Carmine s was recommended to me and I have the pleasure to recommend them to you. This is a first-class committed service company. I called late one afternoon and got someone on the second ring. (A real person almost always answers the phone.) Stuart and a senior tech, took flat bed delivery of my BMW X5. My two college-age kids drove the wheels off for six years. It wouldn t start. If I put it in reverse, the car reverted back to Park. The electrical system was a mess. Literally, nothing worked.Over the next three days, Carmine s tested and re-tested every system. They ran deep diagnostics. The culprit was an alternator and water pump and a few minor codes. The old saying you get what you pay for could not be more true, in this case. The final bill was a lot of money but it wasn t expensive. I was fairly charged for all of the parts and labor. But above all that, we have our car back. Good as new. It runs like the first day I got it. Stuart had the car cleaned and vacuumed before delivery. He even followed several times after I picked it up. This is a special outfit that takes pride in their work and their reputation. It was most certainly earned on my service call. You can trust Carmine s to service your special car like it was their own.

These guys are top notch. They worked me in for alignment and got my Tesla back to where it should be. Also gave me a free car wash and very detailed multi point inspection with pictures sent to my phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable! This will be my new go to shop for my Tesla and any other vehicle I get in the future! Dillan and Stuart really took care of me and I really appreciate how they treat their customers!

I took my Volkswagen here and was greeted with the upmost respect from the start. They told me they would work on the car in the morning and that's exactly what they did. Within 1 day and a half I had my car back in excellent condition. They never left me feeling uneasy or confused about what was going on. I would highly recommend this location if you want your vehicle to be handled respectfully.

Being a new MINI owner, I was thrilled to find Carmine's Import Service as an alternative to the dealership for my car maintenance. Their service was top notch with attention to detail and multiple customer courtesies. I am extremely pleased with this organization and will be back.

Brought in my 2023 Model 3 Performance to get Unplugged Performance lowering springs installed. Carmine's did an absolutely fantastic job. Dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning, was done by late afternoon.They installed the new springs, repackaged the old ones, measured the drop, gave it an alignment, washed the car, and had it waiting out front for me when I came to pick it up. Even left some goodies in the front console for me as well. Spoke to a few guys inside about their experience putting performance parts on Tesla's, and everyone was very knowledgable and seemed to have lots of experience. Super kind people. Actually got a hand written Christmas card in the mail from them over the holidays.Was not the cheapest option, and wasn't a short drive coming from the Raleigh area either - but cannot imagine getting service even remotely close to as good as what Carmine's provided anywhere else. If you're going to get any work done to your vehicle and want it in good hands, bring it here. These guys know what's up.Will absolutely be back.

If you have a Tesla bring it to them. I drove from Charlotte and was very impressed with their level of service and communication. They also specialize in custom modifications for Teslas. Highly recommended! Dillon was a pleasure to work with on my project.

Friendly and professional service. Had my main battery replaced in my 2020 MB CLA 250, it has two. Did not disagree with the battery price, but I thought the labor price of $253 was excessive, they said that part of the labor price was the programming of the new battery to the vehicle. The courtesy transportation is also convenient.

Honestly very disappointed. I read the google reviews and felt confident that they would be fair and do good work. And maybe they do if you have hundreds of thousands of dollars at your disposal for car maintenance and repair. I don t. I usually work on my own vehicles for basic maintenance and repair but I travel for work so I was in the market for a reliable honest mechanic . I told them when I dropped it off it my scanner said it was an O2 sensor bank 2 downstream.Had our car 4 days. Quote to replace 1 O2 sensor and an oil change and inspection was over 1200 bucks. Seemed a little high to not only to myself but a few other people I reached out to and Google.Decided on Everything Euro in Winston Salem. 500 dollars and some change got the oil changed with premium synthetic, O2 sensor replaced, inspection. That s with a 60 dollar diagnostic that was credited to the bill for allowing them to do the work.Carmine s ended up charging us 200 bucks for their diagnostics but actually just to keep our car 4 days and dump all the contents of the glove box and center console out on the passenger floor and left it.Live and learn I guess. Was hoping to have a decent dependable mechanic in my hometown where I have lived my whole life but ended up finding a great one in Winston-Salem just a few more miles up the road. So all in all I guess it worked out. Me personally- I would not recommend. However I would recommend Everything Euro.

Do yourself a favor and take your Tesla here! I was having suspension issues that left me on the side of the interstate. I didn t want to tow it to the Tesla service center 95 miles away, so I stumbled upon Carmine s and I m so glad I did! From the start, Stuart took me through the process, provided me with a detailed diagnostic review of all issues found, and a plan to repair. They quickly got it fixed and kept me updated along the way. They ve earned a lifetime customer!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Carmine's. They were very helpful, got my car in on short notice and fixed the problem in a day and did not destroy my bank account like F....... C... Italia would have! I have NO issue with taking my car back to them for ANYTHING and would be happy to refer them to anyone.

I have twice Not used these folks. The first time they wanted $100 more than the VW dealer to install 5 new spark plugs. Today, I learned they want 50%-75% more for a synthetic oil change/filter than a Foreign Car service competitor. Like to support a local business, but not at these price differences.

From my first phone call speaking with Stuart right up until the completion of the work this was the most professional experience with a repair facility that I have ever had. They go out of their way to keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and really care about their customers. We just moved to North Carolina and could not have found a better facility to care for our Mercedes ! We are customers for life!!

Looks as though they edit reviews. I took BMW X3 in and had $3800.00 est. They left 4" of water in my battery compartment to leave for me approving eat. They would have got business if they would have done a easy water removal.

Two times in two years I have had to reach out to these folks. To the best of my recollection, Stuart has always been the guy I d speak to. Both occurrences, I ve had some major issue to deal with pertaining to my car. I feel that they were 100% up front with me about the issues with my vehicle, fair with pricing. I feel that they d give you the shirt off of their back because they re just that caring about their customers. The quality and quickness in which they got the work done and my car back to me was amazing. They were so fast! If you need an honest mechanic to look at and work on your car call Carmines. Called Carmine's on a Monday about an oil leak on my 2012 Mercedes c250 dropped the car off Tuesday a full diagnostic was done they sent me a report I agreed on what I wanted repaired 1st 2 days later my car was ready! Stuart and Dillon were super helpful, they're very professional, timely, courteous and definitely knowledgeable I'm taking my car back to have a few more repairs that I need from now on this is where I'll have my car serviced! I am very disappointed with my visit and experience. When I would power on my stereo system/dashboard system, it would power on and then cut off. It appeared to me that there was some type of wiring short or communication loss. When I called, I was told it would be a $195.00 diagnostic fee. I scheduled the appointment and before they started any work, I asked if they thought it was something they could fix. The service guy told me and I quote: "anything is fixable". Well I left my vehicle and got a call that that I would need to pay an additional $400 for an another diagnostic fee, which would have totaled $595. I was also told, that there was no guarantee that they could determine the problem. I felt like they should have told me UPFRONT that there was a possibility of an additional diagnostic fee. Furthermore, experience technicians should have been able to determine the problem up front. When I questioned the technician about if I paid the additional funds, how likely would it be that I could have my car fixed and he said "I don't know". I told them to suspend an additional diagnostic and that I would just get my car. Upon arrival, they took my payment and just handed me my keys. No thank you for your business or nothing. I left with no direction on how to get my car fixed. It appeared that customer satisfaction was not the goal but rather just getting as much money as they could from a customer. TOTALLY DISATISFIED!

If your not an expert of vehicle maintenance like me, I would definitely take your car to a dealership or somewhere else, I paid $1850 for brake pads and rotors, come to find out honda only charges $750.
