Great service! I worked with Kenny and he got me right! I came in 15 minutes before closing but he was not rushing me and helped me out with the whole process even if it was after hours and was not pressuring me to purchase. Great service and I extremely recommend.

The entire team was amazing from the top down. The owner actually delayed his Father s Day beach trip to help us get the car we wanted. Access auto is family own and ran which is very important to us. We feel so well taken care of, it is hard to express in words. We will definitely be buying all of our vehicles from them in the future. Shout out to Mo for meeting us out front and starting things off on the right note. Love these guys! (The car is pretty dope too)

My husband and I were in the market for a suv and saw many options available on their lot. They were very nice, honest, and not pushy at all. We ended up with an audi Q7 that we love and they worked extra hard to get us a great deal. They even went above and beyond with my two small children, talking to them and giving snacks. I would definitely recommend giving them a look if you're in the market for a new car.

Very pleased.. Salesman made the process seamless. The owner was very straight forward on the price of the automobile which I prefer (no need to haggle).. Brought the car home and had a minor issue with the a/c over the first wknd.. Owner told us to bring it in and the issue was fixed with no charge. I realize that the owner was not obligated to do this, but he would prefer to keep a happy customer. Not enough people do good business like I received from Access Auto. I would definatley do business here again, I bought this car for my daughter but the next one I buy from me will be mine ;) So many nice cars.. Thanks again Access Auto, my daughter loves her VW..

I m a little late in posting this, but I bought a Nissan Xterra from Access Auto two weeks ago. It is a fantastic vehicle and the process was smooth and easy. Mo was fantastic! I will consider purchasing from them again in the future.

Great guys.Purchased a 2018 Chrylser Pacifica from them.Kenny Eaton was the salesman and took the time to answer our questions, and wasn't high pressure at all.Finance Manager Edres Brahim was also a pleasure to work with.They went above and beyond for us, and I appreciate that.

It was a great experience I was having an accident with my car and they helped me out and they got me a new car with a very good deal ,the owner was very nice and the staff over there are very helpful they treat you like family for sure will always be with them and Highly recommended for everybody and shout out for Moe he is really nice man and doing his best there just ask for Moe Guys when you get there

I purchased a Mercedes CLS550 from this location in 2018 and I had the best experience. Customer service was great and over 2 years later my car is still running smooth. I plan to buy another vehicle soon which is what led me to look them up again. I just so happen to look through their reviews and seen some people were dissatisfied and I just couldn t believe it. I hope my review helps someone being that it is 2 years later and I am still able to say I had the perfect experience and I love my car !!!!!

At first I was really skeptical about buying from a small dealer but I have to say it's one of the best experiences I've ever had. Customer service was wonderful. Bought my car 6 months ago and they still call to check on me and whether or not in satisfied with my purchase. Woody and Kareem were very helpful and made this a smooth and quick and easy purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and purchase a car from them!!

First time car buyer here! Let me tell you the service from Kenny & woody was out of this world. Not only were they very patient with me and my family (4 kids and fianc�) but got me in the exact car I was wanting. Anyone who knows me, knows I grew up around cars and I am very picky about where and who I let service my cars, yet buy a car from you guys are awesome and I truly appreciate you both!

I stopped at this dealer because I spotted the exact vehicle I had been looking for (it had literally just arrived at the dealer) Reluctant, only because it is a smaller dealership than I am used to dealing with and the rumors you hear about the smaller dealerships can sometimes be scary. Boy was I wrong! I visited several times looking at the car. They invited me to have my mechanic look at the car - which I did - and there was a tiny issue. When my mechanic brought it to their attention, they took it to the shop immediately and had it fixed. (it really was a very minor issue). Once I told them I was interested in the vehicle - they didn't even post it as available until I made my decision! Each visit I made, they remembered myself and my children, offering bottles of water, SpongeBob, and most importantly, private time for me to check the vehicle out again and again. I never felt the sales pressure I had grown accustomed to - and avoided like the plague at other dealerships! I did end up purchasing the vehicle and had one more issue pop up AFTER I purchased the vehicle in "as is" condition.....this turned out to be an issue caused by the type of oil used when they had the oil changed from the first issue - I took the vehicle back and they IMMEDIATELY got on the phone trying to get the car in to have the oil changed! Because it was late on a Saturday, it was a no go - but first thing Tuesday, they took my car - GAVE ME A LOANER car to drive and had this issue fixed as well, all the long assuring me they stood behind their vehicles and would make sure it was right. Now granted, both of these issues were fairly small, but the fact that they handled them the way they did was HUGE in my book - especially since they were not obligated in any way to fix it! I will definitely purchase from them again and am now enjoying my new vehicle and am super excited I decided to stop at that little dealership on the corner! They really do have a very nice selection to choose from! Thank you for making my buying experience so pleasurable and personal! I will be back!!!!!!

