New Owners with Top Notch service in mind.Their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their diligent efforts. Todd, the salesman, possesses an in-depth understanding of the boating industry, persuading me to invest in a superior vessel compared to my initial considerations and found ways to minimize the difference in cost.Entrusting my boat on consignment proved to be a judicious decision, as they not only secured a sale surpassing my expectations but also ensured the vessel's optimal condition for its new owner. Despite reservations stemming from the previous owner, the compelling combination of competitive pricing within a three-hour radius and the positive changes under new ownership compelled me to explore further. The outcome was beyond expectation; Tideline undeniably stands out as the epitome of exceptional service and information in my recent business interactions. Gratitude to Tideline for conducting business with utmost integrity and excellence.

A solid 5! Live in Raleigh but bought my Lund 1448 V haul with flooring in Jacksonville after an extensive search, talking and meeting with several boat dealers. Todd the sales manager by far the best I dealt with and won my business. George the owner worked with my budget and made boat ownership come true. Even Terry who works in the garage has provided sage advice. They mounted the Garmin Striker and worked with on my placement. Heck Todd even brought the boat to me in Raleigh and we took it out to test in 33 degree weather! Walked away from this deal feeling like a part of the Tideline Family. Looking for a boat, an accessory, or even some fishing tackle Tideline is great people

These guys are Great!!! I have 21 foot Tidewater with a Venture trailer that the leaf springs failed. They answered they're phone on a Sunday and meet me at the shop with repair options. They provided pricing and a general time line.I couldn't be any happier with their work when I went to pick up the boat. They rebuilt the trailer as discussed and repaired the wiring on the trolling motor. They also reset the bunks to their correct positions, now the boat launches and land perfectlyThank y'all so much for the Excellent work.

I have an old boat(1995), so I m always needing parts. I have been here countless times and John is my favorite person to work with. The overall professionalism and helpfulness of this business is second to none. I was hesitant of going to Tideline initially because of the bad reviews. But, since the new owner took over, this place seems to have completely changed. 10/10 recommend going here for any marine needs, and their prices are actually competitive with Amazon and other stores in the area like Academy, Eastern Outfitters, etc. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for all y all s help!

Call to get a quote on a new trailer and told them what boat I had which was a Bass Tracker Pro 17 got a quote and was satisfied with it but when I had me boat towed there to get the trailer was told that the one they had quoted me would work with my boat and they stated that I had to have another trailer which costs over a $1000 more. I call this bait and switch. The bad thing is I still don't have a trailer for my boat and I had to pay to have it hauled back to my house.

They somehow always have the parts I am looking for in stock. Great group of guys as well. You can definitely find things cheaper online but online you can't walk in with a broken piece of plastic and have it identified and have it in stock. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive here. I definitely recommend Tideline Marine.

George and his staff are great and truly care about what they are doing. Good communication, great follow up, and always willing to help. They knew I had a long trip when picking up my boat and made sure my trailer hubs were lubed before I got there, and George even replaced some bulbs before I pulled out. Fair pricing and trustworthy.

Tideline continues to amaze me. This is my go to place for anything boat related. Super friendly staff. And very family oriented. Which is great for when I bring my 2 year old with me.They are very competitive with their pricing. And will always help you out with a problem. Even after hours. There s been days where George has been diagnosing electrical problems for customers on his day off. He just happened to be at the shop and someone came up with a question. To me this speaks volume.Thank you

