I purchased a set of Goodyear tires online, paid for them and had Beamer Tire & Auto install them. The installation was fine, but the balancing was off. I returned to the location and they rebalanced the tires. Something still didn't feel right, so I went back and spoke to Ronnie. We discussed my options and for starters he had one of his technicians swap the front left tire with the rear left. The ride got a little better, but still didn't seem right. Ronnie was very proactive, he got on the phone w/ the Goodyear rep and was able to get another set of tires. A few days later the new set was mounted, balanced and installed. My truck rides like a dream again, obviously there was one or more tires bad in the first set. Ronnie was EXCELLENT, great customer service and understanding of my situation. I've since brought him my wife's car for an oil change and will be bringing both of our vehicles back for service. Thanks Ronnie, Great Job!!!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me my tire tread wasn t enough to rotate the tires and said they will not be doing it which is fine until this past weekend I had an issue with a flat tire the dash said it was the front driver. I couldn t figure out where the problem was in that tire until today I took it to a different shop and was told it was the rear passenger tire that had the nail. Weird if they didn t rotate my tires how were they not reading for the appropriate tire placement Also the place I went to said my tires had enough tread. Makes me wonder if the oil change even happened. Maybe more training needs to happen here. I will not be back

This place has the BEST customer service. I have come here several times for my inspection and while I failed this time, I couldn t be more happy with the way they take care of their customers. They treat this like it is a small repair shop in a small town. This is why I always keep coming back. I will be back once the engine is repaired to get my passed inspection.

I am not a five star sally and I ve been on a bit of a tear as of late. But Beamer Tire & Auto have restored my faith in service and dare I say it, humanity. A bit dramatic, but my experience was THAT GOOD. First of all, I found them on Yelp after a serious let down at my old haunt at which I had been a loyal customer for almost five years. I asked for an estimate and was given a very reasonable price with options and explanations (my needs included tires). I shopped around and they were my best value, plus they had great reviews on Yelp and I take that seriously. I called for an appointment and they got me in on the first day I asked for (my very next day off), first thing in the morning which I prefer. The lobby is IMMACULATE. There is plenty of seating. I didn t bring my daughter, but there are toys for kids, complimentary coffee and some snacks. The bathroom is THE CLEANEST bathroom I have EVER seen in any business of this type EVER. I mean, it is NICE! Ronnie, the gentleman who manages the front office, is a great conversationalist and very solicitous. He offered me a soft drink when he went to get one for himself and he kept me abreast of the goings on with my car as they moved on with the stages (I had several things done). I m a single mom, I don t get child support. I had been saving up for this. Ronnie never even batted an eyelash when I paid in mostly crumpled cash and put the rest on my card. The cost matched the estimate and was actually a little less. They did not lie to me. They did not nickel and dime me. It was clear I don t know a lot about cars, but they didn t take advantage of that. First, they cleared up a lie that my old place had been telling me for years. Secondly, they made sure to educate me about getting my tires rotated to get more life out of them and be cost effective for me, not them (the sell tires) and they rotate them for free. They legitimately care about their customers. They did everything in their power to be fair and honest and give me a good experience at fair market value. They have gained a loyal customer in me. I have absolutely zero complaints. Not one caveat. Not one...but this could have been better... I give them ALL THE STARS!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I used Beamer services as a way to save time during a hard time. I needed a left wheel bearing replacement. I took my vehicle to them and told them what I needed. As a mechanic myself I already knew the issue and just needed someone to complete the replacement. They held my car all day and called me up hours later telling me they did a "full diagnostic check" (not requested) saying "they do this with all customers." They then kept my car for another few hours to replace my left wheel bearing and quoted me an outrageous $600 for a part that cost no more than $200 and a job that takes no more than one hour with garage tools. They then told me my car had a lot of issues. When I was able to pick up my car everything seemed fine (because they reset my computer by disconnected the battery) the next time I got in my vehicle about an hour later after picking it up. My check engine light and other warning lights were on. So I inspect the vehicle myself... I had air hoses left un attached, previous repairs to the vehicle were broken causing leaks and other issues that looks like someone did on purpose to have me have to come back for additional maintenance. Now a month later my left wheel bearing is again wore out. Now I have to replace it again... guess where I will not be taking it to!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! EITHER THEY ARE SCAMMERS OR HAVE HIRED SCAMMERS! EITHER WAY THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR.After inspection of wheel bearing of the left tire the wheel bearing and axle are in need of repair. The axel nut was completely stripped. They are lucky I caught the issue before someone got hurt. My left tire was hanging on by hopes and dreams. Honesty at its Finest. When you find them, you won't leave them...Haha. This place genuinely cares and it goes a long way. I mean look at the parking lot, ! But they are Fast, Friendly, and Trustworthy. I will not take my car anywhere else, EVER. I highly recommend this place. You want Honesty? You want Trust? You got it. Thank me later, You're welcome!

