Stopped by to get the tint checked on my mother's Kia. Didn't have to wait as long as they said and didn't charge me anything. Polite and professional.Although, my mother is going to have to lose the tint..she is such a gangster. Lol

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they're working on great location clean facilities nice waiting area and they're pretty fair when it comes to their pricing I would send anyone to get their car checked out here

They take full advantage of women!!!!! They well try to up change u every thing!! I came here for a nc expection tag renewal They failed me over tires offered me a new set $600 lol .took my vehicle to another place, They reinstated me. There was plenty of tread on my tires and there s no reason why you shouldn t have past after finding out once you fail, you have to wait 60 days for another company to do it. I was forced to use sorry place !!! I don t recommend NOBODY NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT BACK IN

Sent my wife for tires. They tried to coax her into an alignment twice. Then proceeded to upcharge the mount an balance fee to $100. Attempting to take advantage of women.

Very happy with my service there. They are very nice, and helpful. They said if your car is there to be repaired, and needs to stay there. They will give you a ride home.

I went there on New Years Eve.... they were really busy... They are very honest and great customer service. They took care of my needs in a very quick manner eventhough they had so many cars that day. Thanks Gio Tires....i will definitely be back.

Gio's Tire & Automotive has been my Tire and Service shop for many years. Mark and his staff have always been very customer friendly. Great service at a fair price. Just helped out my Mom & Dad with a new set of shoes for their CR-VSupporting Locally Owned Small Business makes it even better.

I've patronized Gio's for the last couple years, with oil changes, brake jobs, tire changes, alignments, etc. They are honest and decent people. They have always done me right and I have never felt weird about their service or prices. They stand by their work and are thorough and reliable.

Well I went in for a wheel alignment. Spent $800 because I needed it apparently, my steering broke and I almost went off a cliff. My wheels still are not aligned. I got to buy new tires. No I won't go here again. And the $800 job. I had it estimated at the normal shop I go to. They said 450. The only reason I went to Gio's is because they do the wheel alignment.

Super helpful guys. Took my truck in for an alignment and they went above and beyond what they needed to do. One of the guys was giving me some advice about my truck which was greatly appreciated. Everyone there was nice.

While traveling from DC to Atlanta in a car I purchased the day before, my tire pressure warning came on. I was in the middle of NC, but not familiar with the area at all. I Googled tire shops, and Gio's was the closest. I am so grateful that was the case.In and out in 30 minutes, Gina had them check my pressure and topped off a few tires. She helped explain how weather can affect tire pressure, which triggers the warning on my car. They are a family-owned business with loyal customers, and they were so kind and courteous to me, just a stranger passing through. Thank you for your help!

I needed a tire change and they got to me as quickly as they could in the short amount of time I gave them plus I git a discount on my first visit! Staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean with vending machines and controlled temperature.

Fantastic customer service! I had a flat tire with no spare, and Gio's sent one of his mechanics to my location, removed my wheel with the flat tire, took it back to the shop and put a new tire on, and brought it back to me. You just don't see customer service like that anymore!As far as I'm concerned, Gio's has my tire business from now on!

I was referred to them. I called about having a repair done because I wasn t thrilled with the last repair elsewhere. The guy refused to work on my car because he didn t want to do work behind another mechanic and told me to go back to the ship I had been to last. Unless working on a car that has never been serviced, working after another mechanic is literally what a mechanic is paid to do.

Referred to by a friend. Popped in the other day to introduce myself as a guy who provides IT consulting services to small businesses in the area. Today I needed my oil changed. Wasn't sure who to go to as my last experience with Honda and "the list" was not pleasant (They go by the mileage, not by what the car actually needs). I don't know his name, but the guy that was there early this morning when I called was very helpful and transparent. When he learned I was thinking about buying the high mileage oil and filter separately, he said they would just charge $15 for the labor. I decided to go ahead and take the special. When I got there a couple hours later, I got to meet him and talk more. I am not joking when I say this was the most peaceful experience at an auto repair shop I have had. I am a suspicious person by nature (not necessarily a good thing), but when lies are told to your face and the truth sends them scampering for cover, you really wonder about the local shops as a whole. Is anyone out there who will do an honest job, not charge "how much does he got?" but rather "what is a fair to my customer?" and point out real issues, not imaginary ones? Anyway, my experience this morning was noteworthy. When I went to pay, the guy told me that since my car called for 4 qts instead of 5, my total was going to be less. So I walked out a buck or two less than the advertised special, including tax. How many shops will give the price break back to the customer instead of gobbling it up themselves? I'll be going to Gio's for a while now to see if this is for real. At least they have my interest!

Awesome combination dropped my Keys and registration at Gio's walk across the street to Vell's Soul Food with a Twist had a incredible pulled pork sandwich and homemade chips picked up my truck and made it back to work in less than an hour.

My family and I have known Mark and his team for years and only buy tires through him! There isn t anywhere that even come close to his service and tires!!!! I would give him 100 stars if I could! Thank you!!!!

Very great staff straight to the point with what's wrong with your vehicle can have you back on the road like nothing happened in 30 minutes most of the time this is a place you must stop at for any Tire or mechanic need if you're in Kannapolis
