I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed a hood and headlight for my vehicle and I was unable to make it for pickup during their business hours. They helped me with arranging after hour/weekend pickup and I cannot thank Dom enough!!! He absolutely went above and beyond. I was able to get it installed next day and everything works as designed. I have zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend Kannapolis Auto Parts. Thank you guys so very much!!

I've been buying car parts from Kannapolis Auto parts for nearly a decade. They provide a great service for several specialized vehicle groups that cannot be found anywhere else. I never hesitate to reach out when I need something for my Dodge Neon SRT4. I have purchased everything from bushings, to trim pieces, to engines and have always been satisfied.

If we could rate a 0 star we will do. Our order was delayed for almost a week, they keep on saying they will ship within the day, we keep on following up everyday, until today that we deciced to just cancel the order, they put us on hold for more than 30mins. If they do not have what we need, they should have told us ahead of time and did not waste our time calling them, making follow ups but at the end they will not answer.

Sold me rusted out fuel tank after telling me it was in good condition guaranteed and wouldn't respond to emails about the rusted out tank that he shipped to me.

We were looking for the unicorn of all unicorns in shifter cable brackets for a 2010 Toyota Yaris (manual). We literally tried EVERY place in NC with no call back or just a definite NO. The guys were knowledgeable with quick responses, provided an easy transaction with super fast shipping. The part was as promised and exactly what we needed. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

In short buyer beware, these guys will say whatever it takes to sell something. I understand some defects aren't as obvious as others...but these were pretty blatant, and the responsiveness has been below subpar especially considering the level of ignorance on their side. Read on for details of my transaction.I purchased a hood (550$) and headlights (740$) for my evo from these guys. The hood was described as just needing paint and "my body guy says it's as straight as they come". Upon arrival there were two pretty bad indentations at the nose, that fortunately only cost 200$ in body work to fix (honestly I couldn't believe that was all it cost to fix). I contacted the guy who arranged the sale. He told me he'd show the pictures to someone and they'd get back to me. I heard nothing for at least a week.at this point the headlights showed up. Despite being assured there were no broken tabs....guess what, the most obvious, largest tab on one of the lights was broken off. It didn't end there, these things are full of sand, and likely the damage from salt water? Despite being told they work, one of the bulbs was missing so I'm guessing they were never actually checked. I knew they were foggy and needed the lenses buffed, but at this point I'll have about 8+ hours total taking them apart, cleaning them, and then hopefully resealing them. I sent another message asking for some compensation. They actually responded and offered 100$ which is a bit low considering I gave them 1300$ for a bent hood and headlights that need 8+ hours of cleaning with a broken tab. I asked for 150$ and they disappeared like a fart in the wind.they got a second star because their shipping was actually quick.

Awesome place. Very honest. If there's and damage on the parts they disclose that after they pull the parts. And adjust price accordingly. A+

Bought a transmission from here and had it installed lasted a total of 60 miles not even 24 hours later and stopped pulling. Called back to inform them of this and was offered a store credit. No kind of replacements or my money back was offered. They sure didn t hesitate taking my $600

Ive done business exclusively with Stevie from Kannapolis Auto Parts several times in the past few years because they stock a lot of my year and model for car parts. Not all of my inquiries have resulted in purchases, but all of interactions have been worth the effort and responded to within minutes/hours. Conversations are straight to the point with a simple "yes, we have it" or "no, we dont". Easy transactions. Typical 3 day shipping.Consumers should be aware that buying a used part comes with risks. Expecting a used alternator coming out of a 20 year old car and into your vehicle that you need to reliably drive 100 miles a day isnt a smart idea unless youre planning on having it inspected and possibly rebuilt. Personally, Id never buy a vital part from a junkyard that could leave me stranded without having someone more knowledgable take a look at it. Just use common sense and take some responsibility when purchasing. But for all other things when it comes to interior pieces, wiper motors, fog lamp housings, etc, Kannapolis has been my gold mine. Promptness, Fast transactions, fast shipping.

Unprofessional, in all aspects. When inquiring about the part, was informed by their personnel that they did not need a part number to match up, and more than a week later, what do you know?! (Wherein which no invoice or receipt was ever generated, either electronically (via email) or by paper (simply received packaging and incorrect item)) Received the wrong part in the mail. Called to rectify the problem and received a robo-like response, send it back, and we'll send a refund!! Accountability!!!!!!?????? You're better off pulling the part yourself. Considering one was meant to receive entire timing pulley tensioner bracket (pt # 04777393, amazing what these numbers will verify!!), Thee received a set of mildly worn pulleys (minus the bracket that was needed!!!) was overcharged $50 bucks, (plus $30 shipping from Kannapolis to Raleigh.... ....) It's unfortunate, because one's employees are often viewed as a representation for one's company.*Update*It's amazing how situations are bought upon us to test our reasoning, for the item that was sent, though it did not have the bracket, was not necessary, and one may have figured that out sooner had they not been so beset with anger. When rationale did kick in (self reflecting with the creator), realized that the defect was not in the preexisting bracket, but was flawed in the tensioner pulley. Regardless of whether they sent me the exact parts that were requested, or if the items appeared a bit overpriced, they sent what was most important, and that was the tensioner that was needed.