If you want your boat worked on you better not bring it here. I dropped my boat off 10 weeks ago today. It an E-Tec that needed the lower unit resealed. Was told it would be 2-4 weeks, that turned into 4-6 weeks. When asked what the hold us was they said waiting on parts. I asked them many different times what parts they were waiting on and they never could tell me. Finally I was told they ordered individual seals instead of the master seal kit I told them to order that is directly from evinrude for $120. I was told by them it was over $1,000. I kept giving them time and no progress was made so I went down to the shop to pick it up and was told I owe them a bunch of money for all the work they had done. In the mean time I had been calling for updates and all they would tell me is they re waiting on parts. Come to find out they tried to order all the seals and o-rings piece by piece after I told them I wanted the whole thing resealed. So all in all no work was done on the motor, still charged me $210, and kept my boat for 68 days total. It was nice to get my boat motor back in pieces bolts in bags and all the other parts just thrown in a box. Take it from the rest of the bad reviews, Tideline sucks. From what I understand they just changed owners not to long ago and these new ones are a joke. If you have an evinrude that needs some work I would advise you to go on the evinrude website and find another service center

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE!!! Beware there is a new owner, George Popastrat, who does not know how to run a business! They have had our boat for 16 months!!! We have called and visited dozens of times. First it was parts issues (which I can understand), then it was items they didn t know how to fix and had to be sent to Florida, then they get the boast in the water for a test drive and somehow the entire lower unit becomes inoperable on the way back (there was no problem with our lower unit when we dropped it off). Now to fix it, he wants us to pay for half of the repair first because he can t afford to order parts (half of which he had us order ourselves because he is an authorized Evinrude dealer and he needed us to order aftermarket parts). NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE IS TOU WANT IT VACK IN ONE PIECE!!!

I had just returned from a fishing trip and was in the process of moving my trailer to load my boat. When the axle detached in the parking lot. I walked to tideline to seek assistance. They lent me a strap to attached the axle to the trailer. Took my boat over to them and drove the trailer to them. They put new springs on the trailer and loaded the boat . I was back in business in three days. Great Service Great People.

I went to buy a motor there, and told them I was going to get a loan! I was gone 2 hrs. Came back and they sold it! He backed out about five days later, so I went back, huge mistake.. Since then my boat is still in the shop. The controls they sold me did not work. I've spent over 500$ in parts for a motor y'all told me would run!! According to your paperwork the motor shouldn't even start, it's a three cylinder, not four. And y'all wrote all four cylinders have 90 on compression test!? I am contacting better business... I guess y'all want to take advantage of someone disabled? My meds were stolen out my vehicle during the four hrs it took y'all to load a motor in the back of my truck! This has financially ruined me this year! Had to file police report, and go without any of my meds for 9 days! This was honestly as bad as breaking my back!! When I called them the owner told me he didn't need my business and hung up on me! Wow, unbelievable! Gave a second chance, and got it worse! I'll be paying for four years for y'all being dishonest, and selling me controls that didn't work. Still don't even know if it runs at all....

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I dropped my boat motor off for repair here and was quoted a repair price of around $160 and that it would be back to me around four weeks from the time of dropping it off. I did drop it off during prime boating season so when I received it back five weeks later I was not upset about it. I was charged $180 for the repairs at the time of pick-up and gladly paid. A week later I received a message from this company which simply said, I needed to call them back. When I returned from a business trip I had to attend all weekend I called them back and was told that they had messed up their paperwork and I actually owed $107 more than the original payment that they received from me. They wanted me to take time out of my busy schedule to come back down to their store and pay them the difference of their mess up. When I told them how much my small amount of free time meant to me the owner responded with "I probably have less free time than you do". This was an absurd comment coming from a business owner who claims to be "forever customer-focused". The owner did discount the remaining amount by $20 which in my opinion was not worth the amount of time in which I could have been spending with my family and friends. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Took our boat that we inherited from father in law to them to get it checked out and ready to use since it had been sitting for 3 years. Asked to check over entire boat, electrical and fuel system. First they said engine was locked up and should by a 9k new motor, then it was the gear box. 2 years later, they called and said it was fixed. Electrical not inspected, fuel system disconnected, notes from tech said need water pump but never notified.. so can't even use it. Their excuse was it was. Ot on the work ticket, but they can't find the original check in work order. Cost me over 1300 for a none working boat.
