Great people to deal with, Brandon was outstanding! Honest, straight forward and genuine. I drove 4 hours to buy this truck and couldn t be happier. I have been in touch with him after my sale and they have continued to be helpful! I would definitely recommend and purchase from them again. Clean dealership and office, the lot of vehicles they had when I was there was nothing but quality. Thank you again Brandon!

I did not want to write this review but the problems keep piling up. Bought a 2018 silverado with 86k miles 2 months ago for $30k. 500 miles later the transmission blew (no check engine light or codes). Cost me $3700 to replace of which the owner paid $700. While on the lift noticed the frame was COVERED in mud and clay. The dealership didn't bother to clean the truck just spray painted over the mud. Now have driven the truck a total of $1200 miles and truck needs a new fuel pump, new ABS pump, brakes were shot (upon inspection). I have reason to believe they flashed the computer to wipe the codes (at just over 1k miles check engine light threw 4 codes yet non came when transmission blew).... BUYER BEWARE I am 2 months into a $30k truck and now over $5k in repairs already... trucks look nice, but they clearly aren't properly inspecting the vehicles/trying to cover up issues so they become the buyers problem. UPDATE. 1300miles in; new transmission, new high pressure fuel pump, news tarter, new wheel bearing, still needs new brakes. $30k truck now upto $50500 in repairs.

10/10 experience. Called on a truck that was listed, they had a buyer there already ( was a great deal , figures ).I gave them the description of what I was looking for and within 3 days , they found me a truck and had it on the lot. I live two states away and did everything over the phone. He went over any imperfections to make sure I was ok with them, and had the center console re upholstered without me even asking!! To top it all off, he has a FANTASTIC staff who arranged transport to me the same week. Overall absolutely 10/10 experience and will be buying my next vehicles through them. Hard to find an honest dealership especially when it comes to full size diesel trucks, but they will be your best choice.

Thanks to Choice Preowned Auto I now have my absolute dream car! Not only that, it was done with the help of a great company and great people like Scott Pine. The people there are always devoted to their customers needs and giving their best efforts! The people there, like Scott go out of their way so I can feel safe and happy in my car that is the exact color and style I wanted!

After a lot of searching, I found the Jeep that I was looking for at Choice Pre Owned Auto. They had done a good job with a new lift and tires on this Jeep, and the vehicle was in great condition. I found a bad window motor after signing on the dotted line and they still dropped everything to fix it right then and there. There was a slight mixup with the paperwork, but they brought that issue to full resolution. I really enjoyed working with Scott Pine and Ivan was professional as well. Would buy from them again.

This is an ideal dealership- has just what you want, no pressure tactics, fair deals, great customer service, and warm professionalism! Jordan was not patronizing or doing too much just to get a sale. She respected my needs and let me set the pace for this purchase. I purchased my 2015 Tundra 1794 edition from Choice Pre Owned in early November. The buying process was super easy as I knew what I was looking for and what I was wanting to pay. Everything was good, the alignment was super off and a lower oil pan was leaking, the price was adjusted accordingly for the issues since I was able to fix them myself being that I am dealer technician. I had been constantly dealing with a noise in the front end when turning tight in parking lots but never cared too much about it. Fast forward a till this past week or so and I ordered all new front lift struts and upper control arms to take place of the cheap block lift that was installed by Choice. I found both upper control arms loose, the bolt holding the right strut to the lower control arm completely stripped and stacked up with washers, half of the nuts holding the strut spacer to the strut were loose, and one of the ball joints was not tightened however still had a cotter pin in it. This is incredibly unsafe and unprofessional on their part. Granted I have driven the truck 15,000 or so miles like this it is sill unacceptable to me. I'm thankful nothing happened especially while towing with the truck. The Tundra is great but the work they do to the trucks on the lot is far from professional. I strongly recommend getting the trucks looked over, especially the suspension work they have done before purchasing if you are not a tech yourself willing and able to fix their shortcomings. I would not leave this as a 1 star review from the purchasing standpoint as it was a very quick and easy process, but loose suspension components and ball joints are too dangerous to ignore.

