Thorough, expert, conscientious, honest mechanics. Reasonable prices, especially when considering the qualities already mentioned. They stay busy with local repeat business, so you may have to be patient with their turnaround time, but they will do the job right the first time. On the very rare occasion when something unforeseen might come up with your vehicle repair later, they do stand behind their work. They have always given me their best, and that's why I have kept coming back with all of our vehicles for the last 20 years or so. It hurts to wait sometimes, but I have never had a complaint about their work, or the friendly yet professional way that they treat their customers.

The wheel on my boat trailer locked up due to a bad bearing. I made an appointment and took the trailer in. Although the shop was very busy, Mark and his mechanic went right to work on the wheel, repaired it in 20 minutes and I was on my way. The price was very reasonable. It was refreshing to have a garage honor their commitment to do good work on time and under budget.

Had a simple tune-up done on my truck. I was absolutely floored when they told me the price. After doing some research, I discovered that even if they used the most top of the line parts, straight from the factory, this job should have been every bit of half the price. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were nice.

Be cautious when picking up your vehicle after getting work done here! When I picked up my vehicle it was making a horrible sound. I called and talked to them and they said to bring it back but it was close to their closing time and I was scared to drive it. I jacked it up and found my wheel was loose! Wheel bolts were finger loose! I corrected the problem and called back to just inform them of the situation which could have ended very badly! Never got an acknowledgment of a mistake and was told this was because my aluminum wheels reacting badly with the steel of the wheel hub causing corrosion that made the wheel loose. What?? If that were the case then my wheels would be potentially loose every time my tires get rotated. Have had that car 4 years and NEVER had that issueAnyway- nice people but they could work on communication- price was double what they quoted and didn t call to discuss other repairs- and accepting responsibility for mistakes. BE CAREFUL
