Jerome is a great salesperson whom I would recommend to anyone that wants to buy a used car. He is a professional and down to earth guy who wants to make the customer happy and isn t there just to log hours and make a paycheck. Devon the finance manager was also extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend National Dodge for anyone wanting to buy a vehicle in Jacksonville.

Jonathan Gables was hands down the best to work with at Jeep! He went above & beyond From the moment we walked up, nothing but great service! He helped us get into our 2024 Jeep grand cherokee! He was straight forward and got us where we needed to be and I couldn t be more appreciative of all his help! 10/10 recommend working with him for your new vehicle. Devon Graham awesome as well very friendly guy! Took the stress out of the finance and worked very quickly!

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Vincent was my salesperson and he listened and was extremely helpful when it came down to selecting the right fit. One thing I expressed is that I didn t want to spend all day there trying to buy a car. He streamlined everything and was timely. I had such a great experience that before I left I had him working on another vehicle for by husband who was out of town. When he came back we were in and out within 40 minutes from start to finish. We will definitely be taking our business here from now on.

Absolutely one of the best experiences buying a vehicle I have ever had. From start to finish Axel my salesman was amazing with getting the truck done exactly as I wanted it! He was very reachable at any time answering any and all questions I had and was very open and honest throughout the whole deal. Would not hesitate sending any one I know there to buy a vehicle from them and I know where I will buy from again when I need a new vehicle! Class act #1 in my books.

I enjoyed my experience at National Dodge. Mr. Chris Meadows assistance was truly invaluable, and his knowledge about the specific vehicle, I was buying, made the process so much easier. I really appreciated that Mr. Meadows never pressured me into making a decision.Overall, the dealership experience was fantastic and had a really welcoming environment/atmosphere, which made the whole buying experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend National Dodge to anyone, especially with Mr. Chris Meadows as their salesman.

These guys are great. I ve prob purchased well over 100+ cars in my life and this dealership continues to amaze me how much they care about their customers. Buying from a smaller dealership like this has its benefits. One of which is service like this they attack issues head on. This is a photo of Ryan a top manager/owner son at the dealership getting dirty and helping us! These guys truly care about service. Don t buy from anywhere else. You may save a few bucks somewhere else (not likely as their prices are great) but miss out on this next level service.

I took my car in four ago for recalls that needed to be done. My car was working perfectly fine and had zero issues I just wanted the safety issues to be addressed as any person would. After I took my car in not only did it take double the time for each repair my car has had non stop issues ever since. My car went from being reliable to now having to trade it in. I will not be trusting this dealership for any further assistance and it s unfortunate that they have now caused a bigger issue in our lives than necessary.UPDATE: Robbie called and wanted to make sure if they had made a mistake of some sort he could rectify that situation. They were able to diagnose my car and in the meantime gave me a rental to drive. Although the issues started after work was done for recalls it was found the issues were unrelated to the service done prior. I will be picking up my car today and they are giving me a copy of all the codes. Although I will not be getting my service done there they handled this situation beautifully and have been very helpful and accommodating. They seem to be a very honest dealership when it comes to service! Thank you guys so much for all of your time and helping me.

