This was our first time in West Jefferson and we wanted to do some exploring outside of the downtown area. We came across Unseen Pass online and thought it would be a fun experience. Well they definitely didn t disappoint!!! Madison was great with communication leading up to our rental date as well as when we arrived. We rented the Honda Talon 4 seater and drove the peak route. We drove through areas we never would have drove through and observed scenery that blew us away! What a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Our start was push back by 30 minutes but we still had a blast. Great scenery and vehicle selection. My family of five were able to be accommodated and waivers can be done online so very little time spent orienting ourselves to the vehicle. I would recommend going early as it gets dark in the winter by five and can get very cold in the open vehicle.

Wonderful! So charming! Madison was great! Scenery was great! Saw Pigs, horses, cows, vulchers, turkey, goat, deer, dogs, and more! Machines were great! If you wonder if you should? DO IT!

Highly highly recommend riding through Unseen Pass.Rented the whole day and toured the Peak Route. Very beautiful and delightful time. It was cold .but was an experience of s lifetime.Will definitely be riding the River Route this summer.Thank you Madison for over and beyond wonderful service, smiles and professionalism!!!Shirley Williamson

We had a great time! Kyle was very helpful in getting familiar with the Roxor sxs and the Rever app for the routes. We have Verizon service and had no issues with signal or using the app. We started with the River route first and then the Peak route. We were only able to get to Pond Mountain on the Peak route due to time limitations but everything was great. Yes, the roads are public access, they are not off-road trails but it is mentioned on their website that you cannot take their vehicles off-road, so this wasn't an issue for us at all. While the roads are public access, most are narrow, windy(curvy) and are gravel/dirt roads and being in the sxs made it more enjoyable for us. The Roxor was easy to handle, has a lot of power and handled the roads well with no problems. We did stop toward the later end of our trip to put on the top as it was super windy out and it also helped keep the sun out as we were driving into it up the mountain. We had a lot of fun and the scenery was beautiful! We will be back!

We were there last Thursday! Issac ( I think was his name) was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!Very kind and knowledgeable.Took time to really explain the vehicle. And even took the time to really listen when I explained I needed a easy route just for scenery due to my mother is up in age and didn t want to scare her!Highly recommend this place! We had a ball!!!

We had a Great Time! We did the 3 hour river pass and the views were great! Madison was top notch with professional advice and answered all of our questions before we made the drive up to West Jefferson.

We rented a 4 seater today and took the ridges course. We had the best time and saw some of the best views we have ever seen. We took both of the cut offs up the mountains and it was beyond worth it! Elizabeth made the check in process quick and easy and drop off is super simple as well! We will definitely be back to ride again! If you have a half a day or a full day in west Jefferson do yourself a favor and come see these guys it s so worth it and very affordable!

Well, where to start. We had the Roxer for eight hours, did the high peak tour and the river tour with some time left. I will say, If you re only doing 4 hours, don t waste a lot of time because you won t make it back in time for the high peak. The recommendation says 2.75 hours I think but you d have to be hauling to make that. Now on to the Roxor - what a blast, loved it! Fun and easy to drive. Very capable little vehicle, took it a few places I don t think we were supposed to go but never had to put it in 4 wheel drive. Went everywhere I asked easily in 2 wheel drive. Feels like driving an older jeep, wind in your hair and feeling every bump. It did tire me out after 6 hours but I sure did love every second. The scenery was spectacular. To cap it off, I was a bit nervous going to the pump to fill it up before returning, diesel isn t cheap and I was expecting $80-$100 at least. The whole day, it took 6.7 gallons to fill up costing about $38, you just can t beat that.

Highly recommend doing this if you re in the area. We did a 4 hour ride in the Honda Talon and it was so much fun! The views at the top of the mountains were amazing. Madison was over the top helpful and knowledgeable and she was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our sxs ride, we did the 3 hour river tour and it was beautiful! Madison helped us and was very knowledgeable and helpful! Our young kids enjoyed this too!

