I typically take my tires to get mounted at a different location. This time due to the nature of my new car that location told me they didn t want to mount the tires because they were worried they could damage the wheels so I took the car to OCC. They were booked but they told me they would try to get my tires mounted on the same day. They had great customer service and they mounted the tires without any problems. I am very happy with their service and their work. I would definitely recommend OCC.

Me and my husband are now on our 3rd car here lol. We love this place. They have done all of our lighting for our cars and the installs are the best! They have a 3 day turn around each time and they get done if not in the time frame or before! I love Blake and his team and me and my husband will continue to KEEP coming back. With EVERY car we buy! We have recommended ALOT of family and friends. And they have never had complaints!!! Definitely 10/5 stars.

I own a shop in North Alabama and was traveling to the area when my relay for my onboard air setup failed. I stopped by several shops while driving through town trying to find some help since I didn't have tools on me and was turned away. I finally made it to OCC and the guys were super helpful and willing to help. They got me fixed up and back operational and I couldn't be more grateful. If you are looking for a shop that will help you when you need it, look no further give these guys a chance to earn your business.

Very experienced and knowledgeable in their field, easy to work with, family owned business. And yes, as the young lady with the one star review below stated, you probably can go online and buy some of the items that they sell cheaper. Unless you are fairly well educated about cars and custom installation, I wouldn't recommend it. It is worth the little bit of extra $ for the confidence they can provide in the product you purchased from them before and after the sale. Highly recommended.

I went here to get my Led Footwell Lighting installed on my 05 GT. They did an excellent job and got it done in under 45 minutes! Will definitely be coming here again in the future!

I ordered a product through OCC. They installed it and the brackets weren t correct. When the manufacturer refused to replace the brackets, OCC went above and beyond my expectations to correct the issue. This is by far the best customer service that I have received anywhere in Jacksonville during our time here. I will definitely use them in the future.

They took time to help my husband find exactly what he wanted. Order came in when he was advised it would be in. He received a phone call when it came in & was told that they could complete the work as soon as he was ready. I dropped off his truck & received a call in about 2 hours saying the work was completed. Only negative is the young man at the counter told me his factory parts were in the truck. When my husband checked they were not there, but the owner told him he could pick them up whenever & they would be waiting (they were). Excellent service other than that little issue. I would definitely recommend this company.

WOW!!! SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! 2yrs in the waiting for my KC lights to be added to my "TACO". A few more sides and my Taco will be "LOADED" to my liking! THANKYOU OCC for your quick and professional work!!

Amazing service!!!I'm not one to leave reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. I want everyone to know how great the service is at OCC Auto Truck Accessories.About a month ago I unexpectedly popped a tire near the shop. You know how things go, between paychecks and no plan to replace a tire. We did not know how we were going to afford the repair. The owner worked with us to make sure we could get what we needed. He went above and beyond. Both he and his son also walked over to our vehicle down the street and helped get it to the shop so it could be repaired. Thank you OCC Auto Truck Accessories, we don't know what we would have done without YOU!

I loved the service we experienced. Everyone was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and just great to hang out with while work was being done. I am more than happy with my truck steps and will definitely go back for anything else I decide to do.

Service SUCKS! It took 45mins to put on 2 tires. When they drove my vehicle back up front the guy ran it into a pole. One of the tires had a hole in it and I couldn't get off work before they closed on Friday so I had to pump up my tire every 3 hrs until Monday to have them fix it. The owner was really nice about taking care of it but it was just a pain in the ass to have to pump up the tire every 3 hrs just to be able to drive anywhere.

This company completely crushed both door harness and didn t want to pay for it. After installing my vertical doors I had to take my car back 3 times for issues from installation. Right after picking up my car I drove off and had to make a Uturn because an airbag light was on that wasn t when I dropped off my car. Joe the owner was suppose to take care of it and never did. After taking my car to Charlotte to the dealership, I had to spend about $3500 to get the issue fixed. I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS recommend this company.I drive a Aston Martin. Can you believe they wanted to saunter some wires in my door. Dude, I don t drive your average car, you can t be serious. Then I was told, the doors aren t meant to be opened and closed often it s only for show. TF you wait until I have issues to tell me this???Documents from the dealership shows where the issue came in. Blake, the son ever worked in the door harness one of the three times I had to take my car back. Can you believe I paid them $7500 for this???? Court documents on the way!

