Traci was very welcoming with her customer service! Joe was very detailed with his professional opinion and charged a reasonable price for the install. Gene did an excellent job installing my 2017 Dodge Challenger prepurchased AWE exhaust system with the provided clamps and active exhaust valve plates (secured active exhaust modules). I am a return custom as Muffler Masters installed a flow master exhaust system on my 1996 Chevy Caprice several years ago.

I have been getting my exhaust done here for close to 25 years and have always been happy with them until the past couple of times I ve tried to do business here.For example I stopped by this afternoon at 4:50, they close at 5. I walked in and the women with the pink hair behind the counter looked at me like she was annoyed I was there. The other one never looked up.I asked for a 7 stick of 2 exhaust tubing. I was told their registers were already off.Before I could say anything elseShe then told me Gene was gone for the day so they couldn t get me the pipe anyways (apparently he is the only one that can handle material?)She told me to come back at 8am tomorrow, I told her I was going out of town this evening and she smirked and shrugged her shoulders at me. I disengaged and left.The sad part is they used to have top notch customer service. Greatly disappointed as I wasn t even asking for anyone to go above and beyond, I m just asking to sell me a stick of tubing during advertised business hours.It s unfortunate that the past couple times I ve tried to do business here it s been a similar experience.

As a woman without mechanical knowledge I dread going to the mechanic. BUT, my experience with Muffler Master let me know there are still honest, down to earth business people! The customer service, service to my vehicle, and overall experience was A+. The ladies in the front are awesome, my mechanic was awesome and the pricing was fair! I will visit them when I have an issue.

Knowledgeable, courteous, great service. Very straightforward and won't try and jerk you around. Had a catalytic converter issue that they got resolved for me in no time and explained everything very plainly.

If you're a Hot Rod enthusiast in search of both top notch mechanic and exhaust work than look no further. Mr Gene is one of the coolest cats in the business and a valuable asset to not only the company but to the classic car community. I can tell right away he is heavily relied upon. He gave me the grand tour of his eclectic shop established in 1978, the year I was born. It was like walking in a time machine with all the tooling, work benches and materials very well organized. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable, however I found myself spending more time outside talking with the guys and checking out all the cool Hot Rods that were in the parking lot.A mechanic is measured by how clean he maintains his shop and how he treats his clients. Gene was courtious and straight forward regarding my exhaust repairs. He welded up dual Flowmaster 40 series mufflers to my 87' Chevy K10 in only 15 - 20 minutes with superb welding beads. I'll be returning soon so that he can re-route my exhaust and tuck it up close to my frame. My experience here was absolutely awesome. It was well worth the 30 minute drive. As far as the pricing goes, I was charged a very fair cost compared to other shops. Hats off to these folks for running a legit business which is of a rare breed these days.

Called about a month ago and talked to Joe about dual exhaust for my 1984 S15. I asked him if they could do it on Saturday and he said they normally don't do big jobs on Saturday and would be best to make an appointment during the week. I called and made an appointment for Friday at 1:00pm. I took a vacation day from work and l borrowed a trailer from a friend for that Friday. Friday about 10:00 am I had just got the truck strapped down and some girl calls and said they can't do it today.I explained my situation and she said I could bring it up there but it aint gettin done today! I wasted a vacation day and had to return the trailer that evening. I did what Joe recommended me to do and they did not keep their word. No skin off their back!Mr. Walker

Definitely appreciate the service offered, I got a mid muffler delete done. They made it quick and easy, and it didn t take long at all. Definitely will be back for any exhaust work in the future.

Great place, as I sat in the waiting area for my car I overheard another conversation and it wasn't good news for their repair. They were kind and very informative and helpful, not pushy at all.

I have to say, the service was on point. Everyone was professional, personable and the quality of work is excellent.I went there to have a new exhaust system put in an old classic car I'm restoring and they really went out of their way with customer service and to make sure everything was done perfectly.

Took my vehicle in for service quoted in advanced I arrive back pay the bill 1/2 way threw I m told oh we didn t do that it s to bad but did this instead costing me $ 800. Did not get permission to do other things like harmonic balance etc.. I contacted company to return my money but keep getting straight up lies at this juncture. Been advised to go ABC news if I can t get resolution terrible business to take advantage of women/ disabled ppl. Literally broke vehicle every time it went in for something or let us make it right . Got me 2500. In the hole for trusting they d actually man up and do the right thing but still no return on my money. Abc may be the best course of action to get any sort of money back that I shouldn t of been charged the job was not done and I did not authorize anything else. Phone logs / text clearly show this

This shop is great! Yes, they have their quirks, but I like the old school atmosphere. And I can promise they have saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend this place, but leave your feelings at the door.

They did a awesome Job on my lift kit for my Jeep Gladiator. Will definitely be doing business with them again. They have also done 2 exhaust systems for me and did excellent jobs on both of them. Joe takes care of you.

I emailed with co-owner Joe for a few weeks about installing a resonator. He made himself available for me, answered all my questions, and recommended the best resonator for me. He suggested I buy it and ship it to his shop, would be less expensive. I did, made an appointment, when I arrived, Joe was on vacation.I was told to have a seat, within a few minutes I was told the price, there was no other conversation with the mechanic, no information, no insight.There would have been 5 , and exemplary review. Joe couldn t have been any better, at the shop, they were polite, but I felt ignored.

Showed up at 6:50 with my husband to get an exhaust put on my car I was told first come first serve so I made sure to show up well before they open. I was indeed first. I said hello to the mechanic and clarified if I d be first and waited in my car. When they do open I m told I m third. The two men in front were white, for context I m Hispanic. Call it what you want too, the women at the front is a B. Took my business else where.

Went to a competitor and they told me it would be $600. I asked around and everyone recommended this place to me. I called and made an appointment and they estimated $250. I happily agreed. After installing my muffler they ended up charging me under $200. They didn't try to rip me off. They helped. I will go to them for everything my truck needs. They treated me with dignity. I wish I could give them 10 stars.Service: Exhaust

July 15 Saturday morning took my 55 Chevy truck needed two new mufflers donut gasket, coupler hangers, welded everything up in an out hour and 20 minutes Saturday morning. Great job.

Went into Muffler Masters for an alignment. After a little confusion about what work was to be done, Tracie, the receptionist sorted everything out and the work was done to perfection. The technician explained the specific details about the allignment to me before I left and I am very happy with the results.Thank You to Muffler Masters.

12 years ago, I had you guys install my exhaust system on my Ram pickup. 12 years to the day, Tracy worked up a quote to replace my rusted system and got me scheduled for the repair. The repair time and pricing, I felt, was very reasonable. This is my go to place for exhaust repairs!

I came in for a mid muffler delete to add dynomax race bullets they did an amazing job I'm extremely happy with it. And it didn't cost a ridiculous amount. I took my truck to muffler masters for repair. Before repair it had a nice purring sound. I requested that the sound remain the same after repair. I picked up my truck and there is now NO sound. Called to ask why and was told that the sound was only because the tailpipe was broken and apparently it had been broken since purchase. The sound my truck made has been the same since I purchased my truck in 2020 and the muffler and tailpipe were not broken when I purchased. Do not use this place. I paid over $550 for this and now I will have to pay someone else to make it right

My car was doing a lot of shaking while I drove and was very loud. They put motor mounts on and repaired my muffler. When I got it back it ran like new. Very Satisfied!
