Needed an oil change and my normal place could not get to me. Stopped in since I pass this place all the time. 3:30 pm on a Friday. They close at 4:30 pm. They were able to get me right in with no appt. Price even lower then I had paid previously. Very pleasant staff. They will be my go to spot now for maintenance.

Let me start off by saying the front desk ladies are the sweetest! The only good part about my interaction with this business. I went into the business needing to get a couple things done. One of those things we re getting one of my headlights checked and replaced another was getting an inspection done. I was a walk in and they said my car will be finished sometime in the afternoon, not giving a specific time (I checked in, in the am). So it s 1:30PM and called and asked if they have started on my vehicle. If they hadn't started on it I wanted them to not work on it at all so I can pick it up and perhaps come back another day. They said okay and to come pick it up, which I thought alluded to the fact that they didn t even start on it. I walk in and ready to pick it up and I get charged for the inspection and labor. Inspection I was ready to pay for because they called me around 12:30 telling me a couple more things need to be completed before my car passes. But I was confused about the labor part. I had the idea they didn t even start at all. They said they were charging me for labor because they were in the middle of disassembling my headlight and replacing the bulb. I asked if the bulb was replaced and if my lights worked and they said no, they canceled what they were doing because I called to tell them to stop. I specifically told them or asked them on the phone prior if they are in the middle of working on my car and they failed to mention that they were. If I had known they were working on my car I would ve shut my mouth and let them continue to work. I learned my lesson, should ve asked more clearly and should have been more concise in asking my questions. But the business, also, isn t good at communication, ended up paying money I shouldn t have. Be safe y all.

I thought my car had a funny noise and got it checked out here. Turns out everything is totally fine and my car is running as it should. He could have lied and sold me a part just to make some money, but he didn t and I truly appreciate it. It s an honest local business and if you need your car checked out I would start with this place!

An honest review. Let me talk about the good first. Very friendly Owner and front desk. In addition the head technician was a really helpful guy. I purchased incorrect rear break pads; I have a specialty Baer Brake kit and unbeknownst to me the rear break pad is manufacture proprietary part. We talked about it and I was able to find the correct part. Here s where it gets bad. Upon completion of my service I m handed the keys and I am about to go on my way. I start the car. Push the brake pedal and it goes to the floor, obviously the brake piston needs hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder to travel to the calipers (yes I work on cars) so I pump the brake pedal. No change, so obviously the brakes need to be bled because sometime during service the air created an air pocket in the front brake lines...stuff happens. But, what really is unprofessional is when the mechanic tells you well we normally don t bleed brakes.. and we don t know how it was before. What are you talking about guy? YOU DROVE IT IN TOO THE SHOP. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW? Needless to say they bled the brakes, as they should of to begin with. I left the business somewhat satisfied. But 100 yards down the road while turning right, my tire starts feeling like its falling off and rubbing. I get out and inspect and identify the inner fender is broken, plastic rivets are damaged and you can see where the lift was applied to the car to far forward causing damaged to the inner fender. I was like I ll just cut my loses..But, then THEY hit me up days later and have the nerve to say well we got you on camera walking around the car after you left. Forget, you...did you get me on camera laying down on the ground looking at the inner fender two inches off the ground? Had I, I can assure all readers I would not have left. And there video will validate that. Note the pictures. As the pictures depict the other side resembles what the car looked like when I took it in. It is a 1 owner car with 79,000 miles. In summary, the owner is probably an honest man and the front desk staff is friendly but, the business is being ruined by careless technicians. Your better off going to Smiths Auto Service or MR. Tire. My recommendation, avoid this establishment.

EXCELLENT service and wonderful staff! Six replacement tires for a dually, in and out in under two hours, and for less than I expected. I highly recommend them for their tire service.

Stopped by since I'm new to the area and needed an oil change. They were extremely welcoming and courteous. They were also able to knock out the oil change quickly and for a very fair price.I will definitely be using them to take care of my car.

Piney green tire pros is probably the only place in Jacksonville I trust with my vehicle. They don t try to rip you off, their service is always great, they are good at welcoming walk ins, emergencies, and getting appointments scheduled that work with you and your schedule. Won t find me taking my vehicle anywhere else!

This is my go to place when I'm visiting my parents. I've only been here 4 or so times due to tire issues but they have always been quick, friendly, knowledgeable and priced right.

I am new to the area. This was my first time there, but it won't be my last. I needed to have my car inspected. I walked in without an appointment and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. My husband and my father were both auto mechanics, I know what to expect so I highly recommend them for all your service needs. If you haven't tried them, please do. You won't regret it. I will definitely be going back. Thank you all at Piney Green Tire Pros you have a customer for life.

Our shop in Florida performed a brake service on a customer's vehicle and unfortunately we installed a faulty caliper. As our customer was traveling through, the good folks at Piney Green took our customer in, got his faulty caliper replaced and got him back on the road! Thank you Piney Green Tire Pros!

