Bad Business. Bought a tire for 40.00 and plug for the other tire for 20.00He charged me 60 and put only the tire price on receipt which means he put my other 20 in his pocket . Never again.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you come to this place DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!! BRING YOUR KIDS WITH YOU!!! Not only is this place dirty and smells nasty I had my child with she s only 5! The older white man came up to my child asking her if she had a boyfriend!!! And how many boyfriends do she have!!!! He also was making inappropriate comments! You re going to be a problem when older and on and on

Crooks and thieves...Don't shop here,my mother brought 4 rims and 4 tires up here just to be put on the rim,I counted them before they were loaded in the car and again when they were in the car,basic math,they stole the tires then claimed there was only one tire in there to be replaced,and charged my mother for 2 new tires and the last one said they was nothing wrong with and just added air so where are my others tires at,then when questioned they said she was lying,3 people counted those tires before they took them,and then said they were never there,so you mean to tell me 3 grown educated adults can't count tires man come on,bunch of crooks and thieves,stay away if I were you, you have been warned.

Traveling on I95 with toy hauler camper, we had a blowout on camper in SC, put on spare and got new tire at Black's Tire in Lumberton. Paid for a new 1, got a used 1. Had another tire blow near Kenly, NC, put on spare and got to Kenly Tire Service where we got 4 new tires. They worked hard to get us back on the road with 4 new Hercules. They were friendly and did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Kenly Tire.Service: Tires

I have an older model vehicle. Lots of miles. May be rocket science to new mechanics. These guys keep me on the road. Heading there this morning. Went to have rims put on and they were not balanced properly my truck was all over the road so I called them but they were already closed so I had to wait until Monday to get ahold of them and I had them re balanced at a garage closer to me so I told them that I had to pay an additional 40.00 after already payin them 80.00 to have their mistake fixed. They told me if I brought in a receipt they would make it right I told them I was only asking for 40.00 back since I had to have it fixed they wouldn't do anything for me!!! I have never left a bad review of a Business before and I'm never one to complain but to do it wrong then lie to me is not right if they would have said sorry there is nothing we can do then I wouldn't be leaving this review but they lied and didn't care!!! Take your money elsewhere !!!

Do not recommend them... ruined one of my rims and and a lug nut... had tire replaced due to a vibration and got worse after they put one on definitely do not recommend them at all

In 26 years using kenly tire, never could complain, always have done me right.... if I was to be extra picky might say used tires are a little pricey...

They replaced a motor, twice, and missed several bolts both times. They never finished any work when they said they would. The woman in the office is rude. I'll never get work done there again.

Helped me out in a pickle when they were trying to close. Only downside is it's cash only. Makes no sense for a business that would run $100+ tabs constantly
