Customer Service is outstanding here. As opposed to the dealer that I have recently purchased my truck, this dealer is completely different. I wish I bought my truck from this dealer.To make this review short as possible, I bought a certified Tacoma from a dealer in Georgia turns out that it had a front suspension problem two weeks after purchase.I took it to service, and Rory attentively listened to my concern and communicated to me the wait time and followed up with me as time went by.Rory effectively communicated the issue on my truck and walked me through the entire process of how it was going to be resolved. He even provided me a ride back to my house and when it was time for me to pick up my truck he arranged for someone in his team to pick me up from the airport.If you are considering servicing your Toyota, please consider working with Rory and his team. These guys are attentive to you and know how to treat a customer.

My experience with this dealership has been wonderful. Tami, Veronica, the gentleman who oversees our tires, the shuttle driver and the others who have helped me are the best. One time I had a problem and as soon as the right person was aware of it in the same day Tami called to apologize and took care of the problem. That was impressive! They really want you to be happy and pleased with them and I can say I m pleased and happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

My automobile was serviced in a timely efficient, caring manner. There is a new female(unfortunately I have forgotten her name) who appears to be on top of what was going on with my automobile the entire time that I was at the dealership. Wonderful customer Service. Brought my car in before my scheduled time. I drove in and the rep took over. Informed me of where to wait. Comfortable setting. Less than an hour a rep informed me my car was ready. Results of car service explained to me. Copy provided and I was on my way.

I recently had my Toyota serviced at the dealership and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Steve who made me feel welcome and taken care of.The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service advisor was very helpful and explained everything that was going to be done to my car in detail. They also gave me an estimated time for how long the service would take, which was very accurate.During the service, the technician found a small issue with my car and the service advisor immediately came to me and explained the problem and the cost to fix it. I appreciated their transparency.Overall, I highly recommend the Toyota service at this dealership. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of service was excellent. I will definitely be returning for my future service needs. Thank you guys for making my service experience a positive one.

Great service, fast and friendly representation from Rory who saved me time and money through his expertise. Got my hybrid and engine coolant flushed at competitive prices and found a previously diagnosed problem wasn t actually a problem. I ll definitely be back for all of my Toyota service needs.

Good day yesterday as I went in to get a recall fixed but Toyota still has no remedy. I ended up with checking my alignment and it was slightly off, so 2 hour wait was reduced to 45 minutes.These new tires should last me 65,000 miles, Toyota vehicles just makes sense for me.

Fast on the 21 inspection I was there for about 6 minutes and then said everything was good, I am sure that's supposed to be at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes for a 21 inspection, but I will take their word for it hopefully nothing goes wrong, I know it's a 2023 but it still needs to be looked at a little bit longer I think, and two I had a safety recall and was told they can't do nothing about the safety recall until they get a solution for it, and it was something to do with my suspension a nut getting dust on the suspension and loosening, kind of concerned over that I would think if you do a recall you would have a solution so you can fix it, I hope that nut doesn't come off my suspension, other than that everybody's real nice real courteous gets me and gets me out. To me I would want more thorough work done on my truck then fast then on my truck just for safety sake.

What a lovely showroom you have! Thought I was in a grand hotel. If I had that wonderful machine that makes all kinds of drinks I d weigh about 300 pounds. But I sure enjoyed it while I was visiting you. Our technician was very caring of us, walked us in and walked us back out to the car. When you cross the threshold of 80 years that s a huge perk. Had 9:30 appointment. Sat in arrival bay 15 minutes before anyone came out. Then car sat in parking lot another hour before being taken into service area. I told them I needed shield underneath car replaced or repaired. I can see area through a window. Car was raised on lift. Mechanic walked around for awhile before finally taking a look. He examined maybe 3 minutes. Then to parts department. Stayed there awhile. Finally comes out and talks to service advisor. Goes back to service bay. Walks around and talks to several other people in bay. I go back to service advisor to ask status. She tells me shield is not covered by warranty even though only 5000 miles on car. Plus part back ordered and unknown when it will be available. On plus side there was no charge but I could see paperwork where they were going to charge $180 diagnostic fee! I TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED WHEN I ARRIVED PLUS MECHANIC ONLY LOOKED 5 MINUTES AT MOST. But car stayed in air over 30 minutes on lift. There for over 2 hours when I told them exactly what I needed which they didn t have anyway. As a side note, 2023 Prius is the sorriest car I ve ever bought. Yuck!

I don t normally like going to the dealer but Christopher, my service advisor made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable, polite and kind. He explained everything to me so I understood it. It was a GREAT experience and I recommend bringing your car here!

Very courteous. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and had gear tea and coffee. The job was completed as agreed on. The new brake pads were needed. Always pleased with Stevenson s Toyota!

This is the best dealership by far to me in Jacksonville. A big shout-out to Jay the Sales Manager, Keven the finance manager, & En the #1 Salesman there, & last but not least, the Auto Detailing Dept. They had my car blinging. Thank Y'all So Much!!!

Disappointing. Less than 35,000 miles and my GPS has failed - I asked if the software could be reloaded. Was told for $165.00 Stevenson-Hendrick would "diagnose" the problem. Why isn't it covered? Customer service / customer satisfaction seems to have disappeared and replaced by greed. I expected better

Recently took my vehicle in for 10,000 mile inspection. I was told it would be about an hour. Ms Veronica took good care of me. Dropped it off at 1:30 and picked it up at 2:35. Very good service.

Having your car serviced here is what a service experience should be. 1. One of the few (if any others) service departments that open at 7 a.m. and the bay doors go up at 7 a.m. not 705 or 710.2. Service consultants are professional and experienced and there professionalism has benefited me more than once.3. Waiting area is expansive, comfortable, clean and well stocked with refreshments.4. Finally I trust them to always do what is necessary and not more or less.You can feel comfortable having your car serviced here.

SHToy, your service scheduling is seamless. I was able to schedule via my Toyota App and received both confirmation and text reminders. I got there 10 minutes early and was immediately greeted. Love the self serve coffee bar (cafe latte x3), and was able to connect to your WiFi while completing tasks on my laptop. I think they under promised and over delivered, being told it would be about 90 mins for multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and full synthetic oil. And just under 60 mins later I see my toy pulling into the bay. Thank you!
