Stopped by NAPPA to get some new windshield wipers. No one there knew how to snap them on. Had to go to Williamson Nissan to get it done......will not be going there again.

Don t waste your time or your money. They advertise that they have specific parts that are the same thing as the part you are looking for, yet when that part doesn t work out bc what they sold is no where near the same thing, they give you an attitude and tell you it s your fault and you re basically screwed. This corporation put us in a horrible position yesterday and we will never spend a dime here again. Having a truck that makes us our livelihood, you expect the company you go to buy the parts needed to fix/maintain it to not only be honest, but to make right what they messed up.

Recently, I visited NAPA to check my car battery s health. The test resulted in needing a new battery. Rather than lead me to buy the most expensive product, NAPA first had me reach out to HONDA to see if it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately it wasnt but I respect NAPA for it s integrity! We went over different battery options and which would be the best fit for my car. They had the best they could offer shipped to their store timely (within 1 business day) and they even changed it for me. I appreciate the NAPA team and especially the representative that helped me. Thank you Chris!

Napa is the place to find anything you need for you vehicle. It is the only place to find Amsoil.

I can t say enough wonderful things about this company and the people who work for them. Haley, Kevin, Christy, Bobby and the rest of the team; ABSOLUTELY amazing. Occasionally I have them deliver parts to my shop but realistically I love the times I get to come in. I buy what I need and have a great time with everyone. They are friendly and do their jobs above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and most times have exactly what I need in stock on the spot. I ve been doing business with them now for 3 years and it s been wonderful everyday with them.Keep up the great work!

Prior to coming to this location on Friday (8/12/2022), I called there, and the specialist was polite, knowledgable, and gave me accurate informations. There were bo surprises when I arrived! Then there was Chris! Chris was very knowledgable about changing out replacing my battery. I had many questions and he took time to answer them. He also educated me on break fluid, how it works, where is goes, and why it s important. He turned a frustrated situation to a pleasant one. He allowed me to take pictures, and notes NAPA will always be at the top of my list for my auto supply needs.Coming to this location makes my last statement even more true!! Great job Team!!

National Dodge Service department representatives are one of the most professional services that I seen in my 30 plus years of owning cars. Darrel, Brandon, and Katrell all worked hard to insure that my vehicle was well taken care of. There since of urgency is to be commended.

Never posted a negative review before...ever but the crew who works Sundays has little interest in assisting customers and even less understanding of what a business is.Situation:. I asked a paint question. Without even a face to face look I get "weve got whatever everyone has, bro". I acknowledge and ask if they do custom paint. " Ain't no one here to do that". Wow not even an attempt to sell a product. I finally ask if I can at least see his touch up selection as I had been to two other stores and they each had differing selections but not what I needed. " No not unless you know the color code #". I walk out....Jesus dude....if you're the manager or owner reading this ....do you even want to make money?

As me and my husband were on our way to his doctor appointment, I accidentally did a "Dukes of Hazards" through the stop light not realizing it was a very nice size hump there in the road and it knocked my battery loose. So, after his appointment we drove over to NAPA since they were the closest auto store near our location and he went in to get some assistance with tightening the battery and the staff was very helpful and and accommodating allowing my husband to use their tools to do what needed to be done.

I had never been to this Napa Auto parts store before but they blew me away with their customer service! I asked for a part and did not have all the info needed, the staff looked under my hood for the info and then installed the part for me! Just awesome! I have not had service like that in a very long time. I would recommend this Napa Auto parts store in a heartbeat, hands down the best!

This Napa store doesn t have the cold feel of your normal chain automotive parts stores. It has a nice genuine family friendly atmosphere; with employees that care to find a solution to getting your project on the road. The customer service from manager HB and his coworkers is outstanding! I can t wait to order from Napa again for my next project.

Legitimately the worst customer service ever I would give them zero stars but they actually had the tool I needed the entire time I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help the rudest staff I have ever met

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger and they helped me find exactly what I needed. This place has great customer service!

Went to Napa because they were the closest to me and my vehicle wouldn't start unless someone held the negative battery cable to the battery post. I needed to get it tight enough to get home so I didn't run the battery down and get stranded.It was after 6 pm and I couldn't go to a garage and I was 25ish miles from home.Needless to say, they wouldn't help me. The guy did come out and hold the cable to the battery so I could start it up and leave.I went to Advance auto and came home with a repaired vehicle for no charge.Definitely not going back to any Napa! I'm in my mid 50's, all of the garages were closed or not close enough to me. They didn't bother helping me at all. As a matter of fact, the guy acted like he didn't have a clue what could be going on. Napa, you lost a potential customer.

$82.00 for a sensor pig tail and they ordered the wrong one. Got the Pigtail and the Sensor for less than $20.00 on Amazon and it arrived faster.

There was a sales associate at the Napa in Jacksonville,NC that doesn't seem to like his pay check there. He made the comment the if a customer is rude to him he can talk to the customer the same the customer did. I don't think he should do that. He said he doesn't make enough money there to have to listen to that.Needs to say I won't go back there.

Very helpful staff with a large selection to choose from. Better than and Advance Auto or AutoZone to say the least!