We had an absolutely amazing time! Pond Mountain was gorgeous the river run was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the day. The customer service we received was the best around. We will be back!

Great experience! Kind folks, fun ride and good memories! There s a beautiful lookout you get to ride to also. It s a bit dusty on a sunny day tho! Loved it!

Ten ladies and three side x sides...the best bachlorette party! I could not thank Kyle and Liz enought for their kindness and generosity. Liz was great at booking. When we arrived Kyle made sure we were all comfortable and answered all our questions prior to driving. Isaiah was extremely helpful and attentive. We all had an amazing time and we'll definitely be back!

The best experience in West Jefferson, NC!! Kyle helped us with navigation because our cell phone service didn't work in that area. They had a great Garmin GPS so we were able to see all the sights. We are so glad we drove to NC for this experience. 4 hours on the sxs was plenty of time for us to see so many beautiful areas. Definitely recommend

Me and my wife went here rented a roxor jeep took the river route it was a blast you see so many great views was a lot of fun. Easy booking and Madison was was great setting everything up to get us started. Highly recommend

Great experience. Everyone who helped us was really nice. We drove to Whitetop mountain Wich is just in Virginia. Stopped to top fuel up (Wich it didn't need yet). And ate lunch in Virginia then started back.The REVER app worked pretty good. We lost GPS reception a few times for a minute or two but I expected that going so far into the wilderness on a foggy day.The in closed 4 door vehicle was comfortable for 4 of us and had room for 6 people. The seats were comfortable and the heater was nice on a really cold day.They give a 10% refund for military.

Had a great time despite some rain. We rented a Mahindra Roxor and it was very capable. Didn t even shift into 4WD once. Liz was super nice and her kids even played with ours for a bit too! Beautiful area that we were able to see!

We just had a great family Vacation in NC and we rented 2 UTV from Kyle. He was so helpful and friendly. We had a great experience with the trails he suggested. Amazing sites! And you can t beat their price and customer service! Hands down recommend to anyone looking to rent UTVs for the day!

Did this on a whim while on vacation in NC. The staff at Unseen was extremely knowledgeable about the terrain we would be experiencing and how to prepare for it. The equipment was flawless, no hiccups over 4 hours through a variety of elevations and weather conditions. We look forward to make this adventure and annual tradition!!

By far the best experience I had on our trip.only place that did not mind if we're got the ride s lil dirty.. plus great customer service I mean the best. It started raining while we was out so we came back he fixed us up with some rain-x dry rags and adjusted the time for the inconvenience. Definitely going back next time we are back down that way..

We loved the experience and the peak route was awesome , great views from top of mts. Madison was so very friendly and was very informative , gave us some great advice and was very prompt with answering any questions , even when we thought we were off the route Thanks again Madison & Unseen Pass for a great day !

Couldn t have asked for a better weekend experience! The brand new Teryx s were awesome and Isaiah was so kind and accommodating. Would absolutely recommended Unseen Pass for anyone who likes to get a little muddy.

My husband and I rented a Roxor today and it was absolutely fabulous! Liz and Kyle are very kind and helpful. We loved the river tour (we got lost during the peak tour because the phone died, but we made some great memories). Renting with unseen pass really helped us get to places we would have never found and some beautiful scenery. We will definitely be doing it again next time we come to the area.

Our group rented two roxors and one two seat talon.The self guided navigation was a little difficult as we made two wrong turns but still had a blast.We did the mountain route, scenery was beautiful and you will definitely see things you wouldn't normally see. Roxors are more open so if it's cold dress warm. The talon was a warmer ride but both were fun to drive. We look forward to doing it again, definitely recommend! Staff was helpful!

First time cruising the mountains on a side by side!! Cohen was awesome to deal with and set us up for the best scenic routes!! This is a memory we will never forget and highly recommend!!!