I cant really comment on the repair aspect of beamer tire, as Ive only gone for inspections here which have all been fast and great. But i used the car wash here yesterday and it charged my card 10 dollars for a single wash manual spray. Not what i expected when I came home and checked my account. I dont mind getting my inspections here but this will probably be the last time i trust their spray booths without using coins.Edit: after seeing the reply from the owner i will check back in a few days and edit my review if it was a misunderstanding on my end.Edit: money returned, all is good!

A wonderful facility to have repairs done to your vehicle. I had some rotors repaired on my vehicle. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice in the afternoon. Up front pricing and professionalism. Kent was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need to tire or auto repair.

I recently posted a review for Beamer automotive about a situation I was dissatisfied with. Regardless of the post being an overreaction on my part, the manager at the Kernersville shop went out of his way to contact me and resolve my concern. Not only was this an example of great customer service, they went above and beyond to make everything right. Love, love, LOVE, these folks! I've been driving from highpoint to kernersville to take my trucks to their shop FOR YEARS! Needing a vehicle fixed is never pleasant, but its alot less stressful when you trust the people doing the fixing ! They do amazing work for a decent price. They stand by the repairs they do, truly a 5 business. On top of high quality work, the people there are friendly and kind. Ronnie and Brandon have been extremely helpful over the years (as well as the rest of the crew, obviously). I'd recommend Beamer Tire in kernersville to anyone in need of a "honest mechanic". Thanks fellas for everything. I ve had multiple great experiences at Beamer Tire with the help of Kent Duggins. Kent allows me to drop my car off over night and keeps me informed throughout the day by text message and phone call when context is needed. I always trust Kent and Beamer to follow through with their words and action plans. Beamer has done several repairs for my engine, starting system, and suspension. They also do a great job thoroughly inspecting my car while performing general maintenance. We use Beamer for our tires and most oil changes and have been very happy with them. Today I had questions about needing new tires and the manager and the head mechanic showed me the problem and explained to me why it was happening and how to fix it. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I appreciated them taking the time to break everything down so I can understand it. Had an amazing experience. I had not ever been here before they were fast, efficient, and beyond friendly. They also let you know if they found any additional issues with your vehicle they informed you. They also had coffee, water, and even snacks. Definitely will be coming back for any future car needs. I can't say enough good about this place! I had top of the line Goodyear tires put on my Cadillac SRX and after several attempts to get the tires balanced, they concluded there was an issue with the tires. Based on the manager's recommendation, they ultimately put on a different brand tire and the ride is perfect. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and really took care of me. I've had service done on other vehicles there as well and they're always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

This is hands down, the best car shop!! We started going to the Greensboro location years ago off of a groupon and haven t stopped going since. We will continue to be long time loyal customers! They are the most friendly and kind people, everyone in the shop but especially the managers. They stop and take their time to explain what s wrong or what s needed. They never make you feel dumb with your questions and really are honest and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable as well. We recently moved to Kernersville and would ve continued to drive to Greensboro for service, but we were pleasantly surprised there s a Kernersville location too! I would highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I have been a long-time loyal Beamer customer for years and today was another great reminder why I love giving them my business! I called ahead of time to make sure they could take me for an inspection and they said they could. When I got there, they had been slammed with walk-ins and it was near the end of their work day. Brandon and Ethan told me not to worry and they would stay later if they needed to to make sure I got my inspection. In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, I appreciated they were wearing masks and offered to wipe down the vehicle inside after the inspection. They were both professional and efficient and took great care of me. Thank you Beamer, for the great level of care you give your customers. I filled out the online form for a quote to get my catalytic converter replaced after someone stole it. Never heard a reply. Never received a call. I found a different, reliable mechanic that answered me within 15 minutes and had my car fixed within 2 days. He has my future business not Beamer.

I have taken cars to all 3 of the Beamer locations in the triad area. They messed up my appointment thus time but they made it right and I am a happy customer with them as usual. Employees always friendly, and I don't ever catch the "crooked mechanic" vibe off any of them. I am 4 out of 5 stars mechanically inclined myself so it is not easy to slide one by me, and they don't even try. I appreciate that and have no problem recommending them to my less mechanically savvy friends and family.

I had my oil changed here for the first time in March 2020, at the very start of the pandemic. I assumed it was done so quickly because no one was leaving their house, let alone doing car maintenance. Fast forward a year, I just went back today for another oil change and I was in and out within 30 minutes! These guys are fantastic! They greet you with a smile, answer all my questions, and get the job done fast. I also appreciate that they offer awesome discounts/coupons.
