car becauseI was interested in a used model at a sister dealership in Apex. No guilt, no pressure. When I called a week later to purchase a new vehicle instead, everything except signatures was arranged prior to my arrival. Easy and up-front. Can t wait to go back and buy a Bronco!!2 weeks update: Dealership has kept in touch, checking in. I LOVE the Mach E! Amazing car for around town and longer trips. Smooth, quick, and fun to drive.UPDATE: Got a dent and scratch from another car in the freeway. After being told they could get to it in December, I was contacted the next day and told there was an opening two weeks out. I drop the car Sunday night and was called Tuesday morning it was ready for pickup. Love this place!

Even though we didn't leave with a new vehicle today my fianc�e and I had a great experience here. Unlike most dealerships that aren't personable and just want to sell you a car(any car really) this is not the case here. Crossroads has a dedicated team of salesmen that are upfront and honest. Yes they want to sell you a car but they do it with integrity and respect. Shoutout to Derrick for his phenomenal help

This was my first time buying a Ford product in my 40 + years of owning a car/truck. I am certainly glad I choose Crossroads Ford for this experience. Even in these trying economic times, the staff at Crossroads made this a great experience. The openness, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction was definitely 5 stars.Update 12/20/2023 - 5 Start Service After the SaleHad my truck in for it's first oil change and tire rotation this week. I scheduled an appointment, which I strongly suggest you do if possible, and was treated with the same high level of professionalism as I was when I bought the vehicle.

I Bought My New 2023 F -150 from Crossroads Ford in Kernersville and I Love It !! I Had a Pleasant Experience going to the Dealership after Researching Online , My Salesman and Financial Services were Excellent !! Most Recently the 1st oil change was due , So I used the Service That will come to your Home pick up your vehicle and Return it afterwards , How Handy That is !! Thanks Crossroads Ford !!

I was impressed by the car. It has everything I wanted, and I did not mind the price with a trade in. The car payments were high and I will definitely need to budget better on my end, but this is why maintaining your credit score is so important. I give the product 5 stars.The salesman was courteous and offered us drinks and so on. The process was lengthy and I had a class at 1 PM, which I voiced several times and there was acknowledgement, but not real concern. However, I did leave with minutes to spare, and I got to my class on time. I did not have time to prepare for class, so my recommendation is to visit this car lot on an open day.Overall, I give a score of 4 because I love the car and the people were kind. I marked down because I had to constantly say over and over, I have class and need to come back later. If I was not close to home, I would have left. I should mention that everything in this process was explained in detail and we were able to ask questions and get answers.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT...Efficient not rushed. Knowledgable not pushy. Every employee was friendly & helpful to customers & to each other. Nice teamwork. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Held off reviewing after several visits just to make sure this experience wasn t a one time thing. It s not. They are solid all around. Got my brand new 2021 Bronco Sport from Crossroads Ford of Kernersville and couldn't be happier with the service, the staff and the car. The team was great. Zach and Brian were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable during the whole process. Even the finance department was on point. Highly recommend getting your next vehicle from this dealership if you're in the market for a new car or if you want to just sell your old car without buying a new one for cash. You won't be disappointed. They will take as much time with you as needed to make sure you're happy.

The service department here is top notch! I showed up late in the afternoon one day with a problem with my truck. Not only did they fit me in immediately, but they resolved the problem quickly and had me back on the road! The service manager and the main diesel mechanic went above and beyond to help me. I will continue to go here for any service my truck needs. Highly recommended!

I was in Kernersville last Friday afternoon on the way to my sons XC meet. I had a tire losing air and pulled into Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. Scott Munn, service advisor, got my Expedition in the shop and got me back on the road quickly. He didn t have a new tire to match to my set, so he put my spare on and secured my flat tire rim at no cost. I was not expecting the work done for free but it was greatly appreciated. Great job!! THANKS AGAIN!!

My service advisor Scott was great at keeping in contact with me. If there was a question I had that needed to be asked from the mechanic working on my car he would get it for me. The cost to repair my car was cheaper at this Ford dealer than anywhere else, plus they had a faster turnaround time. I have nothing but good things to Say about my advisor Scott and Crossroads Ford.

This was the second service visit, 10,000 service oil change. I purchased this New Ford Bronco sport at this dealership and wanted to get a couple items checked during this regular service visit. The phone charger pad wasn t working and the navigation screen was vibrating loudly when driving. I was told they were short handed and I would have to make another appointment. However on leaving no assistance was offered or appointment time given.

The dealership offers a service to come pick up your vehicle for maintenance and return it to you. There are also auto services they can do at your home. I think this is a fantastic option to offer customers. They were prompt and on time. So easy and so convenient! Thank you for offering such great customer service! It is truly appreciated!

As a whole this was a great experience! I got my first EVER NEW vehicle. 2017 Explorer and I love it. The sales team, Zach and Randy were awesome. I did have some issues with the car having some vibration but Aaron in service was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and I have bought from others) to anyone!

Second vehicle in our fleet to need a transmission replacement. This one has less than 100,000 miles on it; 2.5 years old. We have an estimate of nearly $8000 to replace. Contacted Ford Corp for assistance. They (Ford Corp) are still waiting on the paperwork from the dealership to see if they can help with covering some of it under warranty. First vehicle had the same problem about 2.5 years in. The other 2 vehicles are also Fords. Not happy with the poor performance of the Transit Connects. We should not have to pay 33% of the purchase price of the vehicle half way through our loan terms. Do NOT recommend Ford Transit Connects.

Derrick helped me find the car of my dream for very affordable prices. Since I was 8 years old i always wanted a mustang. I didnt believe my district manager when he said he knew someone that could help. I went there skeptically and left with a 2015 mustang for about 100 dollars under my budget! Go see them and ask for derrick he will take great care of you!

We were traveling to Pinnacle NC pulling our 5th wheel camper when a part on our engine failed. Crossroads Ford was the closest dealership to our location. What a blessing! Tyler the Service Advisor and Zack the Shop Foreman put their heads together and found a solution for us. Zack had us fixed and back on the road within an hour s time! Not one person we encountered with our ordeal ever said sorry we can t help you . Can do attitude and above and beyond our wildest expectations will bring us back to this dealership in the future. We were looking for a Ford Escape and stopped in to Crossroads, Brian Leonard was outside and came up to us asking if he could help us and we told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had and I asked if we can get it in Blue and he took us inside and found one 1.5 hrs away and as we did the paperwork and everything was done, he said the Escape is on the way here, I was so excited, he did a great job with everything, he was so kind, I didn't fell nevous and that is a good thing, the team at Crossroads are great people, everyone that I talk to I let them know to go see them cause best place to get a car or truck or suv. I can't enough about this place, we love the new Ford Escape and thank you for all your assistant.From Rob and Tammy

I have purchased several vehicles from here, recently decided I wanted to trade my truck in on a bigger truck that they have listed. I needed to fix a couple items so called up to get part numbers and pricing. Guys were terrible at the parts department. Wouldn't give me part numbers because they stated they did want me pricing them out. At other places. Unfortunately for them I knew the part number and they were about 30% higher. Ended up going to another dealer who was helpful, gave me the part number and was much cheaper. When your afraid your customers are going to verify your prices are fair you may be to high to begin with. I won't be going here for my next truck. It's the small things that help the customer.