I truly don t know where to begin to express how spectacular the customer service that was provided by Darrell Graham! I ll lead by saying from the very moment he answered the phone, it was leading with compassion and solutions to help and throughout the ENTIRE situation he went well beyond the call of duty which is absolutely something that is rare or existent these days. So to paint a little color of my challenging situation and how he handled it with compassion and professionalism my son is a marine stationed at Camp Lejeune, and I m in Florida. My son has taken his car to a local chain oil change establishment over the weekend and picked up the car on Sunday towards closing time when they completed the supposed repair. On his way back to base, within minutes his engine overheat light came on and in then was unable to drive the car. That oil change chain company shared to bring back the next day but knowing my son wouldn t be able to do that, I will not spend any more time sharing that further discussions with that company because I want to focus on the incredible experience Darrell provided to resolve with compassion. When I contacted National Dodge Monday morning for frantic help, he lead with calming solutions. Knowing my son was at work at the base, he offered to go get the jeep and/or make arrangements to have it towed so they can start to look at it immediately. Darrell understood, the time sensitive nature of getting the car repaired by that week because my son was scheduled to drive home to Florida 5 days later to visit before being deployed to Japan a few weeks later. He just immediately went into action mood. Once he got the car, Darrell ran all necessary tests to ensure the car was repaired properly and was very conscience of the finance challenge of a Marine and knowing he spent a large amount of money for unnecessary and unsuccessful repair at previous oil change chain company. The entire time the car was there, Darrell kept up informed every step of the way! Now you would think that s incredible service in itself, but he went even further and had discussions with the other company that did the unnecessary and unsuccessful repairs and worked with them to get my son a refund for the majority of his original expenses. We all know, that is something no one does, they just don t want to get involved. Also, for Darrell to be handling all of this for me from a different state. As a mom, you always worry about your kids no matter how old they are and you want to help when you know they are being taken advantage of. With my 21 yr old son working, it was very difficult for him to handle, so I felt so helpless to help him from far away, however, Darrell made it easy and his i can help attitude, was very refreshing and calming and again, he was like that the entire interaction. Darrell Graham is simply amazing, and should be an example of extraordinary customer service!!!! I can t express my gratitude and appreciation, thank you Darrell!!! And National Dodge, he deserves a promotion, raise .. he is a true asset to your company!

I dropped my van off on a Monday at 9 to Darrell in service. I have warranty on my van and the concerns I had are the same I'd had in the past so I knew they were covered. He then told me my car will be done around 3 or 4. I was told over the phone it wouldn't take more than a few hours. I called around 3 and he said they're putting me in a loaner because they're still looking at it. Next day came, no call so I called again around 2 he sad they actually didn't even get to it until noon that day so, he lied to me the day prior. Then, proceeds to tell me they may end up charging me after I told them don't do anything not covered under warranty.Wednesday came again no call. So I called, he still tried telling me something may cost and they can't find where the leak is from my a/c (one of the concerns I had).Needless to say his attitude was poor, he did not have good communication skills and made me regret giving them my van at all.

Mike Sullivan was very helpful and made the buying process as fast as possible. We were in and out with our new car in about an hour and a half. We are always worried the sales people will be pushy but he wasnt at all. Trisha in service is absolutely amazing. I love working with her when my car needs service. Great car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend them for car buying and services.

We will RAVE about their service center. We had to take our Jeep Gladiator in for recalls. We had relocated to the area about two years ago and originally purchased our truck at a dealership in TN. We were soooooo pleased with how we were treated by this dealership. They provided us with upstanding service and communicated always in a timely manner. 2/15/2024The best service advisors! Always lets you know about any recalls and always has snacks and coffee/water in the waiting area.Update 7/2023I continue to for service! The advisors are great and really care. I was even told about a recall that I wasn t even aware of. Highly recommend!!*****************************I came here after an awful online ordering ordeal from another Jeep dealership. Found this Jeep in transit and easily worked with my salesman to get the Jeep.Fast forward two weeks later, my first time out on the beach and I couldn t shift into 4wd drive. I called the service dept and couldn t get a live person or my salesman so I tried sales and got two amazing people Jessica and Christian!!These two super folks FaceTimed me and helped explain how to shift into 4wd since it wasn t ever did before it was a very tight shift.Having their guidance helped me and I pulled out of the sand easily. Customer service isn t always about the sale but the follow up and communication when you need help and these two employees were great even though they weren t my original salesman s. Shout out the two superstars and highly recommend to ask for them for any Jeep needs

Sold my SUV and they didnt take advantage of me like others tried. They gave me a fair deal considering the damages and history. This was a Win Win instead of your typical lose by customer. I could have haggled a bit more. But for how they treated me and my old man. You arent going to find better Dealership in the South when it comes to selling to a Dealer or Trading in.

