Easy to schedule an appointment online. I called in to ask some more questions and get an estimate; the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I dropped my truck off there and they completed the work same day at a very reasonable price. Will be taking my other vehicles there for repairs as needed.

The people here are extremely nice and helpful. They even drove me home when they knew it was going to take a long time to get to my truck. The servicing of the vehicle itself takes quite awhile though. They get pretty busy. Most of what they explained to me was simple enough for me to understand. I'm a little skeptical about one thing, however. That's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. The bathroom is clean and they have a fairly nice waiting area with excellent coffee with all the fixings. I'm planning to go back and finish up the work I need done.

Have been going to Sanders for 8 years now, for maintenance, inspections & whatever else is needed. They are always quick & courteous, and reasonably priced.

We choose Sanders for a few reasons. They always communicate before starting the repair. I don't have to worry what I am going to be charged because they communicate everything. I always get my vehicle back in a timely manner. Repairs are done correctly . If there are other issues with my vehicle they let me know and ask permission before starting the work. They genuinely care about their business and customers and it shows in their work.

I just dropped my baby there for a new Clutch. Big job but so far so good. I will update this post as repairs continue.OUTSTANDING WORK. I have had the car bacl for a few weeks and honestly can say it has never responded as nicely as it does now. Thank you Brian!!!

I have used Sanders Garage several times, the first was just for a state inspection, but the following times I needed my AC repaired. Not only were they go out of their way to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my car, unlike any other shop I ve ever been to before, but they didn t make me feel intimidated as a woman with minimal knowledge about my car. They re incredibly friendly and have the best prices in Jacksonville. I won t be going anywhere but Sanders for my car services.Services: A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection

I was trying to help my son, who is stationed at Camp Lejune when his car broke down and looked to find a local garage. The car got towed to the garage based on my recommendation then the shop wanted $400 to change the battery. Marines aren't stupid and neither are Dads trying to help a kid out. Not sure what universe or planet people get $400 for a battery but trying to charge that amount of money is pretty shady and dishonest. I gave them 2 stars because I think the tow worked out OK. I am afraid to find out what they charged for that.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

First time needing a mechanic here in Jacksonville. I needed to get my front brake pads and rotors replaced. I had the parts but needed someone to do the work. They were able to get me in late in the afternoon and get my car done same day. Price for labor was fair and I got a bit of discount which made it even more fair. So I'm quite happy with my experience and would recommend them to others going forward.Service: Brakes

Went for an oil change. Was told there was a nail in the side wall of a tire. Went to discount tire. They showed me the nail (it was not in the side wall). It was repairable & sanders garage told me it was not and that I would need a new tire.Won t be coming back.Other than the lying they were very nice, but it s not worth my time or money to be lied to and told to buy a new tire instead of paying for someone to repair the tire.

I have now taken my SUV to Sander's Garage several times and I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. The staff is not only friendly, they are also all very knowledgeable. I am a single woman and have quite a bit of knowledge with vehicles........... I often go into other places for service and quickly realize the integrity of many repair shops are not what I expect or deserve. From my very first visit to Sanders I felt respected and knew I was getting straight forward and honest information about my repairs. The prices were reasonable and they have always completed my work as scheduled without any "SURPRISES", lol. This is a repair shop that I highly recommend especially if you don't know much about vehicles. You will get straight forward answers without additional charges that are not needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Sanders was recommended to me. They met or exceeded every expectation. They took my sons truck and gave it the overhaul it needed to bring it back to a safe, well running/driving, and dependable condition. I had a tire appointment with them a couple weeks ago and was in and out! I arrived 15 minutes early and the gentleman who helped me immediately took my car back to get 2 new tires put on. The prices were good and service was great! All of their employees are friendly and greet you with pleasure. This is definitely the only place I will be taking my vehicle as long as we are in Jacksonville! I'll be back soon to get my other 2 tires replaced.

I wanted to have my car checked out, a tire replaced, and two air pressure sensors replaced before a road trip to New York. They went above and beyond and the final cost was hundreds of dollars less than the Toyota dealership was going to charge me just to replace the sensors. Excellent service and excellent experience! I went in for an alignment and tires. And everything went as expected besides needing a new tire rod. But they called me and quickly gave me a quote to fix it. Doug was my mechanic and i will reccomend him over and over again! I will definitely be a returning customer to Sanders Garage!

I am the third generation in my family to take my vehicles here. I recommend them to everyone. They are extremely thorough and honest and will let you know exactly what needs to be done and how long you have before it has to be done. Very friendly and respectable service, reasonably priced, and very efficient. They were able to diagnose and fix the problems that I was having with my vehicle and now it runs great!! Well worth the money! I definitely recommend you check them out! Sure they might be busy so it may take some time to repair your vehicle but busy is good! Busy means people trust them and keep coming back! I have further repairs needed and will definitely come back to Sanders!

