I will say this! I thought I was getting a good car and the guys talk a GREAT game but turns out I got a lemon. A $13,000 one. I had so many issues in the first 6 months alone! First my catalytic converters went out (both of them) so I had to pay a pretty penny to have them put new ones on but I don t think that ever really happened! Then I get my car back, boom both turbos go out. Have to pay AGAIN!! Guess what guys .. it s been less than a year and a half since they put my NEW catalytic converters on and they are now done, broke shattered . Blows my mind!! Brand new catalytic converters could last up to 10 years but mine didn t even last a year and a half. I hope someone can make it make sense. I have given them the benefit of the doubt Over and I really thought they were helping me out by working on my car but clearly they just took money And told me they were replacing things with new things, but when I have another mechanic crawl My car turns out those things were not new. Not to mention my exhaust that was falling down from whatever they did to the catalytic converters. There is no good excuse as to why my catalytic converters are down again in less than two years. If they are brand new they are completely crooks.

My husband and I cannot thank Chris at K-Town enough for all he's done. We've gotten 2 cars from him in less than a year. Both cars are amazing. There's been no issues at all and the process was so smooth. If you're looking for a true honest salesman and a great car then go see Chris at K-Town. I would give 10 stars if it could.

Chris is AMAZING!!! He works above his tasks to exceed customer expectations!!! If you are looking for a car, come to Ktown!! Thank you guys so so much!! I love my new Nissan. If you re a young adult and a little lost in the process, come to K Town!!I had to add to my review because the service here is beyond amazing. Here I am a month later, and everyone is so kind and competent at what they do. They are patient and don t mind thoroughly explaining and answering any questions you have about your car. My check engine light came on and these guys saw me immediately and sent me out quickly. Thank you to Chris and the team for all that you do. I am still loving my new Nissan

I had the best experience with Chris, I found the car I wanted and he helped me get it and the whole process was very smooth. Chris helped me with any concerns I had and I don t think I could have had a better salesperson. I recommend Chris 100 times!

I had been looking for a car for almost a month. My current vehicle broke down without any warning, the electrical system and eve just went out while I was driving. We are currently in litigation with the dealership where we bought the car from. To say my situation was frustrating is an understatement nonetheless, after reading reviews, and a strong urge to go to K-Town Cars, we went and met Chris. He was amazing! Not only did I leave with the type vehicle I was looking for, he went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was in place, specifically an adequate warranty. Chris Cauble is awesome. I stopped in on word of mouth reputation. Chris assisted me personally. I came in and told them my dream car is a challenger but it has to be V8 and manual, they not only had one but two on the lot. I gave them a down payment range and they hit it perfectly. Payments have been easy and I've had my car now 18 months. The people they do financing with report to Equifax only but have increase my credit rating.They stand behind there cars and even better treat us like a customer not a statistic. I never felt pressured and happy to drive away in my new used car. Chris even went as far to hook me up with an insurance agent and handled all the headache getting it set up. Not to mention the owner is a christian man with strong morals that match his faith with an excellent business. Stop looking and go see ktown cars today. I highly do recommend them!!! Just look at my new challenger in the photo.Hope to strike a deal again soon with another newer v8 challeger 6 speed manual. Hopefully the Hellcat this time.Thank youAndrew Wilson

Purchased a Toyota Camry today at K Town cars. Can t thank Chris enough for his patience and honesty throughout the process. There was never any pressure and he stayed late to ensure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend this dealership!!

I went to K-Town Cars to Purchase my son's first car. The customer service was Excellent. Chris , Steve & Lisa went above expectations to make sure that my son was happy with the car he picked. Chris was very patient & caring. I live in Mooresville & I came here because the prices were better for my budget. My vehicle broke down one evening. ( Bad alternator) the owner himself came and helped me after sitting on the road for an hour or two at 7pm get my car to my house. The next day I went through the warranty process and got it towed to KTown. The owner really looked out for me and I never expected him to come out of his way to help me on the side of the road. He took real good care of me and went above and beyond my expectations. This guy is a guy who cares and does what he says. He helped me in my time of need. Would recommend this place to anyone. They actually care for there customers.

Redeemed: We had a very rough start per my review last year but since then I go straight to Steve and he makes sure that we leave service safely and satisfied with the work done .First review: So disappointed. We bought a truck a week ago and every day since we bought it, something has happened. Passenger seat stopped working the next day. Trunk scraping. Noticed driver side seat doesn't heat. Next morning, truck won't start and no we did all our checks and balances to make sure we didn't leave anything on like they tried to insinuate. They told us they fully charged it. We went 3 hours from home... Now we are stranded and the truck won't start even with a jump! We've had it ONE week! This is crazy!

Chris and everyone at KTown were great, just a fine group of Christian folks. Asked about the nearest gas station, because the Camry I had just bought only had a quarter tank of gas. He took the key back from me and sent one of his guys to fill it up. At the current price of gas, that's unbelievable. Can't wait to do business with them again.