I've bought 3 cars from access auto my first car was a white SAAB back in 2011. I had that car for 3 years then, I went back me and my wife and she got her self a LEXUS ES 300. for an excellent pricein 2014 I trade my SAAB for a white BMW 535XI. I'm still driving that car.I'm trying to sell my BMW and go back there to get a 450 MERCEDES GL.honestly I never had any problem when, it comes to service I always been treated with respect, and I recommended couple of friends , they too been treated with respect . also never had any problems with my cars.they recommend that I should buy warranty for my cars and I did, who doesn't after all they are a used car I should protect my investment.wood is a wonderful person and a good manager,access auto is my place for future cars.

Horrible experience. Source for their vehicles is auto auctions where they buy low priced vehicles and sell them as upscale nice vehicles. Also sell you a warranty that is absolutely no good. Don't waste your time. Was with a dear friend who bought a BMW with 85k miles. Two weeks later motor dies. Warranty won't cover. They are extremely nice people which convinces a buyer they must be good people. PLEASE DON"T GET SCAMMED. Buy from a reputable dealer such as CarMax who checks out every vehicle they buy and makes it right if you aren't happy.

My experience at Access Auto was amazing to say the least! The salesman named Woody made me feel like more than just a random customer buying a car, but more like a part of the family. Not once did he pressure me to purchase anything nor did he rush my decision. He took the time to find out my individual needs and preferences for a car instead of just making me choose one. Woody is way better than those "pushy" salesmen that I'm used too. I must say that I am very impressed with this dealer. I will definitely buy from Woody again in the future.

I have bought several vehicles from access auto and had nothing but great service with them. I would recommend them to anyone that may have any doubts. They have great and reliable vehicles and stand behind their expectations. And if I need a other one access auto is where I go. So if your looking for a great deal with great customer service and the quality of a vehicle this is the place to go.

Thought I was buying a great car for a good deal a 2003 Cadillac CTS but 3 days after I pulled it off the lot drove it to work 2 times then my check engine light came on. Took it to a reliable mechanic to check the codes because I didn't trust the one they had because if he was a true mechanic he would've caught those 11 different fault codes I got but seeing this led me to believe they cleared the codes just to get rid of it but all in all I had over $1400 in work done to the car just to get it in good consistent running condition. Called the dealer ship to see if they could assist me with anything whatsoever and of course the owner said that he couldn't but I would never ever recommend anyone buying a car from this place

Bought a '13 VW Passat a few weeks back. Received really great customer service from Cory, the Sales Manager. Took the time to address all of my concerns. Never felt pressured to purchase at all, even though I selected and purchased the car from Durham. They sent an Uber to pick me up and bring me to their location. The car was priced below average, but was in exceptional shape. Totally detailed and clean. Under the hood was immaculate.

Don't be fooled by their friendly customer service! By the worst auto dealer i have ever dealt with. Stay away from these guys if you want a good vehicle. They buy all their vehicles from public auctions for cheap, then pass them off to unaware buyers. I bought a 2007 SUV from them, and two weeks later i had to put over $3,000 in it. Not to mention they didn't lift a finger to help me! Auto dealer? More like con artists. Stay away!ps. It wouldn't let me go any lower than one star, if i could i would!

Although I got an older model Nissan Maxima, I got Superior Quality Service as if I was getting an Audi, Mercedes, Lexus,Infinity,or any other Top Quality Vehicle that they sell. The Staff was very attentive, supportive knowledgeable, professional and just plain o NICE!!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACCESS AUTO TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND MEET.IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A VEHICLE, THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD GO!!!!

I just had a great experience doing something that I TOTALLY dreaded!!! I bought a car... 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! The people at Access Auto were so helpful and informative!! It's a very friendly atmosphere and I couldn't be happier!!

The customer service was awesome. But do not buy a car from this place 15 minutes after I purchased a car for my daughter the check engine light came on. Although Woody told us their mechanic looked at the car and it had been inspected... the camshaft went up and neither one of the front windows went down however none of this took place when we test drove it. I took it back and they did fix it. Please take your money to a car lot that will BE HONEST with you cause they lie and tell you what you want to hear. But as I stated before the customer service is awsome. Definitely a lesson learned.Too add to my review a couple of days after I wrote my personal experience from the car lot I receive a phone call from Woody whom was very upset that I gave them a not so good review. He tells me I "don't know anything about cars" "didn't you test drive the car" ummmm yes and if I had noticed these things wrong with the car after I test drove it trust me it would have still been sitting on their lot. Woody continues too bilittle me and down talk me, he then states how they did not have to fix anything on the car, he continued too down talk me simply because he's upset he sold us a car that had problems that I know they had to have known about. He was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I have never received a call from a business upset because they received a not so good review. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR LOT!! NOW I REGRET EVEN COMING HERE!!! I praised them on their customer service in my previous review but now I WILL BE GIVING THEM ONE STAR ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and If I could take that one star away I would!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went in to see Cory & Woody after seeing a car online. both these gentlemen were not only helpful but understanding. I will go back to purchase another vehicle from them and would sent anyone I know there to do the same. They even stayed open well after hours to help me finish with the paperwork.