Poor customer service This guys especially Dino and Gary BiCock after weeks said that they don't have the item after i've been waiting for it and hearing their excuses that the item was not yet remove on the car and it will be ship today and now he emailed me saying he does;t have the part anymore after waiting for weeks. Always the same exuses that the item will be ship if you tried calling them. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

Professional scam artists: trying to overcharge and change stories about deals agreed to. Poor customer service and delivery expectations. You should be ashamed to be in business, John. I would recommend anyone seeing this to take your business to any other salvage yard, any auto parts store, or even to your manufacturer's parts counters directly, since their prices will probably be less than these HACKS tried to scam me/my father on. 0 stars. Eat rocks.

Called them earlier this week for a part I had trouble finding for weeks. They confirmed they had the part, pulled it, and shipped for a very reasonable price. They gave me a tracking number as well. Part arrived as discussed and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They forgot the receipt for my purchase but other than that I have only good things to say about my experience. Will definitely do business with them again

If I could give them zero stars, I would. First it takes over a week for them to ship me the part and once I get it it was the wrong color after I gave the stock number and told them what color I needed. I already had to pay for the part and the shipping and now they want me to pay to have to ship it back to them. I'm not going to pay for your mistake. !!BUYER BEWARE!! If it were my mistake of course I will pay but this is just flat out wrong. Don't Trust these people!

Our experience here was great. They had the parts we needed, removed them for us and helped load. The price was very reasonable and everyone was friendly.

If only zero stars was an option.....Honesty and customer service are not a priority. Beware! They will tell you a part will be ready tomorrow as many times as you call. After two weeks of daily phone calls being promised "tomorrow" they decided now the part is "broken". If anyone knows where a steering rack is located on an Audi knows the nearly impossible outcome of a fork lift damaging it without malicious intent. Look elsewhere for your parts or be prepared to waste time and be lied to.

Finally received parts, shipper was an issue. Also was able to get hold of the yard. Very relieved they took care of us. I'd give 5 stars if we wouldn't have had delay

They were quick is responding to my emails regarding parts. When I arrived they had the parts pulled for me and waiting by the office. All the staff in the office were polite and helpful and they gave me a great deal on the parts!

Called and placed an order for a starter on Friday. Called Tuesday and they said it was ready so I drive 30 minutes to go pick it up and all the sudden they say that they don't have it and that the order was cancelled and not even on their computer. That is just bad business.

Everything you do, DO NOT TRUST these people. They are professional at false advertising, trying to scam you of almost 100% extra money with lots of terrible customer service. They will waste your time and be proud of their deeds. For your sake and your sanity, Take your business elsewhere. I wish it was possible to leave zero stars!

Called on Wednesday 11/13/19 about alternator for car. Advised they had it and would pull it that day for pickup following day. Arrived at location today Thursday 11/14/19 and was told I was supposed to call them beforehand. Was told it would take 20 minutes to remove so I told them I would grab something to eat and would be back in a hour. Upon arrival back called to let them know I was on site. Would informed part was not on vehicle and apparently already sold. Here I had wasted time and travel to obtain this part and was left with a feeling from them as Too bad so sad attitude. They only got one star because they answered the phone.

Picked up several parts here sometime a week ago and the guys there are very helpful and nice. The pricing is great and for all the parts I got for my Eclipse it really helped save me a ton of money seeing as I don't have much to spend on getting parts from other sites or companies who want to charge an absurd amount of money for the everything and that's not including the insane pricing on shipping but at Miller Imports you don't have to worry about that.If you are in need of parts, then go check out Miller Imports, you won't be disappointed!

Came twice to pick up parts for 13 Passat, 1 st time suppose to pick up spindle only and at pick up they told me sorry take whole knee assembly cause we couldn t separate it, next week came in for lower control arm for same vehicle , and gentleman called me he said come and get it s all off and ready to go , I came in after driving 50 min each way and saw that one of bushings completely ripped off arm and laying next to control arm , which without it , it is not usable , these people wasted twice my time and most of parts they sell either bent or broken . Beware!

Worst experience I have ever had. This business has single handedly caused me more stress and financial harm than I can write here. Bought part from out of state that was very expensive. Part was not as described and did not fit the description in ad nor did it fit vehicle in ad at all. Multiple attempts were made for communication via email and phone prior to and after the sale and it was non existent. They refused to allow me to talk to anyone of value to resolve this situation. Not only did I fail to fix a vehicle for someone going through chemo due to this issue, I personally have lost out of thousands of dollars which has caused so much financial hardship that I've been crippled. So I officially have no running car or money to fix it, all because I chose this business. The biggest part I find offensive is that the owner "Steve Miller" states that he is a God loving man. That he, and I quote from his website, "I do believe all of my customers were brought to me for a reason, I do my best to glorify God in every transaction".If this service and failure to give me even the common decency and civility to even communicate with me, let alone rectify this situation is what it is meant by "glorifying God", then that disturbs me.

purchased an evo antenna, 6 bolt timing tensioner, and 2g drivers side fuel sending unit cover from Miller import parts. first package came in with the evo antenna(correct), and a passenger side fuel sending unit cover(wrong). emailed Stevie and told him. he then shipped me out another passnger side cover(wrong again). at this point I started a paypal claim. he didn't respond to my email but the same day I got a tracking number for a new shipment from him. Got the shipment today only to find he sent me the middle fuel tank cover(wrong for the third time) and still no 6 bolt timing tensioner. Now I'm fighting with him to get a refundSTAY AWAY FROM MILLER IMPORT PARTS

Just received horrific customer service here. These guys said they had a part I needed and since I needed it that day I drove from Chapel Hill to get it. Get there and the car is completely stripped bare. I asked if the part could be pulled before coming and was told they would pull it when I got there! Turns out the car had been in the yard for over a year! Do not waste your time with these guys.
