I have an 0800 appointment for and routine service and NO ONE is here. I drove 45 mins to get here. This reflects directly on management. Fail

Worst service I have ever experienced, avoid this place if possible. Waited two weeks for appointment then I show up and the guy at the counter tells me to basically eff off, saying it will take all day to change the oil and do a basic recall item. Expectation at the time of appointment was a few hours. Asked for a loaner car and said he didn't have one. Really? Your the dealership, you got cars.Basic service would have been a phone call to let me know its an all day thing so I could have made arrangements. Again, worst service I have ever experienced.RE: their reply to this review claiming I never visited:I can send you the confirmation email if you want. I am 100% sure that it was your location. Butcher was the guy at the counter. The service was not performed as the review states. Maybe that's why its not in your records? Your response just seems to indicate further incompetence.

Over 2 hours for an oil change. Price is high and they charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
