Both veteran owned and operated, My Mechanic is a trustworthy and capable automotive repair shop. Matt is one of the most proficient technicians around when it comes to diagnosing automotive issues. Both super personable and knowledgeable, he and his team can tackle any problems you may be experiencing with your vehicle. Do not hesitate to trust your automotive repair needs to this trustworthy and capable shop.

Absolutely amazing place! I was able to see everything that was wrong through the inspection with pictures and choose what I wanted fixed or worked on. You get a link which you could choose to or not to get service done. The issues they find comes with recommendations of why to address the problem so that you don t have future problems.Very happy with everything from service I had done!

This shop has saved my vehicle many times. This time I thought my transmission was going out. Shift hard and accelerating slow. Turns out it was only an ignition coil. Under $400 later, my car is running like new! Trustworthy and genuine work. Only mechanic I will go to in NC. If you need anything done, call them and have the assurance you are in good hands

This past Tuesday, February 27th, I had my car serviced with My Mechanic in Jacksonville, North Carolina. By far, I an say without a doubt that anyone that needs their car serviced, I highly recommend that you go to My Mechanic. The Owner and his team of technicians were highly knowledgeable. They also have outstanding communication skills. Everything that was done to my car, the owner took the time to explain clearly what he and his team did to my car and why! (Even showed me the partsI thought My Mechanic went beyond and by far, exceeded my expectations to ensure my car was safe to drive.I was very pleased and satisfied that I had received such great service. To make this recommendation even better, I felt I was given a very fair price. In fact, I was shocked I didn t owe more for the amount of time that was spent on my carI look forward to returning to My Mechanic if and when I need my car serviced! Had a coolant leak on my 2005 suburban. The service were excellent they use good quality parts. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough nice things about everyone that works here. Every person you come in contact with is so kind and helpful. Billie is amazing, she greets everyone, is incredibly helpful, and just exudes positivity. Brandon not only took care of my car, but also walked me through each process and explained what was going on and why. He even went as far as bringing out the parts out to visually explain and show me. I ve never had such an amazing experience with a mechanic place in my life and I will be recommending to anyone in Jacksonville with car troubles to come here. You can tell they truly care about their customers and are not trying to take advantage of you.

If you're looking for a trustworthy professional friendly mechanic, "My Mechanic" is the place to go. My first visit there I felt like family. Service was fast, kept me informed through the process, and we're very thorough and reasonably priced. Also provided information, with no pressure, for some future repairs needed for my vehicle. I felt like I was in good hands!

The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. I have been a client for 5-6 years and have always been well pleased with the services done on my vehicle. This is the best place to take all of your autos. We take all 4 of ours. Our neighbors now take their to them also. We are all very happy, not only with the service but with the pricing. They are honest and dependable. I will not go anywhere else.

I was about to drop my transmission at home to replace the rear main seal on my jeep wrangler after loosing all my oil in a day and the transmission to the exhaust just being coated with oil.I called in to see what a professional price would be in case I failed trying and the tech identified the actual problem over the phone and was 100% right. Even talked me through what I would need and how to replace it myself.He was absolutely correct. They may have lost out on a job that day, but finding someone honest and smart like that who isn t just trying to make a buck is rare. I have several vehicles and I will only ever bring them here now.

I'm always happy with my service at "My Mechanic ". They do a great job with service of my car. Clean waiting area, friendly employees. They want to please their customers. Work done on time, take time to explain what needs to be done to my vehicle and reasonably priced for service done. I would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent service and technical expertise. I have taken my 2015 Jaguar XJL to be be serviced or repaired here since 2021. They perform excellent work and provide professional informed advice. Do not try to upsell you for additional services. They perform the diagnosis and inform you of what needs to happen now and what can be done later.

Got the problem fixed right away. No hassle. Diagnosed the car within hours. Ended up needing fuel injectors. Privious shop told me i needed apark plugs, changed em and that didnt fix the problem. Even did a check of the brakes when I didn't even ask for it. Was great service. I'll be going to them everytime instead of the other shop I used to go to

I couldn t ask for a better service!! They made sure the issue with my vehicle was solved. I went to multiple places none of which could figure out what was wrong or gave me a run around. Brandon was absolutely amazing keeping me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle. I can t thank you guys enough!! I won t be taking either of my vehicles anywhere else!!

Always leave knowing my vehicles in good hands, give you the big picture, I pick and choose what repairs I want completed based on my budget. They repair what is needed without adding extra to inflate the bill. Reason they my mechanic!

Was referred to My Mechanic by a friend. I have a Mini Cooper and it's hard to find someone that knows how to do any mechanical work on these cars. They do, and I'm grateful! They are very nice and accommodating! Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic customer and technician service! They got me in, performed the work as requested and did it at a reasonable price. The best part is the mechanic who worked on my car spoke to me about my service when I picked up my car. I have used My Mechanic for some time now and will continue to do so. They are honest, and that means a lot! They do a great job, and I never have to worry about whether or not, they re ripping me off.
