I had an incredible experience with the gentleman over at Tire USA. They were extremely welcoming and very helpful from the start. They updated me on the service they were providing me, and even sent me photos along the way. Even when encountering delays with the mail and other setbacks out of their control, they still managed to provide me with the most outstanding service I have ever received from any auto service. I asked if there was any way that I could help advertise or help being business their way and Bubba gave me a shirt that I will wear with pride. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan who completed all the upgrades to my suspension as well as 6 new tires. I want to also give credit to everyone else who played a part of getting my truck taken care off, all of witch deserve recognition. I would like to respectfully request a bonus or a raise for all of the gentleman who helped me, Tire USA will always have my business and I consider anyone who works there a part of my family. I picked up a piece of sheet metal in my tire last night and stopped in as it was close and I could walk to work. I asked for a patch on the tire, an oil change, and to check the drain plug as I thought it was leaking and was told no problem. I asked them Just call me when it's done. Asked me which tire, told them the one in the back of my car since I had to put the donut on it. The deductive reasoning skills are not strong here. They called me moments later to tell me they can't patch the tire because they don't have the equipment. When I asked why I was told otherwise before I left I was told a woman who came in before me asked for a patch but really needed a plug. So I guess they thought as a woman I wouldn't know the difference. Whatever. I asked of they had started the oil change and he said they had, so I told them to do the oil change. Then they called me and told me they couldn't change the oil because of the drain plug I also mentioned when I came in. Which leads me to believe they hadn't in fact started the oil change if they couldn't drain the oil. I asked what the solution was and was told to take it to wherever the explicative stripped the drain plug. The same drain plug I told them about when I dropped it off which was 'no problem'. Why they told me all of this was no problem when I walked in and asked for specific services they couldn't provide is anyone's guess. The chauvinistic guess is probably correct though. 100% do not recommend. Especially if you're female and show up by yours

Dropped my car of here to have an oil change while I ran some other errands and although I arrived earlier than expected to pick the car up, it was ready anyway. I did not speak to any of the mechanics there but the gentleman in the front, Zachary, was friendly and knowledgeable of the services provided!!!

Very professional service! The mechanic was polite, informative and helpful. It did not take long at all for them to diagnose an fix the problem I had with my tire. They even gave me a discount when they realized I had been scammed by another place. If it wasn t for them I don t know what I would have done honestly. You will be satisfied with any service you get from Tires USA!

They put 5 w 30 in my lexus. It calls for 0w 20. The car motor Is now worn out. Lost half my power. I'm at 13 500 loss. Smh. Dumbest mfer on earth. Please if u love your car take it elsewhere

Went in for a an oil change special they had on fully synthetic, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. For the time and price, this was a great visit. I may have to swing by again for my next routine maintenance for my carService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast service on Saturday.Got full synthetic oil change and tire rotated, complementary for buying the tires there, for my 2016 Tundra.Priced $117, a fair deal for the area.

Very fair, fast and reliable work! After being turned away by other local mechanics to change out my exhaust manifolds, Tires USA didn't hesitate. They completed the job that day and for a very reasonable price.

Prices on size 22 tires are more affordable here then anywhere else in town. Great customer service. Thinking about changing the rest of my tires bc the tire quality on the one I just purchased is way better than my others

Purchase tires from USA tires in Jacksonville North Carolina on Western boulevard. That when you purchase the tires from the store they say that they have lifetime rotation. I also had a front end alignment as well. So I come in today to have my tires rotated and because I did not have the receipt they said that they could not rotate the tiresSo I come in today to have my tires rotated and because I did not have the receipt they said that they could not rotate the tires, Because I do not have proof that I purchased the tires from here. They were really nice about it and apologized For the inconvenience. Needless to say next time I will go somewhere else to purchase my tires. The place is nice, and they carry quality parts. But I was in a serious pickle when s friend hit s curb in my car and busted the rim all up. They weren't trying to help me out at all!! They were charging more for a used tire than other places were charging for a brand new steel rim!!

Went here a while back for 4 new tires. I needed to make another visit... I just couldn t remember the name of this place...but I remembered where it was... so I google earthed it to find it again ((for a new car issue reason lol ))They were pretty fast from what I remember.. considering I came at a busy time in the day.**Just wanted to add, a lot of people complain in the comments about the managers attitude. Honestly he is pretty much a straight to the point man. He has a truly laid back persona that to some people it comes across as rude.. but truth be told, he is definitely not. Just wants to get you taken care of and on your way. I am guessing he is a Cancer.. they usually just want to get to the point and move on. Cool guy in my book**

Went there for an alignment for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis just because I knew that since I purchased the car 8 months ago that it was time. When they finished the alignment, the car had a hard pull to the right. They told me I needed tires because 3 of the 4 were cuffed. So I bought new tires,. After 3 more attempts to get it aligned ,WITH NEW TIRES,WITH NO SUCCESS, I was told that they would refund me for the botched alignment. Since it makes no sense to drive on 4 new tires without an alignment, I headed to another shop. This was about a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. I am very disappointed in the workmanship. I will definitely not be back.Update 7-5-2020: After having this issue. The Manager was quick to rectify the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Was told 30 minutes for a tire plug. Within 10 minutes there I was told I needed a whole new tire . To which I confirmed . I was then told 30 mins for the tire and eneded up waiting there almost 3 hours for completion with only one other vehicle in their bay. Super slow and alot of talking .

Never bring your car here for anything. I bought four new tires from them less than a month ago. Yesterday I called about getting them rotated at their 3,000 mile mark as they said they would rotate them free of charge every 3000 miles. We had gotten off work around 6 (on base) so I called and asked how late they stayed open and he told me 630. Knowing that it would probably take me longer than that to get off base and to the shop, I asked if they would give me a few extra minutes. The guy (I didn't catch his name) promptly told me no because he had been working since 8 am and wasn't going to work a minute past 630. Today I took my car in at 5 pm to get them rotated and was told It was going to be a 40 minute wait. I told him I would come back in 40 minutes. He told me that I need to come back before 530 or I wouldn't get helped today. When I double checked that it was complimentary, he cussed at me and told me that I'll be helped when they can get to it. Overall the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll be rotating my tires myself now.

DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time. The so called manager, was completely rude. Kept turning my car on only to go serve other cars that were not ahead of me. I had to turn my car off 3 times because he was burning up my gas. His attitude kept getting worse and he eventually threatened to call the cops after i turned my car off for the third time as it sat in the parking lot. Nobody else had the courage to speak up towards the horrible service he was giving everyone. So when I finally did, I was asked to leave. I gladly left. Save your time and money. Never come here. I will be contacting someone in higher ranks than him today.

Another shop wanted $1600 to fix a slew of issues they found when I took my car in to plug a tire. These guys fixed it for $45 and said the other shop was out to turn a profit. Honest people with excellent prices.

They straight up lied to me, I asked for a safety inspection done on my vehicle, and they failed me because of my front wheel bearings. So they said it would cost 295 dollars to fix and i said no I'll do it myself. I brought it into the MCCS Hobby shop and put it on a lift and the bearings were perfectly fine. There just trying to make a quick buck off of a junior Marine's know what your talking about before you take your stuff to these shops in Jacksonville, they know how much Marine's make and want to take advantage of you. But it costed me 20 dollars at the Hobby shop for 2 hours on the lift to figure out there fine.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Vee good people. They really want to help you and do a quick oil change and if you have your own oil n filter it's $25. Highly recommend