I highly recommend Choice Preowned Auto. Jordan provided us with exceptionally friendly and timely service. She was very courteous and empathetic of our needs. The staff were all very nice and treated us as if they had known us forever. I have never felt so genuinely comfortable at any car lot at any time. I was able to have very friendly conversations with all of the staff. Even the owner. I did not realize that he was the owner until we were leaving. He was so nice, polite, and courteous. Team work has slowly diminished within society. Not at Choice Preowned! They all worked together in order to ensure a smooth transaction with us! Brandon is courteous, polite, and hilariously funny! Save yourself from possible headaches and loss of time. Choose Choice! We were also given a parting gift! One of my favorites and my favorite color! Are you there yet? You only have one CHOICE! Preowned Auto that is!

Scott was awesome to work with on buying my daughter a Jeep. It was the best car buying experience that I have found anywhere. We stay about 2.5 hours from his dealership and did a lot of discussions over text messages and before we got there we felt like we had known him forever. Scott stood behind the sale of this Jeep and made sure it was just like we wanted it and we were happy with our purchase. So do not let distance keep you from buying. I will definitely turn to Scott and Choice Pre-Owned Auto for any future purchases!!

Ivan and the entire team at Choice were fantastic to work with. Ivan worked hard to help me get into my new Tahoe with a not so great credit score and has also gone above and beyond to handle any concerns we had after our purchase. Just bought a 2014 Silverado. Love the truck, and couldn't ask for better people to work with. Jordanshe was very sweet and very helpful. And the owner was very awesome and helpful. I highly recommend goin to choice pre-owned auto to buy your next vehicle.

I don't even know where to start with these guys! Ivan made things work for me as my credit isn't the best shape and got the truck I have always wanted. Did I mention he had it delivered?!? Over 2 hours away! TOP NOTCH. Highly recommended and I will continue to buy from him for now on!!!

Spoke with Haley about a tahoe. I called my bank to get approved for it. They approved me for $200 less than the asking. Haley is the daughter of the owner and she said she asked her father if they could come down $200 and he supposedly said no. So, I told her I d pay the difference and come pick the car up on Monday because it was Saturday and I was working. She said okay that was fine. That evening I drove by and noticed the tahoe was gone. I called and her father answered and said she sold it that day and that he also was not aware that I asked to negotiate. So, Haley never ran that by her dad nor did she feel the need to call and tell me someone else was interested much less that someone else bought it. The entire time I dealt with Haley she was super nice, made me feel good, I was confident that it d work out. But I don t find it professional or respectful to treat someone that way. She knew how interested and serious I was. I do not appreciate that whole situation especially since buying a vehicle is such an important thing. So, I would not recommend working with her, specifically, to anyone.

I bought my suburban nearly a year ago. After a few weeks of ownership I noticed I was loosing coolant. I took it back they agreed to fix it and took it to their mechanic. They clamied it was a loose bolt here and there and "fixed it". They eventually ended up ignoring my calls and i fixed it myself (blown head gasket.) There is no way they know the history of there cars or did I think they would notice the issues in the short time they had it. Either way the customer service sucks "like every other dealer." Stay clear they don't hold there word, which is all a ma, an pa. Dealer has going for it. I'm sure the owners of this establishment will see this. So feel free to reach out and come take a peak at the car you sold me 6k miles ago with more issues from the interior to the engine. I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't for the lack of customer service and owning up to the problems i found......... Edit. I read some other reveiws. And can back up a few. They love spray paint. And touch up paint jobs. The daughter that helps sign paperwork has no idea what is going on she's there to get you to sign the papers and will say whatever she has to do to make it happen

Young female worker supposed daughter very unprofessional and cocky. When told by a master technician about a rusted frame and other defects costing over a thousand dollars of repairs, her attitude changed to smugness and denied all faults. Would not budge on price or negotiate. Rusted frame tried to be covered up with black spray paint. If your going to this auto sales I would highly suggest taking the vehicle to be inspected by a reputable service facility.
