CJ does all the towing for my Shop and all my customers. Excellent work, done on time every time and no worries of any issues. He knows exactly what he s doing and doesn t waste anytime getting it done. Always taking the necessary precautions for marking sure my customers cars are hauled safely. Just called to have a car towed very rude individual doesn't know how to talk to customers hung up on me twice nasty attitude!re: Unfortunately, you were very dismissive and did not listen to the potential customer, you told them what you were going to do and had no patience with listening and attempting to help us troubleshoot a solution, your customer service in trying to help a person that really needed help. We did reach out to another Tow Service and they were awesome. You were the aggressor and had no time to listen to help!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

He represents everything you want in a lifeline. I wouldn't think twice about my wife riding with him. He couldn't have done anything else to help any more.I not only recommend him, but would use again without question.

We ended up getting unstuck before CJ could get to us, but he went out of his way several times to check on us and do anything he could to help us get down a snow covered mountain. I highly recommend CJ's towing. We originally got hold of a different towing company in Jefferson and the quote they gave us was extremely high. I called CJ's and he came out and it was an extremely hard truck to get out of where it was stuck. Our cabin renters had driven their truck down the mountain on a path not a road. It was wedged next to a tree and it was very very hard to get out. With the help of his friend, another tow truck company, he not only got the truck unstuck but was able to drive it down the hiking path very slowly for a quarter of a mile through trees and bushes etc to get it to a road. It took two hours but they were able to do it.Service: Car towing
