Dave the owner is a great guy , down to earth and very honest. Bought a truck today and loving it. Not your average used car lot ! Dave genuinely cares about his customers.. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle that is reasonably priced !! Thanks Dave !!

Bought a vehicle from this dealership and was VERY happy! The owner showed me everything wrong with the vehicle I was looking at (even things that would be easy to hide) and answered questions honestly.I have had my vehicle for a week thus far and feel like I got an outstanding deal! I bought a 2008 Toyota Hylander Limited which was valued at $9200. I was able to purchase for $7000. Again, very grateful!

Dave sold me a car 4 years ago and it has been the best car. He was so friendly and helped me and my grandma so much. I haven't had 1 problem. Highly recommend. Honest and reliable.

UPDATED 2/13/24 - at bottom-Brother bought his first car from this place. Drove off the lot, and the check engine light came on. He took it back, Dave told him it wasn t a big deal, turned the light off and told him to bring it back if it came back on. Naturally it came back on the next day so my brother took it to Autozone to run the code. Of course there was an issue. Called Dave and asked him to fix it, but was told he wouldn t. He said he knew a guy at oriellys, and to buy the part from there. But he wasn t going to fix it.Sure he s a nice guy, friendly but took advantage of a hardworking young man in need of a trust worthy vehicle.UPDATE- David has offered to fix the issues at hand. I ll remove original review upon that happening.UPDATE - my brother took his car back up there to be fixed as promised, and David told him to call me. David told me that my brother called me and handed him the phone I guess to get something fixed . He said he would replace the part, but my brother needed to to buy it. Which is not what he was told last time he took the car up there (after my original review) Instead of actually talking to me, he bulldozed anything I tried to say and was borderline aggressive to the point that my husband took the phone. Once my husband took the phone, David got annoyed and I didn t realize I was talking to someone else. Interesting.I don t think this man is aware of the mechanic background our family has, and was talking a whole lot of junk. He was focused on a good review for a vehicle that my father in law bought 8 years ago, and how we didn t review that car, but we re reviewing this one. Imagine being told you have to leave a good review for a car you had nothing to do with? He was so focused on my bad review instead of actually fixing the car, and arguing with my husband over it, that things got heated and he s refusing to do anything for my brother now. Couple issues here1. You told this kid, David, that you would fix this car. I don t care if he told you the car drives and runs fine, it s just the check engine light , my brother doesn t know much about cars, and he liked you. And I understand it s the knock sensor and I hope you understand that the knock sensor could be a bigger issue. An easy fix, I would think, but don t worry about it. This girl will fix it.2. I m not capable of reviewing a car for my father in law, because I wasn t here when he bought it, I don t drive it, and it wasn t directly affecting my immediate family. I take care of my brother and sister, and have been since our mother passed. So, this alpha is sort of like their mom.3. I would ve changed this review if you had fixed the issue as promised. You tried to bully my siblings into counteracting my bad review, and then saying how you wouldn t do anything til I changed my review. I would ve, again, had you fixed it.4. Yelling at people over the phone, and getting nasty in the review comments isn t really how you should feed your family , in opinion, but go off, King.5. You kept trying that this is how I feed my family angle. And I feel for you dude, I do.. but you and I both know this isn t gonna hurt your business any. This car is my brother s means to get back and forth to school and work. A means to freedom and being able to be independent, and eventually get out on his own.My brother is buying the part through your guy but I m going to fix it myself. Thank you for at least getting him half off the part.If you d like a good review, maybe do something for your customers when an issue arises, instead of acting like a giant man child. I know you can be a nice guy, and I m sure being in this business for 30 years has made you a little rough around the edges but behaving this way is frankly disgusting.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANI would not recommend this place, not only did he sell a car with a check engine light ( which my sister left a review about) he then told my brother he would fix it for free and acted like a child after my sister left the review. He wouldn t fix my brothers car bc of the review and then told my brother to call my sister and began to scream at her over the phone. This man has no respect for others or himself . Not only did he sell a bad car but he told my brother he is not welcome at the shop anymore bc he could not take accountability for his own actionsUpdate- my brother came home and told me this man was aggressive . He also told my sister ( who just had a baby keep in mind ) to grow up . Which is funny coming from the literal man child who threw a fit over a review which he did deserve after taking advantage of a teenager who saved up to buy he very first car .One more update - I had left a comment under the companies Instagram as well as Facebook, instead of facing the music he deleted the whole post so people who look at him or the company on Facebook won t be able to see negative reviews. Very slimy . Instead of making things right , he hides them.

