After having a negative experience at another location we stopped by the NTB on Western to see if they can get a new tire installed for us same day. We needed it done asap since it s our only car and we need it to travel to work. Ms. Brenda greeted us with a smile and took care of everything quickly! Whenever you walk into a mechanic shop you re automatically not having a good day and Ms. Brenda helped turn our day around and Mr. James changed our tire swiftly was even kind enough to put our donut back under the car.

I have purchased my last two sets of tires from this location and the service has always been outstanding. They are quick and efficient! They have also handled all my tire repairs (my tires seem to attract sharp objects and curbs) quickly and without an appointment. Cannot recommend enough!

Highly Recommend this place. Had a screw in my tire. Was taken in right away. Was repaired right away. Not sure if the man (didn't get his name) who's always there in the lobby is the manager but he was so super nice and helpful. Place was clean. Comfortable and they were very respectful with my car. Thanks NTB of Jacksonville

They told me it would be about 45 minutes and they were just Johnny on the spot. Perfect Customer Service and the mechanic was absolutely excellent. I will definitely return to this location. Anytime I need work done on my.RAM

Richard Shaun Hickam at 1176 Western blvd Jacksonville, nc is the best! He is super friendly and explains everything. I always have my oil changes along with maintenance and its done quickly for a reasonable price. Go see Shaun and the rest of his team. They are great at their jobs and super nice too.

I definitely recommend this store/location. Ask for Sean! He s a great aspect to the company itself and knows his stuff. Very polite and makes sure your taken care of. Couldn t ask for better service.

I have been dealing with Sean at the site for several years now. We take all 3 of our vehicles there for servicing and inspections. I even bough a set of rims off them. Best service I have experienced here in jacksonville and I have lived here for 22 years. Had a mix up on tires, and Sean went above and beyond to rectify the situation which just strengthened our positive outlook on them and their service. David was quick and fixed the issue, in and out fast. Nice smile David. Lol

This has been the best place I have found in Jacksonville. I never feel like they are ripping me off and always make their recommendations but tell me how soon it needs to be done of if I can wait on it. Melissa was very helpful today and went above and beyond. Will continue to come here for my car stuff.

I just got 4 new tires replaced yesterday. The mechanics and the quick service was great, but I would have been more appreciative if they were to let me know that they scatched/chipped my rims. Instead of letting me find out myself later after a second closer look around my rims when I've already left the shop.

Came in last minute, like an hour before closing and they rushed to get my full set of tires changed out in time.Ben was quick to assist me, and his customer service skills are top tier!These guys are worth every penny you'll spend here and then some.Thanks guys!

This NTB location is absolutely wonderful!Sean and Ben are the absolute best. Over the last 6 months I have had non stop issues with my car and they have been extremely patient and helpful trying to nail down my issues. They re so friendly here and are super fair with pricing and working with you. I refuse to go anywhere else in town, even another NTB. 15/10!!!

Do not go here, rip off! Asked for a quote to put a tire sensor in and they tried to tell me that it was going to run 140 in labor(1hr) alone as i have my own sensor. That is a $30 job, quoted $25 by another shop which im now getting it done at. If you dont want to put someone elses sensor in i can accept that but ripping people off is unacceptable. Safe your time people and go to an honest shop! I will not take one of my vehicles or company vehicles here again!

Was told I had to pay almost $500 for miscellaneous repairs. Walked away paying $130. Fantastic customer service and super helpful and informative personal. If anyone says anything about feeling like they ve been talked down to they are just not mechanically inclined enough to understand basic mechanics. They love what they do and just enjoy talking about it and helping. Will not go anywhere else.

The guys at NTB took great care of my vehicle. I had some unexpected repairs/replacements come up during inspection. They helped me apply for NTB credit to cover the unexpected costs.

I went there to get an oil change around November 2023. They called and said I needed brakes and rotors, so I also had them replaced. Now, 4 months later, my brakes are still squeaky even though they didn't squeak when I originally took the car in.

The worst! We got a set of 4 new tires installed less than a year ago. Since the day we left the shop, we ve had issues with the drivers side rear tire not holding air. Took the car back in 3 times and they couldn t find the leak, but yet had no explanation or care to the fact that the tire wouldn t hold air. This is 100% one of those places that will dismiss you because you are a woman, because the 4th time- I had my husband bring it in. This time, they miraculously found the leak and patched it.Not that it helped, the tire is still not holding air. My husband spoke with the manager whose solution was to air the tire up to 40 PSI (the tire pressure for my car is supposed to be 32) and then send us on our way, instead of just replacing the obviously faulty tire, that we ve literally been having issues with for MONTHS. (and have continued to make them aware of). They are rude and dismissive. I will absolutely never give NTB as a whole my money, ever again, nor would I ever trust them to touch my car. They may not care, but i ll warn anyone i can against going here.

Stopped in with a concern for one of my tires, and the NTB team diagnosed and took care of it quickly. Ben at the front desk was especially helpful. Recommend their shop, and will return when needed!
