Never came back again, this gays don t know what they do it. Very bad service 3 hrs just to do basic oil change. When no full filters. This place Need new managers and workers. ((. We Missing the old Speedco. ))

Worst company ever needed 8 tires would not take credit card over phone! Left went to eat came back said need 1 that was blown out gave me price said pay cash. Told me to bring it around seen it was oversize told him the weight of the whole machine said nope can't lift it. I said ur not lifting the whole unit only half an axle still said noit was 9pm and everyone was putting stuff out n their cars so just didn't want to do the job is all I can think of. Worst shop for this company by far!!!!!!

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about getting my truck serviced at this location. However I was glad I gave them a chance. They were prompt and courteous. They did a great job. They didn't miss any grease fittings. They checked the air pressure in my tires and added air as needed. I would come back to this location. I was there in the morning, first shift. Great job guys!

I give this Speedco a solid 4/5. The guys who work here obviously know what they re doing, but the location is horribly understaffed. A few more techs on the payroll could work wonders here. It s in a prime location across the street from one of the bigger truck stops in the country, so there s no reason not to have more staff.I came in for a routine PM (oil change, grease, etc) and it took roughly 2 hours from check in to check out.

How does a national chain not have a working grease gun? 2 months this branch cannot do any greasing because the pump is broken. Wow.Well... Went back here again... They do have grease now... But it honestly took 5 hours to get an oil change and a steer tire replaced... Too many employees riding the clock and not working. This place needs a purge of them swamp.

The slowest speedco ive ever been to, 1hour and 35 inside the to change 2 fuel filters is unbelievable. Tech walking around pretending to be working on my truck. Lack of professionalism with most of the people working there.

After a long night of driving I pulled over in Arby's parking lot to rest for a few hrs when I woke up in the morning I had a flat tire and as I'm in the process of relocation of my family funds are a little tight but I called speedco to see if they could send someone to put some air in my tire without hesitation thay answerd the bell thank you speedco!!!!!! Life saver!!!Van was absolutely awesome thank you sir

Not good this time. 3 hrs for pm. Over the pit for 2 1/2 hrs. Talking and carrying on with each other. Then they leave you sitting and go to snap-on truck. Asked for Mobil Delvac oil, received Rotella T4. Called them up, they said come back. They will change it. Smh.Speedco use to be good. They didn't have oil filters, went to truck stop to get filters.

Complete trash. There were only two trucks there. I sat for an hour and a half over the pit. They claim they were waiting for approval from company but I wasn t informed. One phone call and I could ve had it approved within minutes. A lot of walking around and talking amongst each other though.

This is the worst speedco I have ever experienced! 6 techs talking to each other not working taking so long to just get a pm done for 1 truck a head of me! I have been sitting for over 2 hrs just to get a dot inspection done! This will be the last time I ever go to a speedco. Especially this one!!

I went to request a tire change and mechanic tells me that only he and his partner are there but at the time of requesting the service there was no one in the tire change bay and the person indicates that he is waiting for 2 people he is told what happens with the service here he indicates what problem is the manager who has no more employees this is outrageous.

Real ? They do not know what they do ! The attention of the people in this place leaves a lot to be desired... terrible, they put extra oil in it, they don't have grease to grease the truck and trailer, but they charge the same. I asked about something mechanical but the mechanic was too busy to look at my truck. It is a very big business to have such bad service.

Do not buy a tire from Speedco or Loves and expect any warranty issues to be taken care of. It won t happen! Better off at TA s or Petros!

I m waiting here more than 30 minutes and there is no truck in front of me they re just playing around and telling me stay in the truck. We will let you know once we are ready for you the worst Speedco ever.

How can you have a oil and lube business but the grease machine has been broken for a month and half. What ever happened to grease gun and tube grease, must be above their pay grade

Road Service- John went above and beyond, very helpful, and curtious, good communication except BC disengage info. Jason a professional experienced mechanic came out did inspection then worked hard and fast to R&R chamber in the dirt to get tractor safe back on road. Great job, thanks!

This place is a joke. I've been here since 4:30. It's been 3 hours for one tire and they still haven't even started. Only one person in front of me, and I'm pretty sure they held a team meeting around 5 on a Friday and made customers wait for servicing.

The employees don't do what they're told and the manager listens to em cry and complain instead of telling them to get to work. So i got my pm done in a little over an hour then waited almost an hour and a half to get my trailers rotated and finally just left without getting it done.

The guys in here are extremely slow , I ve been waiting 24 hours for a tire change on my trailer . I don t recommend coming here unless you want to wait .

Very young crew here ! But that not the problem every time you come here they are out of something no filters no oil no grease I don t how there still in business speedco should fire loves this has down hill every since they got bought out on a positive the people are nice but man can t even get a complete service here anymore ..

Asked to mount tires on the motorhome after blowout. Didn t heave the size in stock. Asked if will install new tires if supplied. Said doesn t want to take responsibility. Wouldn t do it even after was told that will not be held responsible. What a way to leave people stranded on the road.

This Speedco has to be the absolute worse in the country.One of their so-Called techs comes out and gets my information,Then I wait for three full hours to pull in the bay, to be told they don't have any oil filters for a ISX Cummins .If I could have given you zero stars I would .Simply shameful!!

Called for tire service and was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours before someone would be dispatched to my location to change a trailer tire. They also said be sure to answer the phone when they call. I called back in 3 hours and they said the manager does not have anyone to come out until tomorrow. Don't waste your time with this place. They knew they were not coming when I called the first time. They probably would say I never answered the phone, but I called them because they were never gonna call me back.

Always enjoy stopping in to have our truck serviced. Quick to get in, out in a reasonable time frame, employees are super friendly and a great bunch of guys & gals!!! Always a pleasure to stop in!

Very slow service - used to be speedco fast and reliable now it become slowco, no matter what speedco location around the country service is very slow only few locations does carry the fuel and oil filter you like ain t a reliable service as it used to be anymore, very expensive .

This is a horrible place to stop at. I wanted 8 brand new tires with 6 brand new shocks. Before I could get that out the cashier interrupt me just kept on replying nope! Mind you they had the tires in stockService: TiresService: Tires

I stop to oil change after long wait i did but after 5mile my check engin light is come on. Then i went to loves and check my fleet guard filter was leacking oil, shame full careless guy , please put in back properlyMosob transportation llc
