Took pickup to have tires balanced not rotated just simple balanced. I was working and had niece to take it to have work done . She bought it back and parked it.The following Saturday we had a trip to Bristol VA planned. Got in pickup didn t notice anything until hitting on ramp to get on 77 and gaining speed right off noticed truck shaking worse than ever and pulling to the right when that was not an issue before.We had to turn around and go back and thankfully we had another vehicle to drive or would have had to cancel trip .Monday I called and spoke to an individual there and told him the issue that was worse even before the tire balance and pulling to the right. My niece was off work so I had her to take it over. She was there 4 hours during this whole ordeal when should have been top priority when you had a unsatisfied customer. Then even called me to ask where lug nut lock was at? Like really y all just balanced the tires a couple days ago. My company does a huge amount of business with this company but not at this location. Needless to say had to take it elsewhere just for a tire balance after paying $64 to begin with . Thanks goodness now it s smooth again. Definitely not customer focused

I was very happy with the great service my wife and I received. We were camping at Hometown RV park and needed a couple 275/50R20 tires for our tow vehicle. Mickey ordered the tires and the next morning his service tire pros installed them on my AMG rims and mounted and balanced them in a timely fashion and we were able to depart the campground before the 11:00 AM checkout time.Service: Tires

Great experience at Parrish tire today. I requested special attention to torque of my wheel lugs nuts with a "torque wrench." The manager reviewed the request with the technician right in front of me to assure my need was met..I recommend these folks. Customer satisfaction is a priority in these times of inflation!

Yesterday our tire blew out on 77 as we were traveling home to Virginia, and we were towed to Parrish. They immediately began work on our van and we decided to replace all 4 tires. I was so impressed by how quickly they got us in and taken care of. Within an hour we were back on the road to drive our last 4 hours back home. Thank you for helping us so quickly and kindly in a stressful situation.

Passing through and wanted some new sneakers on the truck before I headed out to Arizona... Took me right in and had the new tires on before I really finished my coffee... I even checked the torque on the lugs and perfect at 130lbs... Fast, professional, these guys got it down to a science...

As an out of state traveler, I could not have had a better experience with Parrish Tire and Automotive. I lost my water pump, and was able to get it in and serviced the same day! The staff were kind and understanding of my situation and did everything possible to get me back on the road. Guys are nice. Place is nice. Treat me like a real person, none of that "you are an idiot" attitude you get in most places, just because I am female. I suggested my Mom go there for her tires.

Fixed fast and fixed well. Got me back on the highway without an hotel stay after my alternator failed. They had it in stock. My wife was happy for the customer remote work area. Thanks!

I ve used their services (alternator, brakes) and bought a set of tires with them, as well. Service is fast, they do good work, and they charge what they say they re going to charge. No mystery items showing up on the bill, which is important to me because I want to trust the people who work on my cars.I like Parrish and would recommend the Jonesville location if you need work done on your car or truck.

Do not go there for an oil change. I have a nissan altima, not a big car, and they charged $85 for an oil change. They over charged me for the oil and won't fix it.

Really easy to deal with and was very accommodating by allowing me to drop off my car before hours and then it was after hours when I returned to get it

Ok my sister in laws car to get an alignment on her car. It also needed an adjustment bolt that helped put it back into alignment. Something the dealership wound not do.They don t add extras you don t need. Good customer service, clean waiting area.

Parrish Tire addressed my issues in a timely manner. I dropped my truck off one evening befor they closed and they had it ready the next day. They notified me before ordering or replacing any parts and kept me informed on the pricing. Parrish is my go to mechanic... They are fair and honest and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need... Not many truly honest places around anymore but Parrish is definitely one of the last honest places left around here

We were making a trip into Pennsylvania had problems with the front end of the truck. Found out it was a wheel bearing in the front end. Drop truck off 2 o clock in the afternoon was back on the road. 12 o clock the next day excellent job.

They did a great job with everything but they did take a lot longer to change my oil then other places have. Especially when I was 1 of 3 in the waiting area.

My front tires needed balancing, as I drove up the road I heard a screeching in the front end. So I turned around and found out that one of the balance tabs were loose and rubbing against the caliper (break shoe). They were so very happy to fix my balanced tire, and attended to it very quickly. Ran over something on 421 in our Tesla and ended up with an emergency flat late in the afternoon. Got towed to Parrish Tire in Jonesville. They were familiar with Teslas and had the right equipment to safely work on it. Unfortunately the damage was too severe to repair and they didn t have our tire in stock. They ordered it for first thing the next morning and kindly drove us to the Best Western for the night. Picked us back up as soon as the car was ready and we were back on the road by 11am. Excellent service, professional work, and went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend!

Not very happy. I feel that I was over charged for the service I received. I was told what would be done to the tire I brought in and it wasn't done it only took 5 minutes and was charged 24.47.

Traveling between Ohio and Florida, we need a quick tire repair (losing tire pressure) and we found it at Parish Tire. The entire team was very professional and competent. An embedded screw was found and the tire repaired.

I need two wheel studs and two lug nuts . And I went and ask if they could help me. Scott got right on it . And got me back on the road. They all was very nice there. I would recommend every one to go and get their work done here. Great job.
