The guys that work her are so friendly and do a great job pre cleaning the cars before going into the wash. Vacuums have good suction and there s always clean towels.

I quit. I was paying for the $50 a month for the ultimate car wash as often as you d like only to find out it s not as often as you like. You can t do it more than once a day . Which means if they don t get the bugs off the front of your car or your windshield doesn t get clean you can t take it through a second time.When asked, they said we don t do windshields and when asked why they don t have a mat machine to clean mats . They said the owner wouldn t make that kinda of investment !!! REALLY !!!Ultimate car wash as Often as you want Obviously doesn t mean as often as you want . It means just once a day regardless of how dirty your car is after you go through the car wash.

Took my car through here, barely cleaned it at all. Not one bit. I asked the manager who was extremely kind to let me back through and he politely agreed they could have done a better job. A bigger short image of a man, who I presume to be the owner, walks outside and starts screaming at his employees and being extremely disrespectful to them, half being what I could only imagine 17-18 years old. I will not go here again, if you want a good car wash I would go to bubbles in Boone, cheaper, faster, and definitely way better of a deal if you find yourself in the direction often.

Went through this place multiple times and enjoyed the convenience of not having to get out an wash my car by hand weekly but I was super dissatisfied and down right disgusted with the way the manager of this establishment approached me when I brought it to his attention that his workers had scratched the side and the back of my brand new car when they were scrubbing the sides aggressively with what looked to be mops. Do not go to this place if you have a newer vehicle! Especially if you don t want a bunch of brainless people to scrape your car an take absolutely no responsibility for it. Instead they told me to go to a car wash that wasn t automated.

Still charging me for a subscription I ve cancel three times. That s just stealing really. Find another option or pay per wash, IMO.

First wash of the season wasn't that good, but they improved, or fixed the equipment to improve wash quality so next wash was much better. I recommend this car wash business.

Great car wash and friendly staff. Love the tire shine feature, makes a huge difference when your tires are clean. I've only used the carwash twice but will use weekly once the salt hits the roads

Very busy automatic car wash. Very clean looking establishment. They allow you to use towels to dry your car. Car looks great. Free vacuum with car wash. Will be back again with my truck

On the monthly wash "club". I like the way the car has been cleaned. For all those who want the tire rims completely clean..I know of no automatic wash that will clean as well as if you did it yourself but this is very close to a home wash.

More expensive for comparable services than competitors like Boone and Wilkesboro while offering less service.Does not now offer towels and window cleaner for driver to use for dry-down although containers are provided for used towels. Undercarriage wash only available in highest priced wash. Staff does not follow-up after car passes through car wash to check to see if touch up needed.Will use another car wash in future.

9/18/22 Staff was friendly. Car wash was great. Free very strong vacuum cleaners after wash. Had window cleaner available to clean windows.

The drive through wash does an excellent Job removing dirt, road grime and salt.The attendant's do a great job prepping the vehicle prior to entering the wash.Free strong suction vacuums, glass cleaner and cleaning clothes.

The young man and morning manager is very accomodating. I witnessed some kindness rarely seen in this industry when a customer needed assistance and he brought along a cleaning agent; she reached to pay him. He showed true upper level business thinking and replied: Glad you were able to shine your windows. That's a true story that he did not realize I witnessed. Give this company your money and their staff will give each of you your money's worth. This franchise is a needed business in Ashe County.

Pleasantly pleased. Pricing is OK but you have to vacuum your own vehicle. That being said, the vacuum cleaners have great power and they are free.

Paid $20 and wash sucked. Drivers side dirt from tires running through mud not cleaned and tires not cleaned

I'm afraid they are letting their equipment go, the last two times I have been there, the hoses for the vacuum have been broken, there were no towels to wipe down the car with. Hope this does not continue.
