Todd was pleasant, professional and competent. My car did not start and he was able to come to service it within 24 hrs. He fixed my car in about an hour and charges a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Todd.

Diagnostic and repair in less than a week! Prices are totally reasonable and that's a huge deal especially when you feel comfortable and trust the technician. 100% recommend Todd for any of your needs with your vehicles! He knows what he's doing and he's trustworthy!

Very cheap rate, you bring your own parts, so you don't have to worry about getting ripped off on parts! He discovered that one of my rotors was essentially paper thin while I was there. He provided me with a ride to buy the parts and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Absolutely will return for additional maintenance!

Highly recommend!!! I was unable to start my car for three days, I called Todd to set up an appointment to come look at my vehicle. I gave him details on what was happening with my car and he was able to get it back up and running that same day. I am so grateful! Great service and even better customer service

Todd is amazing! I ve used his services twice now and not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, he is an amazing communicator. He sent pictures and videos explaining what he was doing. He constantly texted me to let me know what stage of repair he was in. When I needed to order parts for my second service, he was extremely patient with me in determining exactly what needed to be done and the exact part that I needed. Definitely recommend Todd! A mechanic who looks out for his customers, has great prices & comes to you! A mom who's only vehicle broke down at my job & was stuck there, he came & helped me figure out exactly what parts I needed to order & then came back & fixed it in a very timely fashion! His prices were very reasonable & he was very kind !

I want to thank Todd's Mobile Mechanic for doing an amazing job with my wife's car. I contacted Todd about the issue that was going on with the car. He gave me a price that was fair and I agreed to it. Our A/C needed to be recharged and we also needed it check to see if there were any leaks. Louis worked on the car and educated us about what he was doing. He took his time and did not rush. More importantly, he was kind and respectful to me and my wife. This is my third time using their services and I have never had a bad experience. I pick the parts up and they come to my house and install it. I have more work to be done on my cars and when it is time the only auto shop I am calling is Todd's Mobile Mechanic. Thank you Todd and Louis for another awesome job.

Todd was an amazing mechanic. His customer service was out standing. I had taken my care to another mechanic in Jacksonville and when I got my car back it was not the same. So when my alternator stopped working I was nervous having someone in Jacksonville work on my car. I was at the point where I was going to get the car towed to another county. However I got in touch with Todd (and thank God I did) and he gave me a fair price to fix my car. He was extremely professional, fixed my car in a fair amount of time, and did it all at my house. I have an older car that needs some more touch ups. Todd is the only mechanic I trust to work on my car.Service: Electrical

My truck broke down in Ross parking lot and would have been an absolute nightmare to tow to a shop. I saw Todd s Mechanic service on google and that he was mobile so that sold me initially, but his friendliness, professionalism and swiftness of service are why we will be using him for all our work in the future! Todd is very prompt and knowledgeable. I had a blown radiator hose on my conversion van. He came out within an hour got me up and running. The shops in town couldn't get me for 3 and 4 days. I have been depending on Todd for YEARS now and he's helped me with three different cars, all with big problems! He has always been so professional, is incredibly knowledgeable, always on time and provides quality, time efficient work at very fair prices! I love that he can come to me so there's no waiting in dealerships for hours or my car sitting at a shop for days. Todd had a really good response time to help me replace my battery, and went above and beyond to make sure it all worked when he was done. Glad he did too! I was in a very bad position two days ago when my brakes broke. I called around a few other places and was unhappy with the prices and service I would be getting. I found Todd online and reached out to him. He got back to me very quickly and was able to come do the work as soon as I received the parts I needed. On top of that he has the best prices and services around. The work was done well and in a timely manner and he is also very personable and respectful. I will definitely be using Todd again for any work needed on my vehicle.

Todd was my knight in shiny armor he had the most pleasant smile, ladies I felt completely safe and rescued. I had a flat and needed the spare put on couldn t find anyone that could help me, but before I could complete my voicemail message he was already texting to see what service was needed. Also, he communicated during my wait letting me know he was finishing a job and would be on the way within the hour and he was. His service was very professional honest and affordable. He even took a few minutes to make sure I knew some small details that will help when I get my new tire put on. I am definitely adding him to my emergency contacts. Todd is the BEST. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!! Our 2005 Honda Odyssey had a cracked axle. The dealership was asking $$$$ to fix it. I was frustrated with the dealership and tired of being treated so poorly. Todd responded quickly to my message and was able to help diagnose a couple other problems we were having as well. He had me order the parts. This was a little intimidating at first but I liked that I could see the reviews on the parts and compare prices at various stores and know exactly what was going into my vehicle. Todd helped me through the entire process. He is very patient. I had never ordered parts for a vehicle before. Once the parts arrived, I met Todd out in town as I live on base and gate access is a nightmare. It worked out wonderfully. I watched him change the axle, replace the spark plugs AND recharge the a/c. I saw exactly what a great mechanic he is and his knowledge and expertise is beyond impressive. Todd is a truly genuine person. He is honest and professional in every way. Today was the first time I have ever needed to have my van fixed and drove home feeling like I won the lottery. Thank you Todd!

You never really know what you re going to get when you hire a mobile mechanic, however, I hired Todd to replace the water pump in my truck and he was great from start to finish. I messaged him after hours on a Friday night and he got back with me immediately and came out two days later which was awesome because my family was in a bind. He was very professional, he showed up on time, and stuck around long enough to make sure the truck was good before taking off. My family will be sure to hire Todd for all other necessary repairs on our vehicles in the future and we definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great, professional, efficient mechanic that you can rely on.

Without a doubt the BEST mechanic in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding area for that matter. I don't usually write reviews, but in this instance I feel I must. If I could give 10 stars I would. Todd is honest, trustworthy, diligent, and by far the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. He takes great pride in his work, and is remarkably thorough. If that wasn't enough, his prices were beyond reasonable. We had estimates that exceeded his rates by the hundreds. I can tell you he will not only have all of my future business, but friends, family and colleagues will be referred. It's not often you find a mechanic you can truly trust. Todd is most definitely a diamond in the rough. He even followed up days later to make sure all was well, and I was happy. Try finding a mechanic who will do that. Doesn't exist. If your having car issues, whatever the problem, call Todd. There's no one better!

Todd was very efficient and professional. He came out last weekend after working on cars all day to give me a diagnostic on everything I was going to need for car. He came out around 930 this morning right on time and put a lot of quality time and effort to get my car up and running like new. Thank you so much for your time Todd we will be using you for now on

By far, the best mechanic in the area! Todd is professional, polite, courteous, on time, a straight shooter, fair priced, and the list could go on. I contacted him about my son's car and told him what was going on. He diagnosed the problem and was there the next morning to fix it. While working in the car, my son had him check a few other things he needs done and gave him a quote. The quote was far less than other we had previously gotten. We will definitely be using Todd's Mobile Mechanic for ALL of our mechanical needs!!!

Had to replace a wheel bearing and he was able to get me in first thing in the morning. It was not an easy task but he knocked it out of the park! Anything and everything else I need done to my vehicle will be done by Todd's. Great guy, great service!!!