The guys at OCC were super nice and super helpful. Other places around town just gave us the runaround or we re not helpful at all. They got us in quickly and are really affordable. Wish we would ve gone to them sooner!

I've been here a few times for a variety of reasons ranging from getting something repaired to getting something installed on my truck. The staff are very helpful and professional and knowledgeable as they are able to help me with just about anything and everything. In my opinion there isn't a better place in Jacksonville to customize or repair your car or truck

DO NOT GO HERE!! These people are a rip off and they are rude as hell. I ordered tires over the phone (never been in the store, I got the phone number from my dad). The man never mentioned their policy on returns or anything like that. I realized that I found some tires cheaper elsewhere and called them to cancel my order and offered to pay the restock and shipping fee. The lady picked up the phone and straight out said "There are signs all over this store that there are no refunds, your not getting your money back"...Ive never been in the store nor did the person on the phone mention it so how would I know that. I told them I would be disputing the charges and they pretty much laughed at me which I thought was RUDE. If you want somewhere that will treat you with respect and not rip you off..go elsewhere. My dad has spent so much money with them Im surprised they are acting this way but I can guarantee we will never do business with them again.

ZERO STARS!Went in with the intent to purchase same day. Not window shop. Had own amp and subs. Was looking for a professional install. Also checking out the products they carried in the line of subwoofers. It was tax time so possible interested in new subs. They took my keys and my suv to the back. Saying they could do my install. After waiting for over a hour still seeing my suv pulled around the side with nothing done to it yet I asked when will it be started. They said when they can get someone on it. Even though he introduced me to the guy who was suppose to be doing it right away the one they had come get my keys. Okay no problem. I asked you think I have a couple mins to go pick my wife up and come back didn't think it would be this long sure they said. Came back in less than 20 mins. Still same people no additional clients. They took my keys and what not again. After waiting and getting and eating lunch 2+ hours roll by when I start to ask again. Mind you I'm in the building with the staff the entire time when I asked once again to be told we won't be getting to your vehicle today after being there around 4 hours not being told a single thing before hand. Waste of TIME! Not to mention they were rude. Bull**** place that are well over priced. Wanted to charge me $200+ just to run wire that I already had. The price with theirs was ridiculous so I purchased all my own and brought it to them. Needless to say after the disappointment I went els where other than this rip off place in jville where everything is over priced to moorehead city that did what they suppose to have done but for only $50.

I took my car to them to get lugnuts and to put them onto my car because I bought aftermarket tires and then after I paid them they told me that one of my studs came loose when putting my lugnuts on my car. I had paid them 60 dollars. Then they told me that in order to fix the mistake they made that they were going to charge me anywhere from an additional 100 to 150 dollars. To top things off they told me that theyd be busy all week and to come back that Friday. When I went to the owner which is the guys dad I was told that it wasnt there fault the stud had came loose when they installed the lugnuts. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Is a rip off. Wish I would have known better than to trust small businesses like this one in Jacksonville. I took my car to Merchants and paid 50 dollars to fix these guys mistakes. The only reason I didnt make a fuss out of this is because it wouldnt be worth the money to take these guys to court. They dont know what theyre doing and should be blacklisted.

Took my jeep Tj in to install a lift. The employees helped me find the best one walking me threw all the options and worked within my budget. They did a great job installing it also, Great shop will be going back

Been here twice for new sound systems, great prices, great staff. Actually family owned and operated and I'm all for supporting that. Planning on going back for any other customizations I need for future cars.

This place is horrible my fianc� went into here to get a new stereo and amp installed clearly they took advantage of her being a young pretty women with her not knowing about vehicles and kept dismisses everything I said when I went up there to pick her vehicle up and mention to them what was when I take her to pick up the vehicle I notice that the heated and cooling seat control module lights on the passenger door is staying on brought that too their attention and they say that the part must of went out and tells us a quote to fix it clearly they did something cause now my battery dies every time it sits for long they clearly did not do their job correctly DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
