We were considering one of their vehicles but there were issues with the paperwork multiple times. Some times there were other issues too but this went on for weeks. We decided to just pass and look elsewhere. We received a call from one of the owners a few weeks later saying he found another vehicle that he thought we would like. We decided to give him another chance and we really liked the Jeep. He had a couple more issues with paperwork (and forgetting that we had appointments to meet him and us coming to his lot twice in the same day at his request etc). And after more weeks of waiting and trying to get the paperwork done, he s not returning our calls. He seemed like he really wanted to work with us and we wanted to make it work but I guess we weren t important enough clients to actually sell us the jeep.

Mr Joe is very knowledgeable on all cars, he is super helpful to make a decision and very fair on his prices. Highly recommend if you want a great car at a great price!!

bought an 08 civic that had a factory recall on the engines from 06-10 for specific vin # . recall that took alot of research due to obvious reasons, if lucky enough new engined where given by Honda dealership. unfortunately the recall expired 3 months after my purchase !!!was ready for a battle but the owner made things right without the need of any hesitation.

Overall, good customer service! Purchased a car from the owner:; we ve had it for about a month now and we haven t had any issues with it. They even stayed open late for us so we could get the car we wanted! Good car dealership

Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process of helping me find a car. He was able to find the perfect used mini van for my family and we absolutely love it! I will admit that I was skeptical about going to this dealership at first due to my wife often talking about the owner Joe giving her the best deals and she always wanting to use him. I have dealt with smaller dealerships in the past and never had a good experience. That all changed after I purchased my first car from North Cannon Auto. Joe truly seems to care about his customers and unlike other dealers, does not try to push and pull you. I appreciate his laid back demeanor and willingness to help. After test driving the car and making good on the purchase, I noticed a few things that Joe immediately got fixed for me and even helped me get a good deal on a warranty. The thing I will always tell people, if you just want a extra piece of mind, get a warranty if available and if not then save something on the side. Joe is selling used cars, not new cars, things will happen and cars depreciate in value so fast for a reason. Joe, thank you for helping my wife all these years and now you have another customer who will continue to come back and send you business!

WOW! I ve purchased a lot of cars over the past 26 years - everything from brand new $60k cars to $2500 used from a private seller. And with that I ve had some good experiences, and some train wrecks. I would honestly say this one has been my very best. The owner Joe is a man of utmost integrity. He truly puts the customer first. He literally drove the Lexus to the dealership to have it inspected, fixed everything I asked to be fixed on the car, worked with me on all of the pricing, has offered to even drive it to my house! I live about one hour from him! I would never take him up on it but just the fact that he offered makes me know where his heart is. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from this man!

Joe is the only dealer I trust, Ive bought 3 cars from here in the last 10 years (2 Honda Accords, Murano). Hes a genuinely kind person and honest about cars. I bought a car from Hendricks on south boulevard and its been causing me issues since I Ieft the lot!! I called Joe told me what was wrong with the car and got me a good quote on repair. Bottom line.... hes a good man. I really hope hes still selling cars when my children are ready buy.

I want to thank Joe the owner of North Cannon Auto for helping me get into my Acura. Oh and Kattrena she is so sweet and helpful they make you feel at home and they are very welcoming Joe is helpful respectful and he truly cares about his customers and there satisfaction. My experience with North Cannon has been more than amazing. Customer Service has went over and beyond what I know it to be. Joe is very honest and takes care any problems dealing with my car. In the near future when I need a car for my son and daughter(twins) I will let Joe and his team my have business!!!!

I would recommend Joe and this dealership to all and anyone!! I never give all five stars but let me tell you how WONDERFUL our experience was... My fianc� and I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic approx 3 weeks ago and had a great experience and unfortunately we're hit on I-85 and new car was totaled! Needless to say after a week of frustration dealing with insurance and claims we needed to purchase yet another new car! We shopped around a bit more this time and actually planned on buying from Scott Clark Honda in Charlotte but after driving all the way there and finding out internet listed the car almost $3000 less that what the real price actually is (refirbushing cost they said) we had to deal with a rude sales manager and just had enough! So we ended up back with Joe @North Cannon AUTO! We were all too happy as we got a 2013 Nissan Altima at a way lower rate and less down payment than the car at Honda place! Joe stayed open later for us deal with all our questions and concerns! And did so very respectfully I might add! His mechanical help Jose is sweet and extremely experienced!!! I can't "gush" over this place enough! Small car dealership with the benefits you'd expect from the bigger names. Huge thank you to them. I never had such a great experience buying a car!

I love my car it's super comfortable and rides like a charm. I couldn't ask for a better salesman! Joe is a great person and he knows his stuff. I'm so happy I choose North Cannon Auto.

Do not buy a car from here. The owner Joe is a SCAMMER. Tried to scam me out of more money than was required for the car. Then pull out paper work in which it was clearly shown that he forged my signature on. When I called him on it tried to be obnoxious and said that if I go to a lawyer he would make me pay more money. He also tried to scam my brother in which he told him originally he could use his car as a trade-in then when he got there wanted him to pay an additional $1000. He would try to ask my mother out on dates and call her so he could take her out and always try to ask me about her, in which I would tell him to stop and worry about your wife. Unprofessional!! Spoke to previous employees who have stated that he was horrible. Which is why when ever I went up there, there was always different people working there in which he pays under the table.

If you're out looking for a nice smooth ride I would recommend going to see Joe at north cannon auto, Joe helped me choose the car I been wanting for years and I couldn't ask for a better car. I have told a lot of people especially my family and for those would did buy a car they're 100% satisfied leaving the dealership with a nice dependable car.

I gave this two stars because I purchased a car from this dealership and not within 48 hours A check engine light code came up. I go to get the code pulled from autozone and it was the catalytic converters. Needless to say I took the car back to the dealer for a refund. The dealer said he replaced the converters obviously not but He did give a refund and had an attitude about it. Be weary of what you purchase from this dealer. You do not want to purchase a dud that lasts 48 hours. Luckily I got my money back you might not be that luck and be stuck with a dud..

This car lot was amazing, they helped me choose the right car for me when I come to the lot. Their information was very helpful and they know how to answer my questions. I still love my car I got from here. It was a very well experience with buying my car because I had less to worry about here and they know right away how to help the customers they have here. If I every need another car I will be coming back here for a fact.
