Weston s auto body is phenomenal from the customer service to the repair work itself. They told me the repair to replace two doors would take 2 weeks but was done in less than a week. Marine Chevrolet trusts Weston s to do all their body work and I can see why. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing body repair work done to their vehicles. I was able to walk in and get a repair done for cash, when Caliber collision has a 3 month wait for cash repairs. I will be taking my vehicles here if they have any body damage in the future.

We brought in our SUV with fading clear coat on the hood and roof. The damage ended up being worse than they thought and required total strip and repaint. They kept to the original quote and repaired and repainted the black car flawlessly!

Brought my car in after an accident and their work was amazing. After they finished the job my car looked brand new. I called three times for updates on my car and was always given an answer. Highly recommend!

Will not use this place again. They left repairs off the estimate, the estimate is jumbled so you can't really understand what work they are doing, and they don't stand behind the work. My car was in an accident with a ditch, they only did the engine and body work in the front. They did not replace my tire or the passenger door, and allowed me to take the car at 5 PM when they closed, knowing that it needed a tire in order to be driven. When asked why the work wasn't completed, was told it was on me to check the estimate, and they don't do tires, but they had sent my car off to a tire place and charged me for that. It took them over 2 weeks to "complete" the work they did on the car, and it's still not driveable. They only wanted the money and once it was paid, pretty much told me sorry about my luck that the rest wasn't done and to bring it back and pay more money for the rest of the work.Service: Body & Trim

I used Weston s for repairs after having extensive damage (around $4,000) to my vehicle after an accident. Not only were they very friendly and accommodating, they were quick and professional. My car looks brand new again!

Wow! This company and their employees are wonderful! My daughters hand got caught in the door of our 2020 SUV and needless to say bent the door frame pretty bad. The noise inside the car was very loud and caused pain to my child s ears (all of the wind). The brand dealership could not fix the door and referred us to Westons. I was in and out within minutes. Great company and superb experience. My car door is like new and there in no longer wind gushing into the car. I highly recommend!

This place is great, when I got there I showed them the estimate from the insurance agency. They looked at it and said ok, no problem. The place I want before wanted a higher labor fee. Well Westons got my vehicle in quick and was done in a couple of days. They did a great job. The van look the way it did before the accident. They even cleaned the van. I have 3 little one, so the foot traffic in and out the van is high. They made this experience easy for me. Thank you Westons if I ever need any work done again I will be back.

My care needed minor repair from an accident. When I called (more than once) the guys there were willing to talk to me and walked me thru the whole process and answer all my questions. They were patient and very helpful. It took me almost a month to get my car to them due to dealing with the insurance company. I called when it was ready to go and he was ready for me right then. I dropped it off and they called for the car rental people to come get me and it was to take 2 days to do. Took just over 24 hours and they called and said it was ready that they were washing it for me. I couldn't come until the next morning so they kept my car in a protected area until the next day. When I got it back you could not tell it had ever been damaged, they had washed the outside and they detailed the inside for me. They will be my go to for any body repair in the future.

My wife got into a car accident Saturday afternoon an we had it towed to Weston's Body shop and repair. When. We first arivedd they had trouble finding our information (unorganized). They had the information on my car wrong and was not even sure of the cars defect. We cam Monday morning and had been charged 175.00. 30$ a day when they were closed on the weekend and even though we picked it up Monday morning,they still charged us for that whole day. We had also been charged 80.00 for towing which was literally not even a mile away from Lynn's Smith towing who is partnered with this company. My wife and I feel we have been taking advantage of and when when Weston body shop had brought the car out to us we had another problem. ANTS, a whole community of them with trails which my wife had detailed the inside of just two days prior. I told a ladie inside and they didn't seem like it was there problem. One of the ladies that worked there only comment was "oh you know them ants get in to everything" A ladie came out and sprayed some bug spray and sent us on our way. If you want a body shop that's going to take care of you and your vehicle and not see money in there eyes when they see someone in need I highly do not recommend them.

They are genuinely friendly and did a fantastic job! Seamless repair that looks like new- I am very happy with the work they did and appreciate the kindness I was treated with. I would absolutely recommend Westons to anyone in need of major or minor car body repair.

After an accident had bent the window frame on my vehicle's door, I took it to a different body shop in Jacksonville and was told it was not fixable, that my best option would be to buy a new door. I decided to try Weston's body shop for a second opinion. Weston's fixed it in about 15 minutes and didn't charge me a penny, I will definitely do business with this company again. Great people and great service!!!

When me and my husband arrived to pick up our BMW after I was in an accident Saturday afternoon it was towed here, they charged us 30 dollars per day for storage but it was only there for one full day Sunday only because they were closed so we couldn't go get it if we wanted too. When Lynn Smith towning came to pick up the car he took it not even a mile away from the accident and the charged us 80 dollars for that and he is partnered with Weston body shop. On Monday moring around 9 am they called us trying to get infomation to work on the car but the same day they got the car we emailed them that we didn't want anything done to the car and we told them that on the phone but the lady that was on the phone was very persistent and still trying to get information to work on it so we told her no again and she finally said ok. We got there at 11am to pick up our car so all together they charged us 175 for 3 days of storage and 80 for the towing. When they brought the car to us so we could leave I open the door and there are ANTS a whole community full in my car now 2 days before all this happened I just detailed my car so there no reason for ants to be in there my husband went in to tell the ladies at the desk and all they said was no matter were you park your car ants will get in it and I've never had an ant problem before. That just shows me they aren't clean and don't take care of the cars . I DON'T recommend this place to anyone they are rude and don't care about there customers cars.

Weston's Body Shop has been very helpful and accommodating in assisting our customer's vehicles who need their A/C evacuated and recharged with the newer system, the 1234yf. Cars were starting to be manufactured with this new system in 2014 and is currently being more common today. With it just now being used among most manufacturers, many businesses, including the chain mechanic shops in our area, do not have the new Freon machine yet but Weston's does! We appreciate them working with us to help better assist our customers with this service.

My 2002 Jetta went in to be repaired after hitting a dog. The car was there for about a month. When I got it back I noticed that the valence on the bottom of the bumper was not attached correctly. I wanted new OEM headlights, they gave me the none OEM headlights back and I noticed that they had broken off the mounting brackets so now they are useless. I found a cigarette butt in my backseat. The inside was covered with a fine white dust from sanding, must have had the windows down. The car had a strong paint/chemical smell inside. I tried to contact them and they would not respond back. I would not recommend Weston's to anyone. Horrible experience!!!!!!

Very happy with the service. My Jeep was repaired perfectly. Can't tell it was ever damaged. They washed and vacuumed my Jeep before I picked it up. I won't go anywhere else to have body work done.

paint job was bad, got paint on my rims, tires and my aftermarket gas tank cover. used the wrong parts. also told me to my face that they would fix everything that they did wrong when i came back it was a different story and a big hassle. would not recommend this shop to anyone

Didn't have my vehicle serviced here however, looking at a vehicle that had its grille painted here you can clearly see they didn't mask off the radiator due to it being covered in paint. That says a lot to me.

Limped a vehicle ready for work over to the shop because Google says they re open. Arrive and they re locked up tight on a Saturday. No hours posted on the door, and phone goes to a cable company phone number with no voicemail.

My 2016 Madam MX-5 Miata Got Rear-Ended Twice in 2019, Both Times I Had Weston's Do The Repair Work and I Was Pleased With The Results Each Time.

I HAD A LEAK BUT THEY FIXED ME RIGHT UP! LOVE IT, EVEN GOT A RIDE FROM THEM TO THE CAR! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND
