Waynes Tire has been a trusted mechanic in our family for years. Wayne was a great honest man who gave excellent service and fair prices. Since Scott has taken over, the business still appears to be great. Scott is genuine and kind and has really kept the wonderful reputation of Wayne's Tire in good standing. I have moved to Rowan County but I still bring my vehicles to Scott at Wayne's Tire for all of my mechanic needs. If he can't help me, he refers me to someone he know can and will. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and fair mechanic shop...look no further.

Use this company a lot my whole family and Company, My wife took the vehicle yesterday we drove it there to get new battery terminals put on! Was told alternator & battery was bad and then after that they said the transmission went out remember my wife drove it in no problems at all but light on!After explaining we had a lifetime warranty on alternator and warranty on the battery,Was told it would be $200 in labor!!!Did not get it fixed that day said they would work on it the next day to finish no call from them about the car until we called them and said it would be done around 5:00 at closing.Went to go pick it up the bill was over $500 not $200 was told the pulley went out also over $300 for a pulley no charge for labor....Unbelievable you would think you would get a call if the price was going to be over double what you was quoted regardless of the situation bad business 100%

After going around and and around with Firestone, I was delighted to find Wayne's Tire Service. I received the best customer service from Kar. She found just the right fit, got me in the next day and I was done in about an hour. I highly recommend this shop!

I stopped by on my lunch break due to a nail in my tire. Scott was pleasant and informative. My tire was able to be successfully repaired, and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Very friendly service, and I would take my vehicle back to them.

Best place for tires and all your automotive needs! Had tires and TPMS sensors installed and it went flawlessly. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the prices were better than any other shop in the area! I'll definitely be going here from now on and recommending to all my friends and family. Service the way it was meant to be. I was referred here by some long time trusted friends. Then I met one of the owners. She impressed with with her sense of integrity and how they treat their customers. So when my dash lit up like a Christmas tree I decided to see if they were who they said they were. I met the other owner (her husband) and he went thru all what was going on. I okay all the repairs and waited a little impatiently on my part because I was missing work.When I got the call my car was ready I was relieved to find out the repairs were not as extensive as I feared and it was half of the quote before. I was blown away. Whenever have you been given a quote and then find it was half of the quote. First time for me and I about collapsed on the floor.I was very impressed with their customer service. My friends didn't let me down and neither did Scott or Kara. I'll definitely be bringing them my cars again.

Ck engine light on and car keeps shutting off while drivingThey replaced 02 sensor, replaced two belts on my honda accord 2.2 engineWent for test ride with Bob, car shut off again. Work on it for 4 more hoursCosts 396.99 and left with itCAR SHUTS DOWN CONTINUES TO HAPPENCK. ENGINE LIGHT BACK ONRUNS ROUGHER NOW THEN BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THEMTAKING IT BACK TO THEMUPDATE WILL BE POSTED

Friendly, quick, and informative. I had my oil changed, tires balanced and rotated, and emissions test completed in under 1 hour without an appointment. During the tire rotation, they noticed the belt in one of my tires was broken and needed to be replaced. The tech took initiative to take me into the bay where my tire was to show me the damage so I could make a decision on what to do with the tire; they also had the exact replacement in stock.

This Community centric shop is amazing. Friendly and informative customer service. The shop manager AARON IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THE WHOLE PLACE IS A COOL EXPERIENCE. WE NEED BUSINESS LIKE THIS TO STICK AROUND. MAY GOD BLESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Extremely helpful with all of my families vehicles. They have repaired my step dad's truck. Special ordered tires for my wife's xterra, and fixed the a/c issues with my pickup truck as well. They are also great for inspections. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly.

Great service will definitely be going here again! Went to get 2 new tires for my Scion Tc and they where very friendly and quick!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Great staff. I showed up 10 mins before closing with 18 psi on back tire and they had be back on the road right away. I just moved here from out of state and definitely will make them my go to place

Second time of taking my business here. I literally can not recommend these guys enough.Two things stick out to me beyond their fast, efficient and quality work. The customer service I and my wife received has been excellent!1. They helped my wife with a tire that had a slow leak and charged $10 for a plug. Another tire shop literally told her she needed a brand new tire.2. I bought tires and wheels and had them shipped to my house. I knew I was going to carry them to Wayne s for them to mount and balance / install. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right size wheel for the tire I wanted. After I called, the receptionist took the phone to a tech who was working in the shop and he had a fantastic attitude while answering all my questions! It would have been very easy and justified for him to be annoyed to answer questions to someone who hasn t even spent money there yet. I was very impressed!

Not even finished with my tire mount and balance but am already satisfied. Staff was awesome and they work very quick! Austin was super helpful and even let me know about my tire pressure sensor being broken. Definitely coming back.

If you want excellent customer service, go to Wayne's. I recently went to get my tires replaced and not only were the prices extremely reasonable, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Hands down, Wayne's is a business that truly cares for its clientele above all else. If you're in a pinch, they can get you in and out as quickly as possible. Cannot recommend them enough! Will be sending family & friends there.

It was my 1st time there. I was in desperate need of tires and a inspection. Kara got me checked in squared away and was very helpful. The guys in the shop got me in and out. I would recall coming here for friendly helpful service. I will be coming back here again.

I called & spoke to Johnny at 10:30 a.m(very knowledgeable). He ordered my tires I arrived about 4:15 same day. They did an oil change, installed my new tires with balance & I was out before 5:00!!! The owner Wayne introduced himself & was very nice. The prices are unbeatable and the service is exceptional. Highly recommend this business.

Always very polite and as timely as possible every time I drop my car off. Pretty cheap too for prices in this area. I always take my car here for oil changes and inspections but it s also broken down a couple times and I was able to have aaa tow it right over and they had fixed within a couple days. I recommend them to everyone.

I stopped in Wayne's today to get two tires and an inspection. I was greeted as soon as I approached the building. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is clean. They had my tires in stock. They have very reasonable prices. I would recommend going to Wayne's Tire Service. I will be a return customer.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is extreemly friendly! They really care about the work they do! This business is HONEST and will never do work you do not ask for or need. I came in for back breaks on my sedan, and they showed me they were fine only needed to be cleaned out. They sent me on my way. I do light work on cars and these mechanics are the only ones I trust to do anything at all on my car!
