The Kannapolis Autozone IS TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. NICK and MICHELLE and all the others that was present on 4/11/2024 @8:15am, they all Deserve a raise. Everyone treated me so kind. I will never go anywhere else for my auto needs. Thanks Kannapolis Autozone for your wonderful customer service...it didn't go unnoticed

Came in looking to see if this store has something in stock that was a degreaser. I asked the clerk behind the desk and he blatantly ignored me as he was being greeted by I guess was the manager who was addressing him about coming to work in flip flops. Since he was told to go home and change he stormed out the door, and I was left with the supervisor? I then asked if the store had anything like purple power or degreaser available and he just told me just go to Lowe s . I ended up buying what i thought would work, but would have appreciated an employee recommendation and customer service. I ll catch the next auto parts store down the road next time.

Long story but the short of it is I needed an alternator at 8:45pm. I called autozone and not only did they have the alternator. They also agreed to wait until I got there. I pulled up at 9:05 well after the closing time and there they were greeting me with a smile. They didn t even rush me. The manager took her time and explained the components of the part and made sure I understood the warranty. Best customer service.

I came into the store earlier this evening, needing new wiper blades, and the young guy there was super helpful! He put them on in no time flat, and they look awesome! Not the first really great employee I've met there, either, that's why I keep coming back! Love you guys and your store...

Manager talking to someone about a schedule and did not even acknowledge us. Call the head of time and ask if I had a particular battery for A. Was Told they had them and they had more than a couple. When got to the store, they did not have them. And When we asked to speak to the person we spoke to on the phone, We were told no one talk to anyone about an r v battery. Terrible store in terrible customer service. We left and went to purchase one elsewhere. I would not recommend to anybody.

My daughter tried to buy a battery and was sent away with some ridiculous excuse. She went to Advance in same parking, they laughed and said she was 4th person this week to tell the same story.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the young man Xavier J. I first pulled in he was outside putting in a battery. Then did another one right after .Then came in an knocked the line right down with little to NO HELP AT ALL with other employees just moving sluggish. But this was the first time me and or my husband seeing him at the store but he is definitely and assets to your store and need to be a manager if he isn't already.

I just want to leave a big thank you to Christian for helping me choose the correct wipers and assisting on putting them on. The last auto parts store didn t even bother to explain the difference between the brands. This is how customer service should be!

I normally don t do reviews but I really like to give a big thanks to Christian. He found the issue and helped me fix it quickly without a problem! Mind you I ve been here twice for a problem I had on my car and no one else was able to assist. Even after so many questions that I asked, he was very patient. Never had a problem explaining and keeping me very well informed about my problem. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to ask him for assistance if they ever need it!

I would like to brag on the Manager in training at the Kannapolis Location (store 0267). His name is Angel, not sure what his last name is but he went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied when a situation occurred at his store that could have caused us to stop all business with Auto Zone all together. We appreciate his kindness and we need more of this in the world. Thanks Angel!!!

The manager Jeremy was absolutely great. He did what a sales man is supposed to do and he made a very happy customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I will definitely be using this store as my parts store in the future.

Actually helpful individuals there with good attitudes even when they're slammed to the wall busy. Had a bad battery got it replaced with no problems. Had to borrow a tool for it, with no hassles. Also came back to dispose of some used motor oil. Both times they were pretty slammed. The manager was helping me with the battery issue through the busy hour on a 90+ degree day, wish I got her name to thank her personally on here, but hopefully this post will suffice.

The worst. I requested they scan my check engine light and they did. The employee gave me the print out and then proceeded to go back to my car and clear the code. I didn't ask for this to be done as I wanted to REPAIR my car.. I then had to drive my car not knowing the severity of the issues for 2 weeks until the code returned. They'll never touch my car again. Furthermore, my son went 3 times in 2 days to have a "good" battery that kept dying checked out. They told him 3 times the battery was good. He got home and it was dead. We went to another Autozone and was told immediately the battery was bad- like 0 charge. I don't understand why one could tell immediately and one could not. I do know that I'll never return to this location for anything at all. There were no "favors" done by clearing my code, and as I've come to find out, it's illegal to do so. Just be wary if you need a code scanned or any type of advice.

Absolutely an amazing group of people work here. From the store manager to every other employee. Without hesitation went above and beyond to try and help me out. They all deserve way more praise and recognition than I can give them.

I went in, clueless. Lost in the world because my Subaru was being a Subaru. I unfortunately lost all my brain cells due to mistakes in my youth but Christian Carmona CHANGED my life by rejuvenating a few of them with his knowledge on timing tensioners. Thanks to him and selling me the part i needed along with providing excellent customer service and professional advice my sh*t box is up and running and better than ever!!! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN CARMONA.

The staff are very friendly and helped us out a ton with understanding the results of the diagnostic scan of our car. They went above and beyond to help us fix the problem to get us back on our way home. Shoutout to Michael and Eric!

There computers kept telling me that I needed a certain number for my headlight when it didn't match what came out of my car but the attendant was helpful and helped me find the right one

I ve been coming to this store for the past 11 years, but the past two visits won my admiration for Ashley. Ashley took the time to make sure my issue was taken care of. Being a disabled veteran, I m used to store associates just pushing memoir of the door, but thank you Ashley for all of your help. I hope you never leave the store in Kannapolis!Rev Tony Hall

This store had some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. Especially out of 1 employee. This short girl with tattoos. Not sure of her name but she is hostile, rude, short tempered and all around just a poor experience. I wish that management would manage this particular personnel. She is literally ruining the experience for the customers.

AutoZone used to be a good place for car parts and advice on your car recently they started hiring just anybody so the people that work there hardly have any knowledge of motor vehicles so you're basically in there shopping for parts that they have no idea about they don't know what you're talking about or you're getting the runaround the reason I'm going to O'Reilly's for now on
