I called and spoke to Dom, who was very friendly & helpful when asking for parts and pricing.When we went in to pick them up it was quick as he had everything ready. The prices were fair and accurate.They can help with simple services and questions and finding what you are looking for.They give free diagnostic tests which hook up your car to check for what could be the problem in a car engine, battery etc. Thank you for your assistance.

There's only parking for handicapped or veterans all others have to park around the corner so I never go there

Dominic went out of his way to help me and my son He's an awesome employee. Haven't had that kind of customer service from an auto parts store in a long time. He's a type of guy that needs to be running that place. Thank you Dominic

If I could give ten stars I would dom went out of his way to help me with my spark plugs he changed them right there in the parking lot for me he s amazing this guy desires a pay increase thanks again dom for everything you have done my children and I appreciate you so much!!!!!

Very knowledgeable staff why don't you go ask your yard or mile to assist customers in a friendly and timely fashion and the manager mr. Jim an awesome guy who is a real people's person and easy going.

I live across the road from an auto zone n surf city and would rather drive 30 minutes to this store because they have yet to give me the wrong part and (ALL) the parts places around me get it wrong at least 75 percent of the time and I'm being generous with that 75 not to mention the employees here are alot nicer like alot nicer

The store manager, Randal is very friendly and helpful and the commercial manager really helps me out. Dom knows what he is talking about! Go see them!

This place is the best. They go above and beyond to try and help get the part you need as fast and reasonably priced. Not to mention the people that work there are super friendly. Would highly recommend useing them for your vehicle needs.

Came in for SAE 30 and they were out of store stock, an employee ran to the back and stocked the shelf for me! I got my oil and great service. Hard working crew here! My go to store.

This store is new and it shows been working in the repair field for 45 plus yrs, when three different people got to ask you over five times what you are working on they should write it down or fine something else to make money at. IAM sure they will get better over time.

They have a good inventory on hand absolutely great people I've dealt with every time I've been in to an O'Reilly's a good buying experience.

The manager at this location is Jim and he is very knowledgeable he knows what part you are talking about and works diligently to get you the part that you need. If there is an issue with a part Jim will work quickly to resolve the issue and get you back on the road.

They normally deliver to me, rarely go in the store. They were busy tonight, 3 people working and commercial sales person gone. A little slow, but still excellent service.

They have a good rewards program. This location specifically is pretty new and the staff has been okay. It's just in a convenient spot mostly.
