The gentleman that works there is always very kind, professional, and gets things done right, and fast. Plus our fur baby really loves him lol. You know it means a lot to not be judged. We're all here for making a bad decision. It's awesome that he doesn't treat us any different.

The gentleman with smart start in Jacksonville NC is LEGIT! Quick install and calibrations, highly professional, and highly capable. Made sure I knew everything I needed to know and had me in and out. Highly recommend.

The technician Mr Alex is a very attentive person, answered all my questions, and had a very approachable personality, a quality a job like that needs. At the end of my time there wish he had been there longer or would have traveled to another shop if I knew was available to work on my car. Thank you

My only issue was locating the office. No signage from the street, but once located the technician was friendly and professional. He explained all the required information and was patient with me trying to get the hang of how to operate. I was glad I drove from Wilmington, as the service was was fastAnd I did not leave feeling ashamed or embarrassed which was how I felt when I arrived.

Customer service at this location is amazing. My vehicle caused a lot of problems for Tye during the installation but he stayed professional, patient, and cared about doing the job correctly. Very impressed.

On Friday, 8/16 I reached out to a general phone number for smart start. I waited on hold for over 39 minutes and no one answered. I called again, someone answered and the call was disconnected somehow, after waiting for a call back and never receiving one I called again and left my number in a queue for a call back. I never received any call back, therefore I decided to call the direct phone number provided for the facility I wanted to drive to. I waited for over an hour while the tech was at lunch (completely understood), except when I arrived (after leaving work to drive there from an hour away, surf city to Jacksonville NC) their internet was down. I was referred to another facility that was 1.5 hours away from this location. This was completely unacceptable, it s not the tech fault what so ever. The customer support team should have been able to return my calls, or contact me back and inform me about the details, hence why I attempted to call first! I wasted near 2 plus hours to get my device recalibrated but was unable to do so. I am near the final service lockout time due to this being on a Friday, I will attempt to go on Monday morning (tomorrow) and I surely hope their internet is up again. This was a huge inconvenience, I moved here from Texas with this unfortunate device. I was able to always take care of any/all issues I have had, including my appointments being on time in Texas. I truly hope these issues become resolved, otherwise I will ask for a removal and locate a different company.

They have been servicing me for over a year, now....LOVE THEM. They treat you like a human and go above and beyond to get you taken care of. Courteous, friendly, down-to-earth, guys. I have been to several different locations...this one is by far my favorite!

Phone call was done in timely matter and asked to be rescheduled and was no problem - service technician installed unit without problem and customer service representative did an excellent job about explaining the unit. Overall a great experience.
