If you want to waste your time go to Sam s! Like several other negative reviews have mentioned, Sam takes the job, takes the money, but worst of all takes all the time in the world to finish a job. A job that should have taken 3 weeks has now taken over 3 years.

Don't bother wasting your time. The man led me on for two months, saying he would get my truck in the shop. When he finally did, it sat for over two weeks, and absolutely nothing was done to it. Every time I would go in to check, I would get the same excuses, and then I was finally told that he couldn't do it AFTER WASTING 2 MONTHS OF MY TIME and saying he would the entire time up until that point. Claims he can't get help to show up? If that's the case, don't take on more work. Absolutely do not recommend, all you ll get is excuses on excuses as to why he can t do anything. Complete waste of time.

Sam is the absolute worst. He is never on time, needed me engine replaced and it took 2 months for him to do it. I ve had a multitude of problems after the fact of my engine replacement. Still, he can t seem to fix it and after terrible communication between us, he will not answer my calls or text me back. After working my 9-5 job, the one time I had to take off some time to see if my truck is done since I can t get any calls/texts back, turns out my truck is not done, parked across the street and is locked. He still has my keys and he is nowhere to be found @10am when his shop opens @9am and closes @4pm due to COVID. TERRIBLE service and the SLOWEST people to work with. EVERYTHING is under the table, no receipts, no insurance, just cash. Wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
