They are just a blessing to those who are not knowledgeable of cars.I came in and not only got a very reasonable price for my tires they went out there wag to look and fix and explain other things in my car.I trust this shop and recommend everyone to this location!!!!!There team is great and fast!!!

Thank you Nelson and I believe her name is Jacqueline? My baby needed a new pair of shoes since I had may pops! Lol Great fast service! I felt bad since he was the only one at the moment and customers kept coming in! He was polite, courteous and never showed any pressure! Thank you again

There customer service deserves more then 5 stars needless to say Silance definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I came In with a tire that needed a little bit more then just a patch, I m in ugly tears and NELSON didn t just go above and beyond and help me with my tire he was also that listening ear at just the right time. Sometimes life throws curve balls and if it weren t forCompanies like silance and the compassion for people and circumstances that they have this world would be just an ugly place, some places do it just for the dollar but Silance really cares and they really do work with people, they are honest and very up front. Thank you Nelson for being you and Thank you Silance for having people like Nelson on your team. May this year be better for us all

Decided to give them a try since they are right around the corner from my house. I show up at 4:30 when the website says they close at six and the guy inside said he couldn t help me because they were closed.

They have fast and friendly service, their prices on used tires are hard to beat and you don't get an old piece of rubber that nearly passes inspection like other places you get a good reliable Tire for the price you pay. I have bought both new and used tires from here and they have never let me down. This is my only go to place for tires since I first found them out.

Called for a tire i couldn't readily find. Had the tire. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And had a great conversation with the guy changing my tire during the wait. Felt like I was at my buddy's hanging out. Just a great experience!

Popped a tire on my way to pick my son up from school. From the time I popped my tire to the time I was driving away from Silance was less than one hour. Extremely fast and extremely friendly. We ll be back for all our tire needs.

This place is like a NASCAR pitstop! amazing! I was in and out with 4 new tires in no more than 20-25 minutes balanced and installed! would strongly suggest Silence for your tire and maintenance needs!

Busy. The price for the work was about on par with Chico's. But Chico's had a shorter wait list.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you live near Haws Run area I would recommend them for tires or other mechanical needs. They also have a facility in Jacksonville near Western Blvd/ 24

Gave me used tires that were basically brand new. Great place, great prices. Although I wish they didn't keep the new tires on one side. I was hoping to get the new tires on the front.

When you get a vehicle inspection here, you can be sure everything was checked. They do an outstanding job. Billy Hatfield is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

Fast, expert, service. I was in and out with a flat tire repair in less than 20 minutes and for a lower price than shops that keep you in the lobby for an hour to do the same job.

Not necessarily the cheapest place, though they are usually willing to work with you on the price, they certainly have the highest quality used tires in the area. I've been to just about every place in the county and believe me, you get what you pay for.

Go see Nelson Haws Run.From tires and whatever else your car might need.he is a great trouble shooter for those problems no else seem to be able to fix

This is a family owned business that has any size tire available & it is in the country where thrre is no competive business nearby.....the prices are well beyond other business rates.....guarantees are behind each pprouct sold
