Went in on a Saturday morning for an inspection and was out in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend checking out this shop if you are looking for a local business instead of a corporate chain store.

This auto mechanic shop is awesome! .Fast..thorough..affordable and honest. The owner is all about saving his customers money to ensure repeat business. Ladies this is the place to go so you won't be taken advantage of. He explains everything and does not UPSALE extra products. It's not fancy looking, but I guarantee you'll be satisfied.!!

I ve been here 2 years in a row for my state safety inspection. Both times Curtis has been an absolute dream to work with! He is so sweet and professional, they have me in & out in a jiffy, and it s super affordable! I can t rate their service high enough!

I cannot stress enough how amazing our experience has been taking our vehicle to this shop. These people took their time and made sure that the transmission that they rebuilt worked the way it was supposed to. Then, they only charged us for parts! I was utterly blown away!I have lived in Jacksonville since '06 and Southwest Jacksonville since the beginning of '09. I drove past this shop everyday and completely dismissed it as just a junk yard. Now this shop is going to be our number 1 go to for any issues!!!

I bought a car I absolutely love! It all of a sudden acted funny Mr. Curtis told me to bring it in and he would handle it. He is absolutely amazing! I will definitely buy another car from him!

Most uses car places have sleazy owners and workers. NOT THIS PLACE. Not only do they keep their word. They don't break random items and upcharge you. I feel safe knowing I have them backing me and my vehicle health. Thank You Guys ! Your The BEST!

Absolutely terrible service. I brought in my new wheels to have tires mounted on them. They put the wrong tires on the wrong wheels. They also scratched my wheels down to bare metal (they re black wheels). I was beyond upset and explained to them that if they knew they would scratch them that they shouldn t have done them. They tried to blame the wheels. I talked to the manger. He never offered to give me my money back or make it right in any way. Needless to say, NEVER take anything to this shop. They don t care if they ruin your things or not.

Needed a quick tire pressure & possible leak checked out. As soon as I pulled up the gentleman whom I am assuming was the owner or the like popped up from what he was working on on another vehicle band walked over to speak with me. He then assisted me in looking at the tire at no charge. His attire was highly professional beyond that of an automotive position standard. Although the place looks packed and space was limited I was not deterred from stopping here for assistance. I am quite glad that I did. The gentleman was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. It's hard these days to find trustworthy shops. Although I did not spend much time here or have anything done if in the future a situation arises I would seek assistance from Westpark Tire & Auto.

The owner- an honest, hard working man, was so helpful to me and gave me a wonderful deal on repairing my old jalopy. Service was very fast and professional. They will be my mechanics from now on.

Brought a car in for repairs, mechanic had absolutely no clue what he was doing, they even ordered a harmonic balancer designed for a completely different vehicle and charged 265 for it when it retails for 110.... highly recommend avoiding doing business of any kind here

Service could be hell of alot better.....was suppose to have a new fuel pump put in and had problems with it soon as I drove it off the lot....will never go there again for maintenance issues... Only good for inspections....i will give them that
