Came in after having a struggle with a potential bad battery. They replace the battery, I got some items for my daughter and things were better than you can imagine. Even though it was suggested to be a pro install because it's under the passenger seat, they knocked it out and I am ecstatic about the experience!

I had battery trouble with my Acura TSX as expected from Advance Auto i was assisted with a friendly and helpful staff changed my battery, cleaned the terminals and check voltages and went on my way and able to make it to work on time.

On July 4th this year I was going on a trip out of town and my engine like came on, I pulled into the nearest Advance which was in Kernersville NC. I was greeted by a employee named James. He was so nice and friendly and helped me right away. He found my problem and even suggested several ways to fix the issue. He was a very nice and friendly young man, that was a true experience of what Customer Service should be about. Thanks again James I will surely tell people about you and this store.

I've been coming here for years for my automotive needs and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles compared to other competitor auto parts stores employees. James is my go to person here he always goes above and beyond with customer service at this location!!!

Went in to get replacement headlamps for my car. First called and spoke with Mike who was amazing at assisting me. Once I arrived at the store he was even more helpful. The other gentleman working that day Matt was also just as helpful. Customer service is their top priority. Would highly recommend this store.

The folks at this Advance Auto were very helpful. They had the belt tensioner for my 2012 Avalanche, which I did not expect. They even provided a diagram for routing the serpentine belt. I thought I might be immobile for a few days, but I was on the road again in three hours. Thanks again.

I had to go back. The first time I went i needed windshield wipers, the guy was really helpful and put them on for me. I had to go back because I forgot to get my airfilter. Again he was very helpful. But didnt have it in stock he ordered it for me and it will be there first thing in the morning. Advance Auto parts is my favorite place to go for auto needs.

They tested an alternater and told me it was bad then proceeded to try and sell me a new one. I waited to buy one. In the mean time I went to a different place and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with mine and did NOT try and sell me anything.

On December 7, 2020, my truck battery was completely drained, despite the chilly weather, Adam was extremely helpful in attempting to jump start my vehicle, Adam was professional and knowledgeable about the parts and services offered at my Kernersville Advance Auto Parts location. Great place, my battery died and I didn t have my wallet. They came up with a solution so my wife could pay online abs they could install the battery. Great staff.

Visiting this past week from Ct,had a check engine light "pop on" ,was almost sure what it was,but stopped by for a quick diagnostic check,and the woman working at the counter,was friendly and quick,and provided me with the results I needed,and even gave a couple of nice pointers .Nice store,well organized and friendly staff !

Overall genuinely good customer service with the only downfall being that every store can be priced independently so keep that in mind as you're buying the part that the store a few miles away may have the same part for a cheaper price.

I was asked to leave the store for not wearing a mask despite having a medical condition which prevents me from wearing one. Would you ask someone who s in a wheelchair or on crutches to leave. It s discriminating against someone with a medical condition, which is ILLEGAL.
