Had a blowout that caused quite a bit of damage. They came out in below freezing temps and got me back rolling. Fast efficient and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a blowout right outside of Charlotte called loves to have roadside assistance only for them to tell me they don t have any technicians in the area and it won t be until the next day in order to get me back on the road so I search google only to find most places closed or nowhere near me then I came across Little s 24 hour tire service and gave them a call they were so professional I waited only a little over a hour which is the eta I was given had no problem waiting and in less than 15 mins I was back rolling i highly recommend littles right on time fair price and really professional I would definitely call on them when I m in need again or refer anyone needing services to them i appreciate you guys

Had a flat tire on a vehicle that required heavier tools than what I had available. Gave Little's a call and they had someone out within the hour and had me back on the road. Prompt and Professional, and the pricing was very affordable. 5/5 stars, will def. do business with Little's 24 Hour Truck Repair again

After calling Good Sam Road Assistance for my car tow dolly tire blow out on 85 South, they said the tire size was too small for them to replace (12 inch tire). I was confused because I'm paying them for tire replacement with my plan. They were going to have to tow me to a place of my choice that could replace the tire. While I waited for them to show I searched on Google for a company that could replace the tire. I found Little's 24 Hour Roadside & Tires and gave them a call after seeing all of the good reviews. I am so glad I did, they said they would have someone right there in about 30 mins. I called Good Sam to cancel their tow truck and proceeded to to take my car off the tow dolly. They arrived as I finished getting car off the tow dolly.They said they would place the tow dolly on their flatbed along with my car and tow to their shop and as they retrieved a trailer tire from their warehouse. After talking to them about my issue I decided to get 3 tires in all (2 for the tow dolly and 1 for spare). I had replaced a tire the night before that was in the process of losing tread. I also decided to have them repack my bearings as I think this was the cause of my 2 blowouts (both occurred on same position of tow dolly behind the Class A diesel exhaust pipe, lots of heat from exhaust). I told them I would pick the tow dolly and car up the next day. They had both tires mounted on the tow dolly and mounted the spare wheel when I arrived, it was with on my RV. They did an amazing job very promptly and professionally. I saved them in my phone for any future tire work or roadside assistance that I might need.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I called and requested a tow because my tire was flat. They told me 30 minutes and NEVER SHOWED UP!! I wish people could be a little more professional. I kept calling and started getting sent to voicemail. Y all are a business playing with people s time and it s not cool. If I could give yall a zero I would. It takes two seconds to say your services are unavailable for what I was asking for and that be that. Instead yall out here going ghost on customers. I had my family with me and was trying to beat the night time. Luckily for me the tire place I called did towing as well. But I would never recommend these people and they are clearly not 24hrs service like they claim to be. I had my family with me stuck on the road waiting for a company that said they were on the way and NEVER CAME! And please don t delete this review because I will report your business. People need to know what type of people they Might encounter depending on if they being lazy or not that day. Y all suck and shouldn t be in business at all.

I've been waiting on these folks since 12 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Its 9 am. Called to check in around 4 pm yesterday and they said someone was still coming out but they got held up. I called all night just to check back in and they weren't picking up the phone even though they are "24 Hours". Started calling again this morning at 7 and still couldn't get anyone on phone. At this point i just think they're deliberately not picking up my calls. I'm also literally only 8 miles away from the shop. I 'm just lucky I have enough diesel in truck to keep it running in this 20 degree weather. This place is a joke.

Called them at 10p on a Sunday night, person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. He told me the mechanic would be out to me in an hour. He called me back to say it would be less than an hour as the mechanic was just finishing a job down the road from me. When the mechanic arrived he was very friendly and worked quickly to swap out the wheel (this included takin old tire off wheel and putting my good tire on the new wheel) I am in Charlotte often and this is my new go to Mobile service repair!!!Service: Tires

This company is amazing!! I called this company when our travel trailer tire blew out. The dispatcher said give his tech 45 minutes and the tech was there in 30. Austen changed my tire in 20 minutes and we were back on the road.This company is also located where we operate our family owned business and we be managing our fleet of trucks and trailers from here on out. We also scheduled them to come and replace all 5 tires on our trailer when we return home from our trip. Stop looking and call!!Service: Tires

Prompt and professional. Blew a tire on my drives pulling oversize and from my first call to Littles to the time I was rolling again was just under a hour and kept us on track to make our next curfew. Very Nice guy and fair pricing.A++

Very professional, only company out of the 10 I callef that was listed as 24 hours and actually operating 24 hours. They were efficient and identified other issues that needed to be remediate at 130 am.

In the early hours of the morning we had a super single tire blow-out. Called these guys and they were knowledgeable, prompt and professional - traits unheard of with todays roadside. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Great service. Quick and efficient. David changed my trailer tire so quick you would have thought he worked on a NASCAR team. Don't let Love's/Speedco on I-85 waste your time (4hrs waiting). If you don't want to wait, just call Little's.Service: TiresService: Tires

We had a cooland hose blow on our freightliiner coronado and called these guys. they sourced the hose said they going to come in 45 min and to the minute they were ontime finished the job gave us good pricing and our driver was on his way. def recomend them good communication on time like they said. thank you for the job well done.

Fast & Reliable service. I had a Passenger steer tire blowout & Dave came out to help service within matter of time! The tire was changed in 10min max. Definitely should hit them up when in area.

Wow this place is great, there isn't a state in the lower continental us I haven't been too and the service here is just stellar. I caught a flat found them on Google and was done all in the same hour for an affordable price too. Highly recommend

Even though it was very frustrating trying to get the rim off, David never gave up. He had a new rim/tire on and damaged parts removed in no time. He inspected the truck to make sure everything was ok and safe so that I could get my truck back home. If you are in need of service on the road, I definitely recommend calling David @ Little's 24 Hour Roadside & Tires. You won't be disappointed and his prices aren't bad.Service: Tires