Working with Keri and all the staff at K-Town has been nothing less than pleasurable. Customer service these days is nothing like what it used to be. But, here, it was a great experience. My credit is a work in progress, but Keri was able to get me into exactly what I was looking for. Buying a used car is scary, because you never know what your exactly getting into. Yes, they can make sure everything is working good at the moment, but, even they can't predict the future of MAY go wrong. I had an issue with the battery a couple days later, they came out, rescued me from the side of the road, fixed the problem and brought my car back to me. Can't ask for anything more. Even Keri's side kick Jackson was a pleasure. Would recommend them 100%!

I have never had such a good experience at a car place. Keri was awesome and super nice. We did have a issue with the car after we purchased and the owner made it right! Super honest and trustworthy people. We will definitely be back to buy another car from here! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Got my second car from KTown last week. Car is amazing. Chris and Lisa are the best and are very professional. They make sure to go over all your best options and help you find the car you want. They make you feel like family. You can definitely put your trust in them. Keep up the good work guys!

I just purchased my second car from KTown. Chris and the team are amazing. They have went over and beyond for my family from day one. They are very genuine, have a very nice family owned business. They even made sure I had a way to get to the dealership. He also understands that people dont want to sit in a dealership all day and night. When he says he is working on it, thats exactly what he is doing. If I ever have a question or concerned they are all open to help. They don't just forget about you once you drive off the lot like some dealerships . They are awesome and heaven sent. If you are looking for a great place that has nice reliable car KTOWN is the Place. Tell Chris in financing that Nakeisha sent you.

Had a wonderful experience at K-Town cars. You want to talk about not being pressured and people that really try to help you out to find the best deal for you that was my experience at K-Town this evening. They had me with the food that they offered me and the way one is treated there is almost like family. I'm glad I came to you guys. You made a horrible day turn into a beautiful day thank you very much for all your help and everything did to help me out and top notch to all your honesty. My husband and I went to find us a car we had our son with us and with him being fussy we found us a nice suv, Chris met with us and helped us with picking the right car that fit our needs. I am amazed at how polite and fast K-town cars Inc work. They got us in and out. I want to personally thank Chris for helping us my oldest son loves the jeep and agrees that Chris did a wonderful job. My husband and I already said we'll be back for another car later down the road because of their services

Chris Cauble helped my husband and I find a car that met our family needs all while working within a budget that was reasonable for our pockets. We spent many hours at different dealerships looking for the perfect fit. We were met with many salesman who wouldn't listen to our situation and promised things they could not deliver. Chris listened to what we needed and addressed any concerns we had with professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised when we even got to test drive the vehicle without anyone hovering over us. I would recommend K-Town Cars to anyone looking for a used car.

I have been dealing with these folks since 2019. I started out with absolutely no credit but Chris managed to get me a buy here pay here agreement on a little Honda Civic. The car was so dependable and gave me no issues whatsoever! Two years later, I'm back at Ktown getting another vehicle! This time, Chris was able to get me financing through a lender and I was able to upgrade to a 2017 Kia Sorento with very low miles. I cannot say enough good things about Ktown. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They gave me a chance when no one else would!

Chris at K-town cars is fantastic! He did more for me in just a couple hours than 2 large dealerships did for me in the last month and a half. I feel that he has gone above and beyond what he needed to do. I am so thankful to him, not only for doing a great job on getting me into a car that I absolutely LOVE but for being encouraging and giving me hope when I was starting to feel hopeless. I highly recommend K-town Cars to anyone and everyone. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

This was our first time buying a car local to home. Keri and her dad were wonderful. Stayed late after hours to help us get through the process of getting our dream vehicle. I especially loved how Godly K-Town cars is. We loved meeting Jackson and getting to give him some cuddles while we talked as well :) If you're looking for a great company to purchase your next car from then call K-Town Cars!

I was recommended to this place and the Finance Guy Chris was very rude. I submitted an application yesterday called to follow up to see status and if I possibly needed to shop other places because of credit. He pushed me off the phone because I think he got offended with me asking how long it would take before I heard back. He expressed how he was trying to convince a lender to finance me. I told him never mind I ll keep the vehicle I had that is paid off and looking somewhere else that might be faster. He discriminated against me and said no matter where you go you will have this problem as if I couldn t have success getting a car anywhere else. He then questioned me on where I got my first vehicle from that I had assuming it was a buy here pay here and my credit didnt matter but it did. Just very unprofessional. That s not the type of business that should be conducted. Anyone should have a right to ask and be curious about a application they submit not getting push back or a nasty attitude because you want to inquire possibly somewhere else.

I went into K-town with no option but to leave with a vehicle. Chris could have easily taken advantage of my situation. Instead he patiently worked with me, helped me get the most for my trade in and put me in a reliable vehicle. My experience there changed the way I think of a used car dealer. It has been a month since my purchase and I am happier than the day of purchase. My next vehicle will be bought from K-town. I would recommend you go talk to Chris if you are looking for a vehicle.
