Was told a few hours but turned out to be about 5. Customer service overall was ok. Got a valve stem seal replace that was leaking on a tire and a transmission leak looked at to see where it may be leaking and topped off. Cost $175, took about an hour for both to be preformed and I def feel it was over charged, per usual... lol smh thanks anyways yall and God bless

Warning to all truckers needing repair. I came here for a leveling valve problem about 7 pm they looked at what I said was the problem went for the part and didn t have the right one and wanted to charge me a full hour diagnostic charge for me telling them the problem. Then they said they have to order the part at 8am at 9 am I called them and they said the system was down then 30 minutes later after I called and secured the part they said the system was not down and heard I ordered the part. At this point I knew the price of the part but manager wanted $150 over what I knew the price to be and another $150 to send someone to get the part. I went by Uber and saved the money. Brought the part back. Tech was clueless on how to install the part got it on wrong many times then left at 4 pm still not fixed. They said they would have it looked at by another tech but after 3 hours no tech. On the job. I don t know how long this is going to take but it s way too long and expensive and I lost a lot of money in work. WARNING DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Chris is an amazing mechanic. Found the electrical problem quick and repaired it fast. Freightliner wanted to charge me $1200 for a part alone. Plus hours. Chris saved me all that. It's a good place for O/O to come.

I come here for ultimate PM service. After 9hrs wait they finally put me in bay. But after that they want me pay for trailer lubrication that supposed come with my PM. Office is all young kids and manager not nice. I ask why i need pay extra for that he tell me because i bring my own filter. I wouldn't come again.Update shop didn't set up my fuel filter right. I had break down after day. Is leaking on my water separater call for roadside service from other TA. They told me water separater is not tie. Waste other 8hrs and need more time to make phone call to claims warranty things.

I ve got wheel alignment here on my a new Michelin steer tire but after about month or so I noticed that the side of tire started wearing out. I brought my truck back in the morning around 8 am and waited until 1 pm to be called. Wait is incredible long and service is mediocre. Just waisting your time. one good thing of it that I wasn t charged for it.

Stopped here to get a trailer leveling valve replaced. Pulled in the shop at 7am going on nine hours in here still not fixed. You would think a truck stop owned by the biggest truck stop in the world would be able to produce a top notch shop instead the have managed to produce the world's worst shop.

Went there for pm service and check engine light, took 1 hour to just check in, old guy at checking counter was not friendly or professional, keep ignoring us and acted like he didn't want our business. He had no idea what he was doing, after waiting for long time he then finally answered us about wanting time for the service. His was it could be 30 minutes or 3 hours just wait for us to call you. After that we decided to take our business somewhere else and will not use their shop any more.

Rude stuff after they billed me over 600$ for a beacon lights I called to ask why,they started to make fun of me.Then not responding to phone calls. They started work without even confirming with me and then surprise!!

Remember, the days that a truck shop or mechanic shop would help you out my towbar bracket is bent they would not loan me a porta power, nor prybar just straighten out a bracket. I would have to wait till 8 o clock in the morning. It is now 12 AM for mechanic to come in look at it and most likely tell me you couldn t do anything because of insurance regulations, can t believe times have changed that much that they can t even let you use a prybar when you re in need it s all about the money at this place

You'll wait forever but thats nothing different from anywhere else big-rig related. The staff were all pretty decent and great to work with. Just make sure you check over the truck after your done; the oil cap was left off and caught it during my post inspection, and it looked like someone had ran against something the passenger side of the running board with something greasy while in the tight shop. Had a few scratches and had to wipe 2 gobs of grease off when I went to fill up on gas.They have a driver's lounge upstairs and some decent parking.

Stopped at TA to get a tire fixed. Was told the tire could not be repaired as the puncucture was to close to the shoulder and if they patched it the tire would wear out faster. Got a new tire, took old tire with me and had it fixed at a tire company in California at Pete's Road Service Inc. They have been in business since 1969, great people to do business with. Sad to say but since BP bought TA and Petro all their prices have gone thru the roof. Shame on you for screwing the over worked, under paid Truck Driver.

I would give negative -1 if there was a start for it. been sitting duck over 13 hrs just for them to keep saying we only have 1 technicians and they move very slow. like cmon u have all of these trucks sitting in line for what?

Oh will the steering wheel fit??? Oh I don't know I don't know who I would ask....uh uh uh.,...ok....do you not install what you sell in store oh uh uh uh yes we do...get the tech ....uh uh uh I don't know who I would ask.....HOW LONG FOR A SHOP APPT!!!!! 6 hours no guarantees ..they are not techs ....only tire changers lucky if that ....company gets dumber and dumber

Technician doesn t know what he s doing he couldn t even know where to plug in his computer. He didn t solve my problem but they charged me as a flat rate which is almost $200 for nothing. Waste of time and money..!

Just wanted to have truck and trailer inspected and be given a list of what they felt needed done or to keep an eye on. Always nice to have another set of eyes on the truck.They refused and said I needed to do a DOT inspection and if they found anything I had to pay them to fix it or they wouldn t let the truck out of the shop.

The service @ TA is very questionable at best,The techs at TA only go by what the computers say. They have no individual ideas anymore than the programmed robot.Went in for allignment they never trouble shoot for ball-joints, Nore even know how to check for king-pin wear.Who trains these Supposide techs in the first place??They are basicly worthless as any type of knowledge concerning any aspect of being a mechanic???

Perfect service here! I have no power on trailer problem . First fixed it in FL, changed a new cable, still no power. Spent much money! The mechanic here fixed it in 1 hour. Quickly and Cheap here! And the front desk also gave a good service. Thanks