Great Service and Great Staff!! I called early this morning to see if they could do an Oil Change on my Mercedes C-300, not only did they have the filter and oil I needed in stock, they told me to go ahead and bring it in today! Once there I only had to wait about an hour for the completion of the oil change, which normally I am use to waiting much longer at other places! Not mention their prices are great!! The place I normally go, which is an hour away, would normally end up being at least $50-60 MORE!! So I would definitely recommend this business and I am happy I gave them a try, and my husband and I will definitely be going back for future visits!! Great Service, Great Prices, means Happy Customers!! Thank you!!!!

I have an older 80s model ford truck and they treat my truck as if it was a truck they were working on as their own personal project they have been very timely with every repair I ve ever had to give them, extremely nice and professional staff, would definitely pay the prices the charge as all the work is done exactly how it should be. I will always recommend this shop to anyone in the area

Only bad thing I encountered getting 2 of my vehicles fixed is that it takes them a few days to get things done. However, this is only because they get a lot of business so you need to make an appt a few days/week beforehand. It's a good garage, kind of expensive, but they get the work done properly.

I was referred to Sanders Garage by a friend. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. My experience with them has been more than I would have expected. When I thought I had something wrong with the engine, they could have charged me anything and I would not have known any better, but, they diagnosed the problem and told me all I needed was a new ignition switch. This is only one occasion when they saved me money. They are the best and I won't take my cars anywhere else.

My other mechanic sent me to Sanders when they were unable to diagnose the problem. Sanders was professional and quick and was able to find the problem. After my car was fixed I was also able to get a state inspection.

Very friendly and accurate. They've done an outstanding job on both vehicles that I have brought to them. Even charged me cheaper than the dealership and told me what really needed to be done on my vehicle. Will definitely recommend to friends!

My Jeep was showing a small evap leak. I took it to Sanders and they were able to fix it and do an inspection the same day. I LOVE this place! Moving here i ended up having to initially need an alignment on my 06 tahoe. Took her in and they said before an alignment they needed to redo the front right control arm. Unfortunately at that time i couldn't afford it. For months it sat in my drive way until taxes and stimulus kicked in. Called them back and got that done and asked them to check out the truck as a whole. Well already knew Betty (my truck) was old and rusty, i figured more work would need to be done. Sanders garage had there work cut out for them as they had to fix multiple breaks lines, calipers, that right from control arm, oil change and other stuff to too boot. Im telling u, some things still need to be done so i will have to wait til the end of April to finish those but im telling you, if ur questioning and comparing who and where to go for anything mechanical or auto related, Brian and his staff are BAR NONE THE BEST IN TOWN!!! They've been very good at communication and telling me and my husband what their doing and why and for certian things if we wanna move forward with the next job to be done or not. Extremely friendly! Prices going thru them have been a blessing!! For the next few things to get fixed i will be taking my Betty back and getting her last few glitches fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDERS GARAGE!!! Im so happy i found them!!!! Brian and his staff r bar none the best in town! Sanders Garage is the ONLY OPTION to go to in Jacksonville for COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL work to be accomplished meticulously and with care to your vehicle. I have been a LOYAL customer for over 15 years and will remain with them for all of my mechanical, automotive needs.Now that my Son has his car I will ensure he Patrons Sanders Garage for all his vehicle needs as certain that Sanders will provide him the same automotive service and expertise they have for me over the years. You will NEVER receive bad service from Sanders Garage. This is the best place to go to for absolutely competitive and affordable Tires. I am very fond of this garage. Great Staff, Great People, Great Friends of mine as well!I rate this place 10 Stars out of Ten if the rating was such!

Very good experience with these guys. Fixed my car in a timely and thorough manner for a reasonable price. Now my Nissan 240 is running better than ever. I will definitely bring them my business in the future.

My fianc�e and I went in today to get our truck inspected. Not only was the gentleman friendly and polite, he was also very patient with us as we tried to find our registration card. He was also willing to work with us if we couldn't find it at first. Within about 10 minutes of us giving him the keys, our truck was pulled around and taken in for inspection. I was surprised at how comfortable their waiting chairs were. Not those hard plastic crap school chairs, but very comfortable, plush leather chairs. Anyway the whole visit didn't take but 30, maybe 40, minutes tops and we were in and out. We chose this location based on the reviews on here and honestly they deserve every star.

I went there this morning for a drop off appointment for my 2008 Mustang GT. I supplied my own parts and the service tech's were extremely professional! The prices were very fair and they did an excellent job! I know finding a solid auto repair place in JVille is a tough thing to do but this garage just got themselves a customer for my entire time here!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! Great people and even better work!!!!!