From my first contact I was treated respectfully by a very professional and transparent Sales Representative, Vincent. His knowledge regarding the new Jeep that sparked my interest seemed endless. He was patient and kind throughout the process. Not once did the Manager come rushing in to apply pressure tactics as they do at many other dealerships. They respectfully gave me the space and appropriate details to make an informed decision about a major purchase. I appreciated that the most. Everyone I made contact with shared my excitement for my new Jeep purchase. If you are interested in the purchase of a new or used vehicle, I would strongly urge you to go see the team at National. The process was unlike any other I have ever experienced in my 61 years. I am happy with all that the service department has done to repair the current series of air suspension problems. It seems to be working correctly with the current round of replacement parts. The 4-corner air suspension system seems to be a flawed design (unless it was designed to generate revenue through replacement part sales). It has been the only chronic problem that has detracted from our experiences with this 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. I expect that within the next 25-30K miles (based on current failure rate history) I will end up removing and deleting the 4-corner air suspension system, in favor of an aftermarket coil spring system.This does not detract from the excellent service provided by the service department at National Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on this vehicle over the last 7 years.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful GMC truck and the sales team were awesome the second we pulled in. Matthew was our sales representative and was very flexible on our needs. The second I met him I knew he was one of those guys you could joke around with but when it comes to business it s business. He immediately let my wife and I test drive our truck and walked us through the process on what to expect and how to do loans etc (our first big purchase together) and he congratulated us at the end and kept us up to date if anything raised an eye brow. But regardless end of the day his professionalism and customer support was to its finest. I hope this man makes a fortune and enjoys his job to its fullest. Glad to have Matt as our salesman.

Excellent service! I was a bit nervous about buying my first car in several years, but the experience could not have been better. I was treated respectfully at every interaction, from the moment I walked in the door... through purchase. Never felt pressured or taken advantage of financially- and especially as a woman, this really mattered a great deal to me. I needed a car quickly, and spent less than two hours at the dealership- walked out with a new vehicle. Respectful, seamless service. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the service department. We were in Jacksonville for an appointment and had an issue with our Jeep caused by the oil filter not being tightened during a service at another dealership. Trisha and the service team got it fixed, refilled it with oil and even washed our car off. We were on our way in no time. Customer service is alive and well at National. Thank you!

Two years ago I traded my Kia with 300k miles (never had any major problems) for a 2019 Jeep Compass with 10k miles. This car has left me stranded more times than I care to mention. Currently, it has just over 60k miles on and naturally the transmission needs to be replaced. I understand that it is just barely out of warranty but I have worked in Service Departments before and know that they can still help you with the cost. On my call to the service department they didn't really seem to care and were more interested in me bringing the car in for them look at so they could repair it at full cost. This is my first Jeep and I am so disappointed in the quality of the vehicle and the lack of concern from the Service dept especially since this is a known issue with the vehicle. The service department has settled my mind to never own another Jeep.

So Thankful that Mr. Danell in service FOR wonderful care of Big Tonka. Our first visit was with Mr. Kitrell regarding our sunroof not opening that s when we got the devastating news that it needed some work done and to bring it back. No worries so I scheduled the appointment check in with Mr. Awesome aka Mr. Danell. He got right on the problem and order the part, which only 3 parts was available to order and I needed two(a lifesaver) got the parts in a few days. During the entire time he keep me up to date on our vehicle.Waited a few more days for the repair and to put the window back in. I m Back rolling and I owe it to the our service guy Mr. Danell, for being prompt, professional, helpful and constantly keeping me up to date on the BEST TRUCK IN THE WORLD. Customer service and tech support have been spot on. Much appreciated the services proved. However, my truck proves to be difficult, service and techs continue to diagnose the problem without question. Some Leon s are tough to crack. Thanks @Stellantis for holding off those recalls until vehicles were sold without concern for customers
