Mr. Durham helped me immensely when my car broke down in Kenly North Carolina, halfway into my road trip. Not only did he help me navigate insurance claims by being a point of contact, he replaced the radiator and fans to fix the broken cooling system, getting my car back up and running. He ensured my vehicle was safe to drive the 300+ miles home. I highly recommend this repair shop for the care and pride he has in his work, as well as the fair prices. I only wished I lived closer to have such an honest and good mechanic more readily available for future car maintenance!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

Richard is a very honest and fair person. He did an excellent job on my car. I feel he charged me an honest price. I asked him to change my cabin air filter. He said ok. He called me back with in 5 minutes to tell me I didn't have one in my car. I'm sure some garages would say they changed it and charge me for it. My son was out of state working that week. He came and got me which is unheard of these days. I felt like I mattered. Richard is a very thoughtful person. That is why I sing his praise to anyone who listens. A garage I highly recommend if you want excellent work and want to be treated like you matter. Thank you Richard and his crew

I'm not going to say he's a bad mechanic but just warning you if you have a serious issue like with a transmission or engine work don't bring your vehicle here because he will tell you to bring it in and he will look at it then call you to tell you he does not have the capability or tools to work on it but tell you what he thinks it is then charge you a $82 diagnostic fee but I understand that part, I'm just trying to save you a diagnostic fee then have to take it somewhere else. So if you think it's serious just don't bring it here.

Durham's Garage is the best garage around. I've done business with them for years and they are very professional and treat you like family. They also have the best mechanics in the area .So if you're needing your vehicle worked on I highly recommend this mechanic shop for all your vehicle needs!!!!

I can t say enough about what a kind man Richard is. I was on my third car trouble on my road trip from NY to Key Largo and he squeezed me in and accommodated me and told me he d keep working on my car til he got me back on the road that day! I ended up having a thermostat problem that s why my car problems had been persisting! He took his time to figure out what the problem was and explained everything to me! He has such fair prices also! Thank you so much for all your help and for getting me safely to my destination! You truly were a God send!

This man is a very kind person. He talked to my husband. He told us that he was a Christian. Because my husband has cancer he took our hands and prayed for him. My husband talked to him this evening. He offered to take my husband's vehicle and have tires put on it for him in the morning. He is going above and beyond. He is also a good mechanic. He does not rush on a job. He tries to make sure it is done right. Good person. Good service and good work. What more can you ask .

We are from NY, headed to Parris Island to get our new marine. On our way down, a break line blew and we could not find a place to squeeze us in on such short notice.Durham got us in. after chatting, we found out that they are Marines as well! what a coincidence!! they say everything happens for a reason, and I believe this. I just want to thank this shop, not only for their service to our country but also for their kindness, help, and genuine hearts. I highly recommend and appreciate them!

Richard took care of an emergency repair on my Husbands 1999 F-250 when he wasn't even open. Went out of his way to get him back on the road to our nephews home in Virginia. Cant say enough good things about him and his business. Even helped out to get a refund on the part that had a lifetime warranty

We were heading to our grandsons marine graduation and blew a break line on 7/10/2019 being from ny state we took our avalanche there ooh my god they fixed it in the same day very reasonable friendly dependable no strings attached and even looked for other AUTOMOTIVE issues never been to a AUTOMOTIVE garage as honest as they were ty from Eugene DARLENE Raymo
