My girlfriend took her car here for new tires, they recommended the ones she now has on her car. A couple weeks later one of the tires started to leak air, so she brought it back and they said it because she has regular tires on a low profile rim. They didn t tell us that would be a possible issue. So after they air up the tire and put it back on the car we notice the floor mat is now ripped up, wasn t ripped before we took the car in. Tried to go back to let them know and they were closed. We will be reaching out to a manager or someone that can help us with this matter. We are not happy and do not recommend this company at this moment.

Went to a Marine Chevrolet not even 2 years ago and got 4 new tires for $1300. Went to get my car inspected and needed new tires already before I would be approved. Told Marine Chevrolet and they offered me the same bum tires for 900 instead. I told them no thank you and came to Sam's Club. These guys were personable, quick and upstanding. They made my experience pleasant. I will definitely be using them for all my future tire needs. Their manager Scottie was also a truly upstanding guy. Thanks for making a very stressful situation more bearable.

SAMS put tires on my wife s 2020 Mercedes a little over a year ago. I thought I got a really good deal, except 20,000 miles later the tires were wore out.I brought it back in a the associate came out to verify the size, and ordered a set of Cooper tires. I paid the price and was told they would call when the tires came in. The call came in and I made the appointment. I arrived for the appointment, went about shopping and got lunch. I get a phone call to return, they ordered the wrong size tires. They wanted me to describe the person who ordered the tires. I said that s not important, let s get the right tires ordered. Once again I paid the difference in the new tires, and was told when they come in I would not need an appointment, they would take care of it right away. I was called again, and returned again. Started shopping and just started eating a piece of pizza when the tie department called. I walked over there and was informed they can t put tires on German made cars!!!I was beside myself!! I live in Beulaville, I have now made three trips to get tires, each trip 70 miles round trip! They now decide they can t put tires on Mercedes. He asked me again to identify the man who has ordered the tires, I pointed to him. He s the shop manager ! Incompetence at its finest.

I managed tire shops for 2 competitors before I started my own business, so this is only the second time I've taken a vehicle somewhere I didn't work. I was traveling through NC on my way to Virginia when two of my tires developed a leak about an hour before they were due to close. I didn't catch the technician's name, but he was super friendly, courteous, and eager to help. None of the passive-aggressive nonsense you might get at some shops right before close. He was knowledgeable yet not condescending or over explaining at all, just a very approachable down-to-earth way of communicating with customers. I was impressed

Dropped my car off for balance and rotation in the afternoon. Mechanic discouraged me from leaving the car overnight but never received a call that it was done until the next day. Not really sure why it s a big deal to leave a car overnight but everyone I interacted with made it sound like that was a big issue. If that s the case, tighter communication on when my vehicle is ready for pickup would resolve this issue instead of the passive-aggressive nonsense I experienced.Short story, looking forward to returning back to Discount Tire better service, no gripe. Better to pay a little more for better service I suppose

They took the time to properly assess and fix a slow leak in one of my valve stems during my recent visit. Quality and affordable tires with friendly customer service.

Really great folks that work there and take care of customers and the store.I can't stand it is a Walmart corporation but the local folks that work there make it an enjoyable experience. Well stocked for todays world, clean and consistent. The constant increase in prices over the past year are alarming and the corporation sneaks them in there on a regular schedule always up seldom if ever down. The corporation only seems to care about increasing profit and stock prices.