I ve gotten two cars from David and I ve loved every single one. No problems out of any car I ve gotten and a great prices on both vehicles. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new-to-me car.

We bought a car from David for our son. David was excellent to deal with throughout the process and when one issue came up regarding a minor power steering leak during the purchasing process David did not hesitate to take care of it. He had some challenges with the timing of the repair through no fault of his own and stood behind his word to get it resolved. We would absolutely used David again for our future needs.

My boyfriend bought his car from this place and the day after he got the car the check engine light came on he called David and and ended up bringing the car back up to him and he turned the light off he told my boyfriend if it kept turning on to go back up there and would fix it for free.. well the light keeps turning on and so that s what he did today he took it back up there and david refuses to fix the part told my boyfriend that he knows a guy and to buy the part from him and he would fix it. Why does my boyfriend have to buy the part if it s supposed to be fixed for free? David told him to call his sister and started raising his voice at her bc she left a bad review her husband got tired of it and took the phone. My boyfriend told me how he disrespected him, and his sister and told him he wasn t going to fix and told his sister to grow up he then tells my boyfriend to take his car anywhere but here this guy is very disrespectful and doesn t treat his customers right

This is a local auto dealer that is very intentional and very up-front about what they offer: vehicles that are mechanically adequate while being extremely affordable. The dealership profits on the concept of "choose between a car payment or a mechanic payment", and they are good at what they do. It's the responsibility of buyers such as myself to accept the risks of buying a 200,000+ mile car, just as it is the responsibility of business owners like Mr. Dave C. to keep costs down and quality up regarding his inventory. He comes across genuine and comical, and he will work with you and be straightforward on your deal. Keep in mind, he's making a living not running a charity.C and H has a good and constantly evolving selection of quality used cars that may be cosmetically dinged and dented, scratched and scuffed, but they will do the job and keep more money in the buyer's pocket. This is what happened last week when I paid cash at C and H for a 10 year old Hyundai that my college-age daughter can drive reliably.I highly recommend this dealership to car shoppers who understand reality and want a great deal on a good car. Five stars all day.

I went with very specific criteria to be met and David met everything I needed. I am a proud owner of a 2004 Matrix in mint condition. I got a Great price on it and he took my old vehicle for trade in(one of my conditions to be met). David is a very pleasant person that will talk your ear off.

Absolutely perfect! Great service, great car!! I bought a BMW 328i approximately 6 months ago, and I haven't had ANY issues AT ALL! Dave is the most upstanding, honest person I've ever worked with. I will most certainly purchase another car from him.5 STARS!!

Purchased a Mercedes C240 Wagon FromC & H Discount Auto in Kernersville, NC.Got A Great Looking Luxury Car Without The Luxury Price and It Is Reliable Car, Too.However, Most Importantly Eric & Dave Took Great Care Of Me Making Sure All My Questions Were Answered, They Genuinely Wanted Me To Happy With the Vehicle The Day I Bought It and Years Later. Went to look at a car a couple months ago. The car was in worse shape than I expected which is fine. Pictures online aren't always a good representation. Anyway, I test drive it anyway and decided against it. The owner came out to try to negotiate with me but I wanted something in better shape. He wasn't honest about where he got the car (I knew he got it from an auction), or for how long it was on the lot (I had been looking at it online for about 2 weeks). When he realized that I was not interested in the car, he got an attitude. If you want to know what kind of guy he is, just look at how he responds to negative reviews...sarcastic arrogant, etc. Is that how you want to be treated if you have problems with a car you spent hard earned money on? Not me!

"Glowing review"Toyota camry 2007. It had the issues he told me it did. And he gave me a good price for it. He replaced the rotors for me without a labor charge a few months after I bought it. The work was done well.Would buy from here again.