Great place for my car they are always great price , great customer service, if you go anywhere else you are paying more. And in this economy. Why do that. You are getting service at there best and don t have to give ur first born to them. Like why go anywhere else? Ty Piney green Auto for taken care of all my auto needs !! Would not go anywhere else!! Very satisfied customer.

I am new to the area as a travel nurse. I needed new brakes.. This shop came highly recommended by neighbors. They were kind, considerate, and fair priced. The owners are lovely humans. Absolutely take your car to them!!

The older lady that works the desk inside is wonderful to work with. The tall guy with the long gray ish beard and occasionally has on glasses not so much. I thought that maybe the first time I went here and the guy seemed irritated, he must ve been having a bad day. I m always polite when speaking to people, so I knew I wasn t anything that I had done to him. But when I went back and he still had a bad attitude, I just told him thank you anyway, left the establishment, and went to Evan s Auto on Burgaw Highway. Muuuuch better and more professional energy at Evan s.

They were amazing! After dealing with another auto place who kept changing prices and was definitely trying to take advantage of the fact that I lacked knowledge. and my husband was deployed; they were a breath of fresh air. They gave me options, were very open and honest with me, and helped me pick the best option for me. I got a great new set of tires and they performed a state inspection for me. They were super sweet and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone! Good, honest people who do great work!

Great place to visit there kid friendly prices are always just the right price. They never try to upsell you on anything. They never cheat you on prices and always take there time and explain to you what is wrong.

Piney Green Tire replaced my front brakes.. They were expedient and reasonably priced. In fact I actually paid less than they originally estimated. That has never happened anywhere else. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I will be taking my vehicle there for other needs. What a great experience.

This was my first time to visit Piney Green Tire but.it surely won t be my last! After shopping around for specific tires for my Corvette, they gave me the very best price! Everyone - including the nice young ladies at the front desk - was pleasant and helpful. Easily deserving of a 5 Star rating!

My vehicle was having a misfiring issue once again. I d asked someone a few months back where I should take my vehicle for maintenance. The place I d been taking my vehicle for years was just no longer working out. I needed a place that did good work, was convenient and reasonably priced. I was told to go to Piney Green Tire & Auto. I decided to give them a try regarding this issue. The staff was super friendly. I m especially appreciative of the gentleman who assisted me. I believe his name was Richard. He took the time to explain what was happening with my vehicle and was able to get it properly diagnosed and swiftly repaired. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount charged. I d paid 4x s as much prior with the same issue where I d previously taken my vehicle. Piney Green Tire & Auto definitely checks off all the boxes required and then some. I will definitely take my vehicle there again for service.

The sales staff was a pleasure to work with and had me set up for 4 new tires in time for a winter trip to PA. However, imagine my surprise when I call for an appointment to have them rotated, i find out there is a charge, due to thier size?? What?? I guess it's the sale that matters??!?!?

Outstanding service, the only personnel other than the dealer to work on my vehicles in this area (BMW). They can be trusted to do the correct work every time, great family atmosphere, very professional and honest. I have used them several times over several years. Piney Green tire is the best, use them instead of some of the larger chains that aren t really concerned with customer service or reliability of workmanship.

GREAT PLACE! We were in town from WV for one night and leaving early the next morning. We had tire issues on the way into Jacksonville and needed two front tires and needed them NOW. They were great! Great price on the tires and all associated services AND they got us in the door within 2 hours of our afternoon phone call. Thank you so much Piney Green Tire and Auto.

Have gone to Piney Green Tire Pro s for over 5 years. Employees are always friendly and honest. Excellent service all around. Have gone to them for tire replacement now for two of my vehicles and they have been superb. Go here before wasting your money at a dealership.

Hands down would recommend! They worked us right in even on a Friday and treated us like family. They helped my wife with all of her questions since I was out of town for work, and didn t rip her off like most shops would have. They really are proof not all shops are bad

Piney Green Tire and Auto is family owned and professionally ran. I have had nothing but good experiences bringing my vehicle there to get it fixed. I highly recommend their services! The mechanic, Rich, did a great job replacing a part on our car the last time we had work done on it and he was very thorough and time efficient. So happy to have found an honest place that have people who work with integrity.

I visited Piney Green Tire Pros on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021. I was overall in there for an hour, and they were super friendly and easy to get along with. They explained everything that was going on with my tire, and got me back on the road in no time. They re extremely affordable, and the customer service was great! I would highly recommend this tire shop for anyone who is in need of services.

Me and my husband Bruce took are car to Piney Green tires and auto. We have no complaint. Very friendly and helpful. Felt welcomed. We was late in taking are car to them but they still got our car done the same. I highly recommend them...

I love Piney Green Tire & Auto. They are always super friendly and amicable. They love to help and don't even think twice about doing a little extra digging to find you the best price for what you need. On top of all that, they're super honest and won't do any work that you don't need! Love these guys and gals!
