I would not recommend this location for anything other than a street bike. I brought my bike in for a tune up/carb clean. Was originally quoted 2 weeks. Called at the 2 week mark and was told they did everything and are just waiting on spark plugs. I gave it a few days and called back to see what was going on, just to be told the owner took a week off to go race. I was told he is the only one who was qualified to work on my bike. After the 3rd week of me calling to get ahold of the owner they told me they just opened a new store and the owner has been busy and would call me with an update. Shocking enough I never did get that update. It took me after 5 weeks to call them and tell them I was done and wanted my bike back and to put it back together to pick up. When I got there the owner told me he just did the fluids that day, which was i was told was already done I will never recommend this location to anyone save yourself the head ache and just go down the road to Lejeune Motorsports or literally anywhere else. You will thank me later.

I was referred here over some other places and told they knew sport bikes the best in the area. I m not really used to being told just drop it off whenever. I went for a valve adjustment as I had checked my valves and clearly was out of spec I asked that they write down the specs they found so I could compare my findings. I was told two weeks which actually turned into a month but I really didn t mind that it was only when they started getting kinda pushy that I couldn t pick up my bike the day it was finished they only are open during normal 9-5 hours m-f. I felt the pricing was a bit deceiving as when I was called about what they wanted to do I was quoted $500-$720 and 720 was going to be the high end. This was at 11:30am at 3:45pm they called to tell me bike was ready cost was now $860 because it took them them 7 hours. I understand book time and all but I was charged for and extra hour on top of the high end of the book, however I love my bike and I want the best for it so no worries I d rather it cost more and be done right. Fast forward a few weeks I really haven t had time to look over the bike until tonight and I started noticing that wires had been moved around and not secured, or put back into the correct channels, throttle cable wasn t routed properly causing it to bind up in the handlebars, popped the seat to find wiring harness was just stuffed back in place, unsecured. Rectifier harness wasn t properly secured, and one of the sub faring bolts was just sitting in the frame unsecured. It may sound like small insignificant things, but ultimately it makes you question the things you can t see when on the surface you can tell someone rushed the bike back together. Overall bike seems fine just kinda annoying that it was so haphazardly pieced back together, going to tear down further this weekend to see what else I can find because honestly I m a bit skeptical now.Service: Engine repair

The owner to this spot is a Marine Veteran and one hell of a mechanic. If you have serious work needing done this Man can do it, no matter what you ride (on two wheels). If you want a quick patch shop there are plenty of other shops in J-ville you can leave your wallet. Unfortunately good work is hard to find due to lack of real mechanics now a days. But if you have the time to wait for this Master mechanic he will get it done. My story which is entirely true, is that I have a 98 Harley that absolutely no one wanted to touch cause it needed serious hours of work, everyone was turning me away. I desperately gave this croch rocket shop(lol) a stop and the owner took one hard look at the bike and said he would take her; even though this is his race teams busy season. After a bit of a wait my ride is back on the road and running better then the day I bought her. If your still reading this post you must be in a similar position I was, get your bike to this shop and let this Man work his magic! He seriously knows bike

This place is AWESOME!!! Employees are so chill and down to earth and willing to help in anyway possible. You can tell they actually care about your bike and not just making money... They can help with the big things or the small things, they also do custom work. I cant recommend this place enough. I hope one day if they want they can get into a bigger shop and maybe do state inspections. Thanks for everything guys

Got referred to them by my Master Guns and originally had them do a tune-up on my dual sport after it sat for ~2 years or so and throw some new tires on it. They were very professional and really thorough when it came to explaining everything they were doing to my bike and helped me pick out a 50/50 tire that suits my needs perfectly. And they also had no problem helping me a few months later when I shredded a fuel line and came in for a replacement-he just cut me a new one off the spool and sent me on my way. Quality service with a quick turnaround. Definitely would recommend to military personnel also because they won't take advantage of you since you're not from the area and don't know better.

Took my Suzuki Boulevard to Ryan to get new front tire installed a couple of weeks ago. I was TOTALLY impressed with how accommodating and nice they were to me. They did a great job on my bike and the price to install etc was very reasonable. I will be a full time customer of this shop from now on,

I highly reccomend! Knowledgeable staff, friendly. They know what they are doing and teach you a few things along the way as well. If your patient and understand that your not the only bike in there service line, doesnt mean you'll get it back the next day or same day you'll be fine. They work fast but the insure there work and that's hard to come by these days. But they gave me estimated times for parts arrival I dropped off my bike and they had it ready for me the next day. Setting up appointments or a schedule with them definitely recommended however they are willing to work with the customer if they can on time frames of service. They will work with you! but you have to be willing to work with them as well. And understand that your not there only customer. I highly recommend these guys put on some new skins for me and gave me a suspension set up and showed me a few other things that could be potential riding hazards, fixed those issues. Price is Fair If not very competitive in service pricing but I'll pick these guys to service just because of great customer satisfaction. Overall these guys work and they work with the customer. All they want is riders out on the rode riding safe and having fun.

Called to see if they would be able to work on my Triumph motorcycle and was told I would receive a call back after they talked to their manager. 2 hours later had not received a call and I called them again and spoke to the same person. I was assured that their manager would call me in 10-15 minutes as he had just stepped outside. I never received a call back.No Bull Performance is much more professional and told me to bring my bike to them and they d get me taken care of.

I haven t gotten my services done just yet but I did go get a quote and speak about what I needed with one of the guys and first impressions are important. Loved how down to earth they are. Professional but also not shoppylike if that makes sense. Felt like some of my very skilled homeboys opened a shop and were doing the damn thing! I can t wait to take my bike in! When services are complete I will right another review. -Shey

I won t go anywhere else but here. It doesn t matter which guy you talk to. I dealt with three different people and they are all honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. They keep you updated and stay working hard to give everyone as quick of a turnaround as possible. It was a good experience, and I ll be back anytime I need work done on a bike. Thanks again.

I ordered a new front tire and front brake pads for my KLR from RTR. They mistaking ordered the rear pads. When I returned the wrong pads Ryan was most apologetic for the mistake. He stopped what he was doing drove to another shop in the area to get me the correct parts without charging for his time or the pads! This is what customer service looks like! 5 stars, yes!

My experience at RTR was everything you want and need from a place like this. The customer service was awesome, and they are very knowledgeable in their field of work. I went in wanting to purchase the Dunlop Q3+'s and ended up purchasing the Dunlop Q4's for my 2005 Yamaha YZF-R1. I would recommend the Q4's to any aggressive rider out there, its an awesome tire if you like more control of your bike.. who wouldn't want that. Anyway I wanted to give a shout out to all the guys who helped me out, thanks again!!

I have always trusted Ryne with anything that needs to be done to my bike. I have a cbr 600. Hands down the best mechanic in all of Onslow county. He is super friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure your bike is safe for you on the streets. I have spent several thousand dollars here and will be spending more in the future for sure!! Thank you to Ryne and the crew working there!
