Excellent customer service! Went to get my car inspected and my inspector Juriel was very kind and thoroughly explained everything to me. When getting there they gave me a water. The service was completed fast. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely coming back in the future!

My attendant, Solomon, was a true professional from start to finish. Thanks to him, I will go nowhere but Snappy Lube for my service appointments. I recommend this place and specifically Solomon to anyone looking for a friendly and competent service professional in Jacksonville, NC.I was here on Saturday, April 12, at about noon.

Excellent service. Very quick. They gave us water bottle upon arriving. The people there today made us want to bake them a cake they were so amazing. Very inexpensive. Very thoughtful. Very professional. Would recommend to absolutely anyone. We will be back with all our vehicles.

I had a nice gentlemen today help me with affordable options instead of just running me for the most expensive option and taking all my money definitely will be coming here only for my oil changes from now on. ( to elaborate i went somewhere else and they were trying to charge me up to about 150$ for my BMW and i came here and he turned that price down to about 60$ for me bringing in the filters and oil my self and 30$ for labor or about 105$ here if they use their own either way he made sure it was within a fair price range while i am unknowledgeable to car stuff come check them out your selves all the employees i encountered were very welcoming)

What wonderful customer service. The gentleman was kind and we were in and out within 10 minutes (no other customers happened to be there at the time). Will definitely go back next year and for all our cars!

Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I am disabled, and these gentlemen were so wonderful to me and helped me when I had never had to go through this process before of having my car, inspected and maintenance. I highly recommend them.

I had to get an inspection to renew my tag and my wife's tag this morning. The guys at Snappy were very polite, quick and profesional. The price was good as well. I couldn't be happier and would reccomend them to anyone... And actually, the staff was more than polite, they made me feel welcomed. I value that in any business I patronize. Will be back. STAY AWAY! I just left from getting sn oil change $106. Cool, of course they try to upsale and I say no. Soon as I leave I noticed my car was driving sluggish and loud.. looked under the hood and the air filter housing was left completely open. I reassemble the housing and now my car is working properly fine. Something as simple as this was not a mistake it s something they don t expect the customer to find! They even tried to hide it by clipping the top clips but leaving the bottom 2 inches off.

So! I pull up and make the bell ring and within 1 minute (4 different days and times) someone greets me and directs me what to do next. These workers are fast and efficient! Great prices. Polite and friendly but not overly-social; all about business.Professional!
